Walked in 3 minutes after they opened, which some places the staff is grumpy and still waking up. Here, they greeted me and told they would be with me in a moment, which was refreshing. The place was clean, and they were putting out fresh ingredients. The food was great. the service was great for just opening the doors.

My son and husband are addicted to this place! It is so so good and a great price! The staff at this location is amazing, they have always been so kind to us. Now one of the managers, Maurice, he is so rude & treats the employees so wrong. We have seen this too many times, SO TO THE OWNER: FIND YOU A BETTER MANAGER, PLEASE! We will al be happy about this. ;)

EXCELLENT cauliflower pizza and service every time! The owner and team at this location are great and need to be recognized! Though I not always get the same team members, each are GREAT and offer exceptional service consistently at every visit. They are always open to my asking for can I have more feta please? or can I have more mushrooms please?, a refreshing side of service when many times other places give customers the opposite. The owner and his team have secured me as a frequent customer indeed. MOD Pizza has a great product (value for the size and quality is awesome!) paired with a great service team (the owner and his team made a difference for me), what a win-win! Well done.

Dear] Management, I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at your establishment at 9:09 PM on 8/12/24 . Charley, the young lady who assisted me with my order, was incredibly kind and helpful. (I give her 5 stars to her) . As I was paying, she accidentally entered $12 instead of $20. She immediately called for assistance from a manager named Ernesto (I believe that was his name). Unfortunately, Ernestos response was quite disappointing. He was impatient and dismissive, cutting Charley off as she tried to explain her mistake. His behavior was so unprofessional that I felt compelled to intervene and remind him that we are all human and mistakes happen. Despite my concerns, Ernesto continued to be rude, and when I asked for a way to contact someone above him, he refused to provide the information, directing me to go online instead. I am deeply concerned about how Ernesto treated Charley. No employee should be subjected to such disrespect, especially in front of customers. I hope the owners or higher management are made aware of this incident and take appropriate action to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all employees. I just had the worst encounter with Maurice the Sunday manager. I understand its busy but the most disrespectful attitude I just received made me realize why this company had to file bankruptcy. Whats crazy is I love the pizza here but after this level of disrespect I will NEVER spend a dime at any Mods... I spend every Sunday ordering here only to get treated this way is highly disappointing. At least I received my REFUND.

MOD pizza in Euless is the place to go. I placed a large order of 20+ pizzas/salads the morning of a lunch meeting. MOD pizzas staff was so awesome they busted out my order in time, everything labeled, everything completed perfectly. On top of that, the pizzas were great! So sad that this place was so disappointing. We ve been here many times and understand how they work making a bunch of custom pizzas isn t an instant process. But the sheer amount of time it took to get our food was mind-boggling. They had a line of 10 people and had one person making pizzas at 6:30. They were very slow at it. There were several other employees around, including the manager. When asked if another person could come to help the pizza maker, he was defensive and explained that there was no one else to help. Another person started making pizzas after that, but the line remained glacially slow. We honestly should have left when we realized how slow things would be. Several others did, including people who ordered on the app and we overheard getting into a loud argument with the manager about wait times. After waiting in line for forty-five minutes, however, it came to be our turn. We did ask that they take their secondary pizza maker (who was apparently doing to go orders) and ask them to work on our pizzas. They did work on our pizzas, and at some point the manager came over and worked as well. It was clear they were not happy with our request. Fortunately the pizzas were good. Even so, I won t be going back to this place any time soon, which is a loss because it s one of the few places my gluten-free husband can get a good pizza. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Ive ordered here every Sunday for months because my kids eat GF, and the pizzas are not the best but ok. My issue is their service. Its bad. They mess up orders all the time - missing toppings or wrong size, the pizzas arent ready when they said theyd be ready, they never walk out your order to their pick up parking spots - dont even bother requesting that. I dont fault the workers, service industry is full of underpaid, stressed out guy and gals. And this place didnt look any different. Too few workers for the traffic and they looked stressed out AF.

I have always gone to this mod pizza and have always had great service, but this time was different. It was a pretty big rush that came in. The General manager Mauricio was yelling at his employees and being very disrespectful towards them. One of them went to the bathroom because she started to cry. It was so sad to watch, me and my fiends said something to him about his professionalism and his tone towards his employees and was very rude and arrogant. I feel sorry for the kind, sweet employees who have to deal with his behavior.

Young man on his earbuds with s personal call the whole time i was in the restaurant. Pizza make out all my toppings pilled crooked in my pizza so one side has a 3 crust and the other side had 1/2 of crust. Baked so long the crust was more like a crouton and the guy cutting was also wearing and ear bud and didn t even cut my slices all the way to the edge. All in all the staff was very laid back and kind of lazy. 2 families walked out while i was eating my pizza because they were never even spoke to. Garbages overflowing with trash and plates. 330pm and i can not see where they would be ready for a dinner rush.

