I have visited this restaurant in the past with my service dog and never had an issue. On my visit today 9/1/2024 the manager Sean told me I would have to be seated in the patio because of my service dog. I later had a conversation with Sean and explained my dog is specifically trained as a service dog offered him proof and explained the ADA clearly states I had a right to be seated in the regular dining areas of the restaurant. Sean then stated that because of a prior incident at the restaurant (which had nothing to do with me or my service dog) he needed to separate my service dog from regular patrons. I explained he couldnt do that per the ADA law, but he stated we would limited to the patio or a separate room in the dining area away from other patrons. This is a violation of my rights under the ADA law. I have filed a complaint with the ADA Department of Justice as a result of this access denial.

This cafe is really great. I take my dog here and we sit on the patio and enjoy the great food and hospitality. I love the berry power bowl with a side of cinnamon french toast. The omelets and lunch menu items are a great go to when I need to change my routine. Parking: The parking is easy access to the restraunt.

We sat down to eat here but were asked to leave because our daughter had fruit from Salata next door. The restaurant was empty, and we were seated on the patio. We asked if we could order something for her, but they said it didnt matter. It makes no sense that a little girl cant eat fruit at their restaurant...because she doesnt like Crepes! The ironic thing is that we were a party of 6...in an empty restaurant...all hungry...we could have more than offset the kids meal you were afraid of losing...

I ate there for the first time and it was bad! I had steak, eggs and home fries. Just know that I barely made it home because I was sick as a dog! I didnt even finish my food at the restaurant and the waitress even asked if everything was ok. I called back and advised my waitress that I was sick and she sd she would have the manager call me when they came in...Im still waiting on that call that I didnt even ask for. She was nice, but showed no empathy during the call. Nonetheless, we all know that was my first and last time eating there! I give them 2 thumbs and 2 big toes down!

I recently dined here with a friend. Great place if you re looking for a beautiful cocktails. Great customer service and delicious food. Asked our server for their favorites, and it didn t disappoint. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio dining. You don t wanna miss this place, it s perfect!

Food was over cooked, eggs not over medium but fried hard & actually brown from the griddle. Sausage patties dry & tough & over done. Asked for just fresh berries on the crepe (without the syrups & sugars added). Ended up being charged extra for a custom order (and they still sprinkled powdered sugar on it)? Asked for no jalapeños in the breakfast burrito but it came out with the jalapeños? Crepe itself was okay but didn t really meet expectations, since it s part of the restaurant name itself. All in all, no wait on a Sunday morning when we got there but probably won t return.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday. I had their breakfast sandwich, which is on a bagel, which I appreciated. My spouse had a combo that included 2 pancakes, which she graciously split with me. The sandwich was good, although a teeny plain with a plain bagel and plain American cheese. I also had a side of a fruit cup which was good. The service was a tiny bit off as well, with my first cup of coffee being lukewarm, and failing to bring any pancake syrup until reminded several times. The layout is very cozy. Well definitely try it again, I guess I should really try a crepe!

DON T RECOMMEND still terrible Beware!! *what were the results from when you looked into this? Well .we had high hopes. Service and experience rations were terrible. When we sat down, there were only 2 other tables occupied. It took about 5 minutes for a waitress (3 on staff) to come take our order. Then it took another 8 minutes to get: 2 hot chocolates and a coffee. We then placed our order, meanwhile 5 other groups came in. We waited 30 minutes and still no food. Spoke to a gentleman and he said he would check on our order. Other tables were served and we were not. I asked the gentleman again about our food and he said it was our waitresses fault. Not a good move to blame somebody else as a manager. So we left after 45 minutes.

Ive been a customer of this location for some time now. The restaurant is always clean and organized. The servers are courteous, friendly and expedient. Yohanna and Laura are great servers and always smiling. This morning I observed Maria (not my server) take care a few other customers, she was exceptional and engaging. She knew the menu well and shared some inciteful suggestions to her customers.

