We had an AMAZING and FABULOUS time Saturday night as we celebrated our daughter s Sweet 16 Party here!!! Thank you and your crew SO MUCH!!!! She was overjoyed and absolutely LOVED the candy bar!!! Had the pleasure of visiting the Future Event Center & Conference Room and had an amazing time. The building was very clean and spacious. There was a DJ and a media staff in the building as well as an event planner and chef. The experience at the Future Event Center & Conference Room was one to remember because we were there to support a REACH book launch for National Best Selling authors Mr. Oscar and LaShanda Lewis. Really Loved Shannon and all the staff from Future Event Center! Everything was so professional and Ms. Shannon is God sent! It was literally a last minute thing that we needed and Ms. Shannon and her team did not disappoint! She even had referrals to a caterer that we also used last minute! Highly recommend Future Event Center for your next event! Everything was amazing!

The owner and her staff was awesome. From the time I contacted her to the end of my party. We didn t have any issues. Everything was plain in black and white as far as pricing and what to expect from this facility. She had referrals if I needed any additional services. I would definitely say check this place out. My 40th birthday was a day to remember. Ms. Shannon and Mr. Sam were great.

Don t sign the contract and if you do read it carefully!! Record everything the owner says cause she will say one out her mouth and then do another! Don t book this place! It s over priced and under kept! I didn t book the place, my sister did and since I was there and helped with everything I am entitled to leave a review! I was the first one at the event on Saturday and the owner had an attitude soon as I walked up. So please don t try the I never booked thing, my family booked.

I tried to support a black-owned business and sincerely regret it. The owner Shannon is nice, however she will tell you one thing verbally, then do another thing in contract. I was forced to pay for a bartender for a kids party, I was told liquor was included in that price prior to paying the money, come the day of the event we saw no liquor and a lazy bartender. I asked for a refund and told her we didn t even need the bartender and was denied a refund. I was also forced to pay for a party attendant and the party attendant was LAZY! Did absolutely no work!! My guests had to help me get food out the car and setup! Isn t that what a party attendant is for??? I feel completely ripped off! They charged me 2100 for the venue and decorations and then nickeled and dimed every single thing after that from the Bluetooth speaker to the photo backdrop. I will never book with Future again, and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. They even make you clean the venue not just typical cleaning but sweeping, mopping, and emptying their dumpster!! Isn t that why I paid 2k?? They did absolutely no work and were no help. The owner told me 600 for the space over the phone, told me 1200 in person, then sent me a contract for 2100! Scammers! Look at the breakdown of the contract and the owner just added so much extra stuff that I didn t need or ask for such as a bartender. Mind you this is a party for teenagers! Why am I forced to have a bartender?? I asked was the liquor included in the fee for the bartender and the owner said yes! Fast forward to the day of the event she tells me no, the liquor is not included AFTER I had already paid for the service! When I told reminded her of the conversation she denied it refused to issue a refund. Then added a party attendant , which I didn t need but was forced to have and pay for. Lazy, money hungry and flat out scammers! I will never book another event here! Very ghetto! Do not recommend! Updated after owners replied with lies: Why would I have liquor at a teenage party????!! Come on now!! Stop lying!! This is why black businesses fail!!! You said due to previous situations were alcohol was snuck into the property that we had to have one. You also lied and said the bartender would bring liquor. I have no reason to make this up! If everything was great, I would have no reason to leave a bad review so I ll just leave it there.

Bad service NOT satisfy. I do not recommend this place ... they tell you about the place how can use the whole venue for everything then at the end they don t want you using the dressing rooms the kitchen just bad bunch of lies! So expensive for poor service.