TERRIBLE SERVICE My first issue started with trying to place the order online. I wanted it ready to go when i got there since i dont live in the area and was headed home. I wanted a 1/2 and half pizza. I wasnt able to do that online. So I called in to the local number and I reached someone that apparently was not inside of the store and she also was not able to order a 1/2 and half pizza. She told me I had to go inside the store. This was disappointing. Im quite surpised the system they use doesnt allow that. When I showed up, there was one customer ahead of me. Family of 4 on 1 ticket as they paid together. Only one table was seated with 2 customers. They were eating alteady. I ordered what I wanted, which was a 1/2 dillon and half domonic based upon the recipes that they have listed on the menu when you walk in. I asked for no additions, no subtractions. Just as is. I paid for my food and went to my car to wait. I went back in and got my pizza and get home only to find no meat on the Dominic side. Ive never had this issue at the other location i frequent. Half and half has been right each time. I called in and explained the issue and that i didnt live near the restaurant so it wasnt within reason to return. Immediately met with whats the name on the ticket. He asked if it was doordash. I told him no i was the customer in the store and theres no name listed on my receipt but i see an order number. He said i cant refund you if theres no way to find the ticket. I told him i wasnt looking to get a refund. He asked me so what are you calling for? Well to request that you ask your team to double check that all ingredients are on the pizza before going in the oven also an apology for the error would be nice. He proceeds to tell me well it sometimes happens during a rush. I said nope there was no rush. I saw one guy making what appeared to be online orders because he grabbed 3 tickets and started making pizzas but it was a different guy that made the pizzas for the family of 4 and he then made mine. So because he couldnt argue that point he then tells me i shouldve walked the line to make sure i told the guy what i wanted. I said why would i do that when these are pre set recipes created by the owners of your company?? That defeats the purpose of having a menu instead of just saying create your own. I didnt ask for any adjustments just half and half so Im not understanding your argument here. This guy clearly annoyed sits the phone down. Im on the line saying hello? Hello?? I can hear him talking to someone in the background. A customer or employee. I guess he hoped i would just hang up and I did not but he did. YEP HE HUNG UP ON ME i called right back in and the person that answered, I said are you the manager and he said no. He set the phone down and I heard him say these exact words. Its the lady you just hung up on. He gets back on the line saying. Oh, we must have gotten disconnected. I said, so theres not going to be any accountability from you. And he said, well, Ill speak to my team but you just need to walk the line. And I said again OK so zero accountability got it. I calmly said Thank you for your time and have a good evening. I did not once raise my voice at this man. I was very calm and cool the whole time as if i had only called to ask what time they closed. Yhe situation was not that serious but I was appalled by his reaction towards me over a simple mistake. Whats so difficult about saying, Hey, sorry about that. Yeah, Ill speak my team to just double check and I would not have been so offended if he would have also added next time ask to see your pizza as well before you leave for even more protection, something along those lines but NO i was immediately met with THIS IS YOUR FAULT and youre wasting my time. Its unfortunate that some people get promoted or hired as manager when they have zero customer service skills. And unfortunately, I didnt even think about asking for anyones name till I was off the phone but Ive reported this on the site

This was a really great location. MOD is our favorite but some locations are really going downhill in service, this one was fabulous. Beautiful location, sweet employees, clean work station, perfectly cooked pizzas, and very nice overall experience. Thank you got putting care into your service! This place is perfect for our family of 4. We all love pizza and we all love getting our own toppings. The staff in this specific store is awesome. We ve been in when they were obviously understaffed (right after Covid) and everyone was hustling and doing their best. It doesn t matter if it s slow or busy the manager has all of the employees working steadily. The manager is on her game. Husband and I are both in retail and we always talk about how awesome she is. She s always training and communicating while working her tail off, multitasking is obviously a skill! We ll be back. Almost every week. Lol!

Came in here by mistake. I was recommended this place for good pizza but I obviously mistook the person recommending it considering this place makes pizzas for toddlers. Maybe the person who recommended it was a toddler? Where would a toddler even get money for such a expensive small bland pizza? The toddler bank? Or maybe they borrowed it from their mom under the confusion that this place was actually a chuck e cheese. That would make the most sense.

Gluten friendly folks, especially, celiacs... dont even bother!!! I guess its hard to have a kitchen offer gluten friendly options but this was literally the worst cross contamination Ive seen. All the pizza is cooked on the same surface. Gloves were not changed between pizzas. We were told a different cutter was used, however, the only two exactly the same cutters were kept in the same canister. The pizza did taste good but I would definitely NOT return just because of the way they show no concern for gluten friendly. Theres better options in the same area.

MOD is a great place to grab a quick pizza. Ive had both thin and thick crust, piled with toppings, and both were hot and tasty after the 10 minute drive home. Vegetarian options: Veggie cheese and sausage!

Double check the order. We got the pizza after work, and it was late. We assumed it would be an order, but instead, it was covered in pesto and jalapeños that I cant due to acidreflux. My wife ended up eating that. Im very disappointed. The order was late, and the service was lacking.

There were 6+ people behind the counter, multiple on their phones in view and only 2 people making pizzas with a huge line. TSomeone without any clothes indicating they worked here, leaned on the counter, talking to them as if she knew them. She told a poor girl working her hardest to smile more . They then gave me 2 ranch cups, one completely empty.. the dough on the pizza was also raw.

This place is blaze pizza, so if you like them youll like this place. Its a build your own so come with a game plan or choose one of the pre-built guys. I recommend springing for the thick crust. Most of the employees were kids so expect some awkwardness. It didnt bother us. Vegetarian options: Its build your own, so you can do everything from vegan to meat lovers.

If you want a lopsided pizza and to be basically told that they dont care what you think about what you receive for your money....then yeah this is THAT PLACE! I received 2 Mod size pizzas that were lopsided and I kindly asked for them to remake them and i was basically given an explanation of how cheese melts...lol! I just told him just give me the pies and I will call corporate to ask them how this works? I used to choose Mod over Pie5 cause of the service and the crust...now service is not even a factor cause they dont give a darn either! I have photos of the pies also to share with Mod LLC. We had a large church group come in without warning and they just got to work and made sure we did not have a long wait for our food! It was cooked perfectly, even though they were busy, they did it right. Everyone was so impressed how professional and nice everyone was. Went in at 7:30pm to order a pizza to go... Things went well until I asked for a topping that I always get, and Mod always has. The employee told me, We dont have any cut up right now. The place was to be open for another 1.5 hours. The restaurant wasnt busy, and it would have taken only a couple of minutes to fix it. In what business is that kind of laziness acceptable?
