Called in 2 items for delivery. One of the items was wrong. 50% is NOT good. The entire crew cant communicate in English. I couldnt understand any of them. Never ordering from this location again.

First Time eating at a Marco s Pizza and we have wonderful Experience ( Also i am Looking Vegetarian Option and one of Employee Working Name (Dev) They Make me for New Items Pizzoli in Vegetarian Option ) Really appreciate the friendly employees and cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms Also The Pizza was delicious and fresh and Price are affordable ..My Suggestion Try New Item Pizzoli Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza , New Item Pizzoli and they try to make everything in Vegetarian Option

Im so glad I tried their pizza. I called in for delivery. The man I spoke with was nice and professional. My pizza was delivered hot and the driver was great. As for the pizza, I was thrilled! Best pizza I have eaten in years. Fresh with ample ingredients, crust was cooked perfectly and sauce was outstanding. It was also budget friendly. I will use this location for all of my future pizza deliveries.

Wasnt a bad place until just recently when they changed management. It is obvious they have stopped caring for their customers and employees as well. After barely starting to strengthen their team and products, it is now going down hill again. I do not recommend this location.

I have no qualms with Marco s Pizza or their brand in any way shape or form. However, this particular store I do. I was the general manager from October 20, 2023 up until yesterday. I proudly did everything I could to ensure the community of Flower Mound felt the love we put into our food. Then yesterday, 05/20/2024, I was told that our store had sold. There was no plan of me leaving until my former owner left. That s when I was told that my team and I would no longer be needed. That we were unaffordable liabilities because we were paid more than $7.25/hour. I then had to go to my team and inform them on a dime that none of us had a job anymore and that there was nothing I could do for them. I lost all respect for this store after that. To be told that pouring your heart, soul, and life into a restaurant was all for nothing and that we would get absolutely nothing for it was disrespectful, disgraceful, and downright embarrassing. As a community member and supporter of local businesses, I will NEVER even look in the direction of this store anymore. They have greatly disappointed me and my entire team of hardworking employees who just needed to make a living. Shame on all of you. I will NEVER support a business that ruins people s livelihoods.

Hi there! My Name is Alex, i ve personally lived in flower mound for my entire life and have always enjoyed working in the town and never had any problem working for anyone in this town. there was always some form of understanding that your workers are people too and people that are also apart of the community. I started working there in december of 2023 and the state of the store was abismal. the second i started i noticed that every single person in that store put their blood, sweat, and tears into that place. any regular of the store knows that through that time, we worked damn near every day even when we were completely burnt out. we put EVERYTHING into that place. then, on may 20th 2024 we were all told without any warning and no time to prepare and without even meeting us or saying it to our face. They sold the place and the new owner forced Juliet, the person who out of all of us was there every day of her life since she started to tell all of us that we weren t worth even minimum wage. if you care about your community or your money, i wouldn t even walk past Marco s Pizza store 5242. also the new owner willingly is allowing you all to eat food contaminated with roaches, that store is infested

Man we really want to like this place, but I m pretty sure everyone is stoned. What pizza place isn t I guess. I won t do delivery anymore bc the drivers don t show up. Picking up ain t much better though. I ve been sitting here 20 minutes, after they screwed up my order again. But everyone is scruffy looking, no one can fold a pizza box to save their life, and every time we order it s a remake. I just got home and they still didn t get the pizza order right. Wow Following instructions should be a part of the hiring process. Maybe start drug testing lol

I havent received a correctly made pizza in 6 months from this Marcos and todays pizza came with green bell peppers when specifically deleted from the online order...so they made me another that was quickly cooked and nearly raw dough. Cmon man, its not that difficult.

Marcos treated Aspire Dayhab pizzas this last Friday!! 72 Special Needs Adults were treated to good pizza!! This was a treat due to not having enough money from their Social Security to pay for really good pizza!! The staff visited with the clients for 65 minutes!! On their own time!! Allowing for pictures and hand shake thank you! The were well aware of this special treat for weeks!! Thank you Marcos Pizza in Flower Mound!! This warmed our hearts and made a wonderful start the weekend for 72 Special Adults!!!

It took over 30 mins to get the pizza that we ordered on line yet it showed it would be ready in 15. The pizza was very mess, not cut and large portions of the crust had no toppings. It was very disappointing and the location was severely understaffed.

Order pizza online for delivery, after waiting 45 minutes, called the store to check on the ETA. Told that my order was cancelled because their driver called in. I understand stuff happens but why confirm the order and take the money with no attempt to contact me that the order cannot be delivered or ask I would like to pick up? Poor customer service, no manager on duty at prime time and I cannot confirm if they re going to reimburse the payment and tip made online.

Awesome customer service. Only issue I had was that the pizza has little flavor. I went and got a covid test because I could not taste the pizza!!!! Lucky enough it was negative. I did order a gluten free pepperoni pizza which was actually tasted better that their regular specialty pizza. Maybe because I didn t add a pizza crust topper????? I just don t get it. But, Brian was awesome!!! And had great customer service!!!

Marcos pizza in flower mound is awesome, best pizza in town, and weve tried them all!! There isnt a bad thing on their menu. Their thick crust pizza is my favorite as is their white sauce, they are generous with toppings, cook the pizza just right and their brownies show up hot and gooey. I love their staff, they are kind , courteous and thoughtful. Their delivery guy remembers us and even brings a treat for our dogs. They also have great deals and coupons that make it affordable for families. No one in town even comes close to Marcos and and theyve definitely won our business.

Ordered a pizza. 2 hours later no pizza and staff said no refund. So kiddos went to bed with hotdogs rather then what we paid for. Spoke to a staff member at Marco s. They confirmed there would be no refund or no pizza. Thank you guys for making my 4th of July special.

First time trying Marcos and it didnt disappoint. Both pizzas were ready and hot at our scheduled pickup time. With delivery orders heading out and many customers coming and going with their orders, the staff was very friendly and getting me on my way quickly so we can enjoy our pizza. Looking forward to trying another selection next time.
