The experience started when we walked in the door (which clearly is in need of maintenance) and approached the counter to order. The employee just stood there and stared at us. I would think a greeting would be in order, but none was given. We receive our cups to fill our drinks and the tea smells awful. Pretty sure tea should not smell like rotton eggs. As we move to find a table, we pass an employee lounging in the dining area watching videos on her phone with the volume loud enough for me to hear three tables away. We finally settled on our table, which we had to clean before we could receive the food. The floor was slick and from the pictures I have included, you can see, just filthy. Several tables in our immediate vicinity were just as dirty. This place needs to do better.

We usually have a good experience at this location, but tonight left a lot to be desired. Over 20 minutes after ordering we asked if our food was ready. The to go bag had just been sitting there for who knows how long. Once home we had cold fries and were missing a hot dog. Not impressed today. The staff really dropped the ball.

First time here! The classic cheeseburger was so good. The bread just melts in your mouth theres nothing to chew. So so good. Fries were also very good. They had some healthier options for drinks as well including lemonade with cane sugar and tumeric. The cashier was also very nice and pleasant. I ll def be back with more people!

I dont know what they did? But theyve changed it. They used to have a Mooyah in Coppell, close to me but it closed before the Pandemic. Dont know why cause there was always a line everytime I went in there. But the food has changed. Im glad they have a smaller size fries you can order. And they used to use whole leaf lettuce. Now they use shredded lettuce. Im sure probably comes that way, in a bag, pre-shreaded like a fast food restaurant would buy. No longer fresh. (Im shaking my head.) And the buns tasted stale. It used to be I didnt have to salt and pepper the fries. They were perfect. No seasoning on fries anymore. Also, the burgers were bigger. And they packaged them in aluminum foil which kept them piping hot, cheese perfectly melted. Best burger Ive ever had. Plus the meat was real juicy. They now package them in a box. I asked the girl if it keeps them hot. She said yes. The closest Mooyah to me is in Flower Mound. About a 40 min. drive from me. When I got home the burger was cold and the meat was dried out. I think its because the kid at the grill was pushing on them. Making them flat as a pancake thereby squeezing all the juice out of it. Crying shame. Plus they are much smaller than they used to be. Guess its shrink-flation. Ive been raving to my Dad about Mooyah for years, waiting until the day I can take him there. Now I wont. Too bad. They wrecked it. I wont be back.

June 2024 I stopped for dinner at 5 pm. This was my first time at the establishment. The bacon cheese burger was great. I was impressed with the fries, they are more than generous with the amount you receive. Sweet potato fries perfect. Many choices of soda and three special fruit drinks. The size of the dining area was large, very comfortable, and able to accomodate a group of eight or more. The customer service was great and friendly. Reasonable cost. Will return. Heard the shakes are good.

Again arrived at a Flower Mound Mooyah burger . I walk into the this place upon my arrival the young lady came up to the counter did not say anything I place the order for my husband who was waiting in the car. I ORDER THE MDC BUGER and said NO FF. While waiting on my husband . I look around I only saw 2 seniors setting down eating. Then another young lady walked in from the back headed in the kitchen with food in her mouth. 3min she brought my order to the counter WITH FOOD in her mouth I look in the bag. I said is this my order because i said NO FFs. She just look at me and contained to eat. Of course I did not order anything for myself my husband wanted this burger. Went with girlfriend, food is great. That said the service is pretty bad. I got the Diablo double burger, she got basic single cheeseburger. They put all the ingredients for the Diablo on the single, and all the ingredients for the basic cheeseburger on the double. We would ve asked them to fix it but it had already taken forever and we didn t feel like waiting even longer, so we just traded ingredients, but she still had to swap to wipe Cholula off her burger. Completely unacceptable. They also took a tray that still had food on it right off our table before I even had time to react, basically rushing us out the door. For how much we paid, you d expect decent service. Wont be returning to this location.

These burgers are the best within roughly 20 miles. Savory, juicy, and rich! The fries are also incredible, and are served in abundance. The only downside is that the pricing is a bit unforgiving, but this is somewhat remedied by the frequency of special offers and in-app discounts/rewards. Dietary restrictions: The person I went with is allergic to gluten, and said their gluten-free buns were surprisingly good! Parking: Parking availability isnt usually an option, but can be tenuous around 5:00.

Food and service was good but wow that place is overdue for renovation/repairs. All the ceiling tiles are dirty, both bathrooms doors are damaged and inside the bathrooms were dirty (paper towels empty in Mens room), tables and floors were dirty, and booths needed paint/repair. Really sad the Flower Mound location is in this condition. And why no store hours posted on the window?

