We had our daughters 3rd birthday party at Jungle Castle since with the new ownership, and we were very pleased with our experience as well as the new management team! Very kind people, that really care about children. The facility was very clean and ready when we got there. The team did a great job keeping our guests comfortable and handling everything for us! Our littles are 3 and 6 and they love it here. We would definitely recommend Jungle Castle for birthdays and all around soft play for your littles.

Did my daughter s 4th birthday. New owner Corey and his staff are very helpful. Birthday kid gets a one month entry. Rates are not bad. A little crammed for a part of 21 kids and 40 adults but Corey did the best he could with what he had in terms of spacing. Will be coming back.

We had birthday party got my 2yr old grandson. I thoroughly enjoyed the play land set up. It was easy and I was comfortable letting jungle castle handle every aspect for us. Very nice people, calm atmosphere. It went very smooth and I will definitely be back and recommend for anyone who gets overwhelmed planning parties. The video was really cool also. Thank you.

We hosted our son s 2nd birthday party at Jungle Castle and it turned out absolutely amazing! The staff was very responsive and we had a great experience coordinating details ahead of the party day. Day of the party everything was clean and perfectly set up upon our arrival. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire party - they went above and beyond to make the day special and stress free. The slideshow and bubble party were extra special and much appreciated! The establishment had activities suitable for all ages (2-6), and there was a spacious area upfront out of the play space for the adults. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend!!

This was a great birthday party spot for our 3 year old. The equipment is great for kids that are all under the age of 5ish. The space was the perfect size for everyone to be able to see the whole party and everything going on without feeling like we were on top of each other. The owners were very nice and helpful. They did a great job hosting and decorating. The only issue we had was that it was very pricey! However, that wouldn t keep us from doing it again for another party. The price was to rent out the whole space which was just so perfect! I would recommend!!

This is meant for preschoolers, which we only had one of the day we visited. Thats fine, because the older sisters liked it too, to my surprise. What I found unacceptable was how gross the owner is leaving the bathroom and areas outside of play. Get off your butt and grab some cleaner, bud. All of my kids came home sick and it could have been picked up anywhere, but if I had to pick one, I would say this spot stands out in the wrong way. Even with the space being small, I would have rated this better if it were cleaned in any recent period of time.

Great place to bring your kids to play on a rainy day! My daughter had a blast & entertained herself for over an hour! They have slides, ball pit, toys, kitchen, trampoline, & more. Great for kids to play & learn. The place is clean. They have snacks & drinks for sale if you forgot to bring any. Loved that they had a coffee bar for the grown ups & an area to eat & drink.

They help set up, take all the food out, organize the kid s food area, serve the food, help clean up the kids hands after cake, help cut the cake and then help clean up in the end.. best part- they send pictures of the room set up after a few days!

We rented for a 4 year old birthday party and I think that is probably the oldest I would go for a party there (the birthday room tables are toddler size). I did my sons 3rd birthday here. They book the whole place for the party. The owner is extremely engaged during the party and help out with decorations and cleaning as well. The best part was owner wiped each kiddos hands before eating and after which was really nice. They really care about their customers. They keep the place very clean. I will highly recommend Jungle Castel for toddler birthday party.

Went in today, and honestly wasn t that impressed. It was dirty, broken balls in half which isn t safe for toddlers. And the toddler area is a sad excuse for a toddler area it s a little corner and with junk. Broken toys . Kind of upset I paid $13 for this because it really isn t a young toddler place. I would say ages more 4-8 years of age.

The place what cool but what you see in the pics is it so its pretty small overall.. Definitely for 5 and under. Also 50% of the balls are broken and the place was diiirrrttty. No way is it true that they disinfect during and after each day. Maybe they spray something but no way do they wipe it. Definitely needs a good cleaning! Kids had so much fun!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! We had a blast for my daughters 2nd birthday! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us get set up and decorate, they made sure we stayed on time for cake and presents so we werent in a rush. I highly recommend for anyone looking to host their childs birthday in a private space for a great price! I researched many other party places and they were all charging double if not more. I loved that we had the place to ourselves so there was no worry about strangers being around our kids or about any of the kiddos wondering off. 10/10!

Had my kids birthday party (4th)and the place was so welcoming.The staff took the time to be attentive to the details,decorations and celebrations.The cake and pizza celebration was short and sweet and kids had alot of time to play,run around and scream all around the place.Its fun especially because they dont allow more than 20 kids at a time so the chances of injuries are very minimal.The temperature is regulated well.I would recommend this place fof birthday parties especially between 1-5years.

I took my daughter on a whim on Thursday afternoon, and she loved it. There were only a few other kids, so that was great since shes only 2 and is still a little wary around other kids sometimes. Brought her again on Friday, it was much more crowded but my little ones curiosity made it so easy - she interacted great with other kids. My favorite thing is that its not too big, so I can sit in the lobby and keep an eye on her while still managing to get some work done (they have free wifi and coffee!), or even just relaxing a little bit. Im a stay at home mom, so Im always trying to find ways my girl can go out and have fun independently without needing TOO much supervision. This place is PERFECT for that. Ill probably be there every week at this rate.

