Weve had three meals this week with three more coming today. Each meal has been delicious and nutritious and calorie-conscious. Looking forward to more meals in the future. These meals have been super helpful while my wife recovers from total knee replacement and isnt cooking.

Incredible food! I ve gotten the plant based options and the regular items and they both are wonderful. I was skeptical to try this place because I ve tried other meal prep places and they were underwhelming, but Trufit foods is delicious and I keep coming back. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. They really take care of you here. I have dietary restrictions and they always honor that as well.

I tried truefit food for the very first time today and omg it s sooo good. The seared salmon with grilled pineapple sauce,basmati rice and mixed veggies hit the spot. This is amazing for someone that s on the go all the time. I have 7 kids and this would be amazing for a night I do not want to cook. Will definitely order some more of this amazing food.

The mandocas were delicious. Empanadas The Cheese pastelitos are ok. They sell a delicious artisanal cheese and this cheese alone is the only reason Im giving this restaurant 3 stars. I was approached by a big guy in regards to the food. I told him I didnt like the empanadas and instead of asking me why I didnt like it he proceeded to tell me that in Maracaibo they dont like soft empanadas in a rude tone. The filling was salty AF. My empanada was hard enough to build a foundation, so I guess they like concrete-like empanadas. Hopefully, theyll learn how to not disrespect they clients in the near future.

Our family is super busy (work/school/lots of activities), so these meals have been so helpful! I have been purchasing for well over a month now! The food is high quality and better tasting than other local meal services. There is also great variety week over week, so you don t get tired of the same meals. You can tell these meals are made by a chef (better than I could ever make). Definitely worth the money and local delivery fee. Highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Kids love both the kids meals and the normal meals!

Absolutely delicious!! Bought a walk in meal and the quality of service and food exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming staff, and the Food tastes fresh, is cooked fresh, perfectly seasoned with a balance of flavor (I did not feel the meals lacked salt or were salty it was just perfect!)Juicy succulent chicken, and there was nothing I did not like. I loved it all cleaned my plate and ready to order again!! This is my first time trying a meal prep vendor s food that tastes fresh and delicious!!! I m Blown away

These meals are always delicious and will keep you full until your next meal! The portion sizes are perfect and each meal is packed with flavor. There has yet to be a meal that I have disliked from here. The owners/workers are also always so kind and energetic too. Oh my goodness. That falafel is THE BEST! I don t even want to eat the third one bc I don t want it to end. I want to buy it in bulk so I can freeze it and just reheat it in my air fryer anytime I want. And the tahini sauce, it s so good I saved some to put all over a salad. I honestly have not had one dish I didn t love off their menu. I m excited each week so I can check if any of my all time favorites are back. Wow, so good!

Amazing, just amazing! My teen daughter wanted to eat healthier and with a busy sports schedule, it can be tricky at times. She loves the meals and reminds me to order. It feels good when you can teach your teenager the benefits of proper nutrition through a yummy tasting meal! We feel like part of the family and are so glad to have found this fabulous business.

So grateful for a local business providing accommodations for ALL of its customers! So many options for those who feel it unsafe to be in public to still enjoy their services!! Awesome! I tried Trufit for the first time today and couldn t be more pleased. The ladies that work there are so sweet and the food is absolutely delicious. It s so good my 7 & 9-year-old boys were fighting over the spinach chicken wraps (with broccoli and black beans) before I could even unpacking the bag.

I travel for a living and basically live out of hotels. Finding TruFit was a Godsend! I am starting week 2 of the 7 day plan. All food is cooked fresh and customer service is not only personable but wonderful. I have loved every meal and appreciate the portion control. Not having to menu plan, cook and clean up has been amazing! You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the menu. I highly recommend this service. The only con for me will be that when my job here ends and I have to move in I can t take TruFit with me!

Best balanced healthy ready to go place in America!. I really love this place. I travel often for business and it is difficult to maintained a healthy diet yet eating with gusto . Before heading back home, I stopped there to pick the meal I am going to eat, as it is way better than anything you can find at any restaurants or at the airports food courts. I also love the team, they are friendly and incredible. if you travel to the Lewisville are in Dallas, I truly recommend this place.

I debated to post this or not but because Trufit didnt even try to fix the problem...then I feel i should warn other customers. My order was completely wrong. I reached out to them numerous times and they wouldnt even take the time to ask what they could do. They continued to act like they did nothing wrong. I didnt want my money back or even for them to fix it. The only thing I wanted from them was just to admit they messed up but they couldnt even do that. they acted like they were so busy to even respond to me. Thanks for taking my money and doing whatever you felt like doing. I hope you fix your actions/behavior to clients when they have an issue or you will never make it. Basically, you stole my money because my order was completely wrong! Thank you so much for NOT taking the time to at least apologize. I would never recommend this place to any one.

Been looking at meal prep options, local and online, for some time now. TFF is by far the best value and ease for our busy family.