Ordered through the Mooyah app for the first time. Order was placed at 5:00 pm and estimated delivery was 5:45 pm. At 6:45 pm I called the Flower Mound Mooyah to check on my order. I spoke with Greta the manager on duty. She stated my order was ready at 5:20 pm but DoorDash hadnt come to pick it up. She instructed me to call DoorDash to see when they were coming to get the order. I asked if I was to call them to see when my order that was ready an 1:30 ago was going to get picked up and she said yes. I chuckled and asked for the DoorDash contact number. She commented that she could search and look it up if I cant do so myself. Very disappointed on how the Mooyah manager passed the buck regarding my issue. I did contact the DoorDash call service and they could not reach the delivery driver. They were contacting Mooyah to initiate a refund for me. About 15 minutes later a DoorDash driver showed up with my order that was made about 2 hours ago. So even after speaking with the Mooyah manager, she let the order sit there to still be picked up and delivered to me. I gave Mooyah 2 Stars because I believe DoorDash was responsible as well. My expectations though were that the Mooyah manager would have addressed the issue and at minimum make me a fresh order. All of us have had a burger 100s of times. I expected Mooyah to be decent. But man... The food I had was 10/10!!!! I had the Indulgent BBQ burger and it was on point! Juicy and not dry, not overcooked, and not too salty. I had the family size fries and the amount that they give you gives Five Guys a run for their money. It was delicious! I had the Reeses milkshake which was good in and of itself, but once I got to the bottom and all the crumbled Reeses goodness was at the bottom, it was the metaphorical cherry on top! The queso was nice and hearty and grabbed the house-made chips, and it had a good flavor without being too spicy. My entire meal was absolutely worth every penny. It was BANGIN. Now time to go lay out on the couch...

Just ate at MOOYAH for the first time. It was delicious. I understand the reason for the name now. . Hubby and I are picky with our food and are especially selective over fast food. I had the Indulgent BBQ burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and the bacon on my burger was not over cooked. We have found our new burger spot. Customer service was great, they were patient and helpful. I saw someone cleaning the tables often as we ate there. I highly recommend MOOYAH! They also have vegetarian options, so next time I will try their black bean patty burger. I don t leave reviews often, but I had to this time. Appreciate your business.

Ive been twice over the last several months. Pretty generic. Nothing over the top or below average. I recommend if youre just looking for a good burger and not in a hurry (otherwise, order ahead or go somewhere else). Service is pretty standard but the food is great. Our order was wrong this particular time but they were quick to fix and it wasnt a big deal (shake was wrong). The burgers are truly great and worth it. Honestly, we paid $25 for 2 burgers (doubles), a small shake, and a shareable fry. Very good pricing for the amount of food we received and how full we were. We had the Double Bacon Cheeseburger and the Indulgent BBQ Burger (subbed onion strings for fries).

If y all want to go to a place that serves your burger with a piece of hair on it, then this place is just right for you! I don t know why this place has such a high rating but do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here on a tuesday. or any other days. We ordered the quesonario burger and the patty looked like they smushed it with their feet and slapped it on the burger. The fried onions were hard as rocks and they barely gave you any queso on it. Whoever is working in the back needs to be fired ASAP good lord I feel like I m gonna have earth shattering diarrhea after having a few bites of that burger. Milkshake was watery too, overall the worst burger experience I ve ever had.

Food is always wonderful, but the service has declined over the last several years. Train up the teenagers that work the register to actually use manners. Parking: During peak hours, it is difficult to find parking. Kid-friendliness: Good kid options for food, but no play place.

Skimpy burg patty for the higher price. The Dr. Pepper burger was rather blandish and over rated (for the price). There was only one other person in the restaurant and it took them a long time to prepare and to serve us. Just basic chairs and a basic table, which is a very simplistic atmosphere. The chocolate shake and fries were delicious !!!!

So my friends told me this place is awesome. But maaaybe my wife and I came at a bad time and maaaybe it was just the people who were working. But we were very disappointed with the shakes. It was watery enough where our chocolate pieces sunk to the bottom of the shake. The service was really slow for us to only order 2 shakes. We are skeptical to come again based on this experience. But our friends say other wise. Dont know what to believe.

Food was really good. The team was really helpful and offered to bring my food to us so we didnt have to stand. Only complaint is that the prices are a little high...$15 to $17 for burger, fries, and soda is a bit much in my opinion. I do appreciate that they have followed suit with the trend to request tips when using a card. That is annoying. I still gave a $5 tip in the jar as a thank you.

Been here multiple times and it only gets better! Food was delicious, my bf ordered The Double Diablo and I got The Indulgent BBQ plus shareable fries. Flavor, sauce and seasoning in burgers & fries were on point!!! We can t leave Mooyah without a shake, so we try for the first time the Froot Loops one. Honestly, we didn t expect to be THAT GOOD (I wish my bf would let me post his reaction face haha) It brought me back to my childhood memories. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, we had the opportunity to meet Manny & Isa, you can definitely tell they truly care about your experience. Highly recommended!

The burger was great, except they overloaded with mayo. When I picked it up and bit into it, the burger, Tom, and lettuce slid out of the bun. One of the most messiest burgers I have ever eaten. From now on I will specify a little mayonnaise? Geeze!

Who puts shredded cheddar cheese on a burger? If you re going to do that, put more than a quarter sized amount on and change your menu to let people know and to reflect your change in quality of products. And don t charge $1 for that. This place has steadily gone downhill.