I hosted a birthday party here last month. I want to first say, that the owner himself was very nice upfront and helpful with questions and setting up. I was very happy with this. The place is cute for the kids and every kid really had a great time. I think it is important to note that the party room is extremely small. While the max amount of kids included for a birthday party is 20, I really felt the party room was just too small and cramped for 20 kids plus a couple of adults trying to help the kids in there. The overall price for the party is far too expensive. It was nearly $800 for two hours. We provided all decorations and treats. They did provide meals for the kids which consisted of heated chicken nuggets and fries. My biggest and really only frustration was that our party started at 10am and we had the time slot until 12pm. So thats what the birthday invitations stated. 10-12pm. At 11:45 am the owner approaches me letting me know we need to start cleaning up! I was honestly shocked. over $800 paid and we cant even enjoy the party for the full two hours?? We even tipped $100 on top of the already $125 gratuity!!! I let him know that we will start wrapping up but that we have until 12pm before the party was supposed to end. He told me sorry he has another party coming immediately after us. So we start wrapping up and trying to get everyone out the door at his request, and he kept pressuring me to go faster! He was cleaning around everyone and putting a ton of pressure on people to leave. I was going as fast as I could to get all of the party supplies taken down and get everyone gone and it was so stressful. Some of the parents of the party attenders were also appalled at this. At promptly 12:10 he came up to me and said, See? the other party is already here. while gesturing to them walking through the door. I honestly could not even believe that he expected a 20 kid party to be wrapped up, everything taken down, and everyone out the door within 5-10 minutes of our allotted time slot. When I expressed frustration that more time should be given between birthday parties, he simply shrugged. We paid over $800 for this!!!! Are you kidding me? Thankfully some of the parents there helped take stuff down and pack up so that we were all gone by 12:15 but it was embarrassing that they had to even do that. Our party ended at 12. We should have at the LEAST been given a 30 minute window to clean up, pack up and get everyone out the door for the amount of money this cost. I will not recommend this place because of how it ended. You could do so much more somewhere else with a little bit more time for the price.

We hosted a birthday party here and there are a ton of hidden and untold fees. First we chose the basic package so we could only have 10 kids and I m the description it says free voucher for the party kid. Turns out that this is actually for a future play time and they get counted in the 10. So you are paying for your kid and 9 others. Siblings also go into this. On the website it says that crawlers are free. However they tried to charge me for each crawler. $20 a kid. They took it off once I made a fuss but another hidden fee. They add an unreal amount of gratuity even though the help is not nearly the amount that goes in. Again untold to us that we could be paying 15-20%. They tried to charge me for 17 kids over and over and I had to go around and count to prove that we only had 13 kids. That s $80 extra that was trying to get added. Several balls in the pit were crushed. The party itself was very overpriced and lots of hidden charges at the end. Would not recommend for a party.

I took my 18 month old to Jungle Castle for the first time in April 2021. Here are my thoughts: We went on a Monday morning for the morning play session and there was a total of 5 kiddos which was great. This play center was smaller than I anticipated, but they utilized every inch and I believe there was plenty of different activities for play. Socks only in the play area so make sure to bring some with you. Masks were required for ages 10 & up. As far as cleanliness, my socks were very dirty after play session from the floor, but the touch surfaces appeared clean. My biggest complaint was the advertised toddler play area gave me the impression that it was a separate and dedicated to littles, but it was actually very blended and there were lots of times I had to intervene so she didnt get hurt by the big kids running by (so I couldnt really imagine bringing a crawler). She was able to tolerate 1.5hrs of play, so I felt like the 2 hour play window was sufficient. Overall I think its a cute little play place and we will likely be back when she is older.

We had a wonderful time at my twin granddaughters fourth birthday party today! The entire place was reserved for our crew! The hosts were so welcoming and handled all the decorations, drinks, fruit and veggie trays and more! We only brought cupcakes and cookies. They thought of so many little details that made for a memorable time. They had a video wall with the girls picture sitting on top of a dinosaur. (They were thrilled!) They even had a dance party with pom-poms and a bubble machine which were both ideal for this age. All of the play area was clean and well-maintained. There were so many fun areas a merry-go-round, ball pit, slides, climbing areas, riding toys, and even a Velcro wall! You won t go wrong having a party at Jungle Castle!

Plus the place is brand new with all the new toys and they will provide kids with all kind of drinks and snacks.. My children are both sick following their visit to your business. Please do a better job in cleaning ALL of the toys that are handled by your customers. As we are all aware, germs easily pass from child to child unless EVERYTHING is thoroughly cleaned. My children do not attend daycare and have been safely at home without exposure to any potential issues. So sad that my objective of providing them a rare treat of outside fun and they have to pay with runny noses, fever and a bad cough. Worth noting that they had a blast during their visit.

Beautiful and clean playground for my 3 years old toddler! It has so many activities in this space like a trampoline, princess cars, ball slide and a safe climbing structure. I also love the floor piano and the nursery rhymes music in the background. The music could be a little less louder, so I can work when my toddler is playing. Nevertheless, in comparison to other playgrounds this offers different activities and my toddler had a blast! Some ideas for the future: add some costumes for pretend play or small toys for additional fun under the climbing structure!

It was very clean. We were able to reserve play time for 2 hours and pay for our tickets in advance online. When we came in, they just checked the reservation and our temperature and we were free to play. There is enough to do here that kept my kids entertained and busy. We bought the 20 admission package and our 3 and 5 year old love it. It is great and has several cool things for kids from 10 to 1. Super Clean and they check your temperature to make sure you are not showing any systems which great they are taking that extra safety measure. I would recommend it to any parent needing a place to do some work while you watch your kids play and wear themselves out little. The snacks and beverages are affordable. Adults are free which is great cause other places charge for adult to even come in, cough, cough Round 1 grapevine. If you want simple and fun place to take your kids I would highly recommend it.