We stopped in right at 1pm for a late breakfast. Service was good. Food was average. We chose this place specifically because I m gluten free and they have GF pancakes. I got the gf berry pancakes. They were decent and filling. My husband had a skillet type of dish. It came out on a ceramic griddle precariously balanced on another plate making it difficult to eat off of. Easily enough fixed by taking it off the bottom plate. It seemed like a much smaller portion for the $12 price. Would I come back? If I was jonesing for gf pancakes and it was my only choice. Otherwise, probably not. Nothing horrible. There s just plenty of other similar restaurants in the area I prefer.

Marina was our server. She was friendly and quick on the service. My wife got ultimate berry gluten-free pancakes and I got the meat lovers skillet with sourdough toast. The wife said the pancakes were good but she would have preferred the berries inside the pancakes. My skillet was a little on the underwhelming side. Definitely not a $12 egged and hash brown meal. Doubt I would have asked for coffee had I know it would be $3.25 Over all we would return specifically for the gluten-free pancakes.

The 1st time we went we got there at 2:45pm and they told us the kitchen was already closed. We came back next weekend and we were a party of 8 and wanted to sit outside so we had to practically convince the hostess to let us put the tables together even though the patio was empty (middle of the summer) Hostess didnt have a helpful attitude. The waitresses didnt know at all the menu or what they had. Every time we asked for something she had to go check inside if they had it or not. And then she would forget to come back with the answer. They have margaritas on the menu but they couldnt make one. They said they had modelo especial and then she came back saying they didnt have them cold. The worst thing is that when they brought the food the chorizo benedict had a rotten taste, and when we complained to the manager, instead of apologizing, they said we had eaten half the plate. We are never coming back.

I love it. It s airy and modern inside, staff is wonderful, and the food is really good. I hade the veggie skillet and it was perfect. Add to it the reasonable price and you ve got a gem hiding in plain sight. This may have just become our new go to for breakfast, pulling us away from a place that is just as good but busy and expensive. I ll take Cracked & Crapes over Fruit and Batter every time.

Second time there first experience was so much better. I ordered the Ultimate Berry Crepes this time First off this item is served cold, like just out of the refrigerator cold. I am pretty sure the crepes are pre-made, meaning they are not made in their kitchen but purchased from a supplier and so are the glazes. The crepes are not stuffed with marscapone, it s just a tiny scoop dropped on top, not even enough for the whole dish. The white glaze is over the top too sweet and taste like the pre- made icing from Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, I took as much off as I could to continue eating. Also, I ordered a Cafe Americano and was brought a regular coffee, but charged the higher price. I will have to try something completely different if we go back a third time. For the price and quality Seven Mile Cafe is far superior in my experience and opinion.

My first visit there. Meh, my breakfast sandwich would have been ok except they used cheap American cheese, which was gross. You could still see the lines from the plastic liner the cheese came in. The hash brown still had a cold spot from being frozen. For $12 for the sandwich, I expect better. I definitely won t be going back, miss Starwood being in that location!

PROs: Open on Sunday, no wait when we came in at 0930. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seats inside and outside. Quick to be greeted once we were seated. We didnt have digestive reactions or become ill afterwards. CONs: My eggs and hashbrowns were lukewarm/cold in some of the egg areas; I preferred not to finish my plate. My husband stated his meal was fine and he finished his. I noticed a seated couple before us and they received their meals after ours. Their expressions werent happy. HipHop background music played on a Sunday morning. There appeared to be a lack of organization and flow. Staff and etablishment was not warm and friendly. Actually the staff appeared hurried and annoyed. We were in and out within 30 mins. Before leaving the couple finally received their ordinary meals. And people were waiting to be seated. There was not a hostess at the front to greet or thank customers for coming in.

A very disappointing dining experience. We were sat on the left side of the restaurant entirely by ourselves when there were open tables in the main dining area. Our table was next to a dirty window with a view of dirty patio furniture, boxes of beer and the bathroom. The food was bland and did not taste fresh. My husbands chicken fried steak was covered in a very unappetizing gelatinous gravy and my hashbrowns were still in a rectangular shape, like they had come frozen from a package. They were also very chewy and unappetizing. The omelet and pancakes I had were fine and the waitress was friendly. There are far better brunch places in the area than Cracked & Crepe and we will not be returning.
