I absolutely love Nektar but the worst thing about the overall brand is the app and points system. They seem greedy with specials. The bowls are so expensive and they don t do enough specials on them. I just wish they had more reasonable deals every now and then. The $6 smoothies here and there are great but there needs to be discount on bowls sometimes.

I got a fresh pressed juice and I was really impressed. I used to juice all the time but the clean up is a beast. Now have somewhere to go! The cashier very patiently answered my questions with a good attitude and the service was fast. The atmosphere was bright, modern and super clean. Random side note - I love how it smells like nature And this is dumb but I always judge a restaurant by if it has purse hooks in the bathroom. They Did!

PROs: Great location. Friendly and helpful service; young lady knew the approximate ginger shot in ounces. No added sugar. Plenty of menu options along with a mini mart of protein balls/bars and drinks. Price is on point. Fresh fruit was tasty. CONs: Early Sunday morning; condiment area was low on stock and the bathroom was not cleaned obviously from the day before. I visited the establishment twice and both times I had the Breakfast Berry Chia Parfait.

I really liked this place until it gave me food poisoning today. I grabbed their vanilla spice drink off of the shelf and turns out it was very much expired. I have been puking every 5 minutes for the last 4 hours. I can t move without it causing me to throw up and I can t hold my eyes open for long. Please check your expiration dates before putting them out for purchase. I have never experienced food poisoning like this before.

My order was half full . $12 for a peanut butter bowl that s only filed 1/4 of the way , and when you bring it to the staffs attention the guy behind the counter roll his eyes and snatches the bowl out of your hand all because it was an inconvenience to have to give you the quality of bowl that you pay for. When you re spending that much money on something you expect it to be right . When you go Some where to get food you pay for the meal and you get the whole meal, you don t pay for a full meal just to only get half. I get nekter so often that most of the staff at the Flower Mound Tx location know me . The guy working at the Flower Mound Tx location on June 21st 2023 @ 8:00 am is such a jerk .

Nice juice bar in the corner of this area. Have always been to the UPS store next to it so I never noticed it until today. Definitely will be grabbing a smoothie or juice whenever I visit the ups store. My go to juice bar when Im feeling too lazy to make my own, and the only place I feel thats on par with the ones I make at home. Ive been to a couple locations in Arizona as well, and they were consistent at all locations, which is much appreciated. Also THANK YOU for actually using plenty of fresh ginger in your juices! Nektar is the only place I dont have to ask for extra.

Ongoing issues at this location. I am finally fed up. They sent me this link to post and not sure if that was a good idea. Their product and quality continues to be inconsistent. at this price point I shouldnt have to question if they really put the right protein in, did they really green it up b/c this week it is not as green as last week, etc. Honestly it is the unengaged owners. I even tried to cater an event and it took me multiple phone calls to get someone to finalize. While I have liked them for years, I am at the point that I am going to try other options like Smoothie King, Juice Bar, etc. or just make my own at home. They sell acai packets at Sprouts.

Slow and unwelcoming service! I placed an online order (and even tipped them) and had to wait an additional 15 minutes past the stated pick up time. No one apologized about the wait nor did they greet me when I came in. One of the clerks was listening to her earbuds and didn t even acknowledge me nor even smile at me. It s strange to me that someone so unfriendly and rude would work in the service industry. I certainly won t be returning to this location again!

I ve been coming to this location for a month now as I m visiting my parents and the staff here are always clueless. They know nothing about anything on the menu. If you ask what something is, just google it bc I promise they have no idea. If you re in a rush, don t come bc it takes at least 15 min to get a bowl or smoothie, sometimes longer. I stopped ordering smoothies bc they re always liquid so now I ve just opted for a bowl w no fruit on top. I was about to order a juice here. I was not very hungry and needed something healthy to tide me over until dinner. Having never been here before, I looked up the reviews for this place -and at least half of them were just terrible! I put the car in drive having changed my mind, as I d decided to go across the street to Salata. My decision was confirmed when I saw a young woman taking her juice that was full and pouring it out in the parking lot. I love love love Nekter Juice Bar so much. I have been going to this place for 5+ years now and I am so glad they opened this one close to my home. The Toxin Flush is my go-to juice and it is amazing. You feel so much better after drinking it. I also think theyre smoothies & acaí bowls are to die for! All of their ingredients are super fresh and I truly cant say enough good things about this place. They also some some pre-made juices that are great for on the go and to drink during the week. If you get 6 of them its around $40 which is extremely affordable. If you havent been to Nekter - you have got to give this place a shot!

Worst experience ever ! I got charged for a substitution that in the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl. When I received the bowl it wasn t even half way full. And to top it all off the bowl was watery. I asked them to remake which they did however, I didn t get the extra topping I paid for. The second bowl was decent but still upset. Worst Nekter ever, I will not be returning.

A refreshing take on great juice combinations- I ordered the Greenie, and watched it made fresh in a fast, clean kitchen with some friendly, quality humans that added a personal touch. Really liked this place . It was very clean and the staff was extremely attentive as soon as I walked in. I would advise calling in an order because this location is extremely busy . They serve turmeric smoothies here and the turmeric smoothies are fabulous for reducing inflammation in the body and they are hard to find unless you make it yourself at home. Nectar also has some other uniquely flavored smoothie options. Please note that all of drinks are rather pricey. I had a banana protein smoothie it was a large and it cost close to 12.00 for one. But it was so delicious that it was worth it.

Ordered 2 acai banana berry bowls and were told it would be 5-10 minutes, but instead waited 30 minutes. The employees are nice and appear to be working hard, but the place is understaffed. Ive been really excited to come here, since I found out about the new location in Flower Mound. Honestly, it was a massive let down. The bowls were sub-par and overpriced. The acai mixture tasted watery to me. Seven Mile Cafe in Flower Mound has a way better acai bowl(thats probably cheaper.) Sorry, but I probably wont be returning.
