The rooms are always amazingly comfortable and clean when we stay here. I called and asked if the pool was open before booking as it was closed last time we stayed, I was told it was open and my kids were super excited to swim today but we were disappointed when we showed up and it was closed again. Trenton however overheard my kids saying how sad they were and was super sweet about it, he told them it would be open again in just a little while. He even called up to our room and let my kids know as soon as it was open. We will always make this our regular hotel when visiting.

Wonderful service from Norma and Dawn and Rosemary, the manager of the hotel. Very clean rooms, lovely breakfast and exceptionally kind welcome from staff when we arrived at 1.30am after we missed our DFW flight. Thank you! Noteworthy details: Immaculatey clean rooms and reception area. POST REVIEW 25 August 2024 While my wife and I were most positive in our review of our stay at this hotel, on returning to Australia this week we have discovered that we have still been charged AUS $140 for our stay, despite handing over an American Airlines voucher for our one night stay. The hotel staff, specifically the hotel manager, undertook to credit us with the AUS $140 payment they inadvertently charged to us, despite the hotel being in receipt of the American Airlines voucher. This is very disappointing. We would appreciate the hotel contacting us to resolve this matter. PLEASE REPLY to our latest review regarding your failure to honour the American Airlines hotel voucher we gave you, and your failure to refund the AUS $140 we gave you!

Was a great hotel! Me, my husband and our 3 boys stayed for 2 nights while ,visiting family in Dallas. Very quiet, clean, and safe place. Rooms were bigger than I expected. The place smells good and is very clean. The pillows and comforters are by far the most comfortable bedding Ive ever came across at a hotel. Breakfast, indoor pool, computer, and wifi. We will definitely be staying here on our future visits to Dallas!

I booked this room, a suite, on the recommendation of other customers ratings and experiences. Having arrived about midnight on a Saturday, I have now been in it 4+ hours. In a word, its great. Big room, for a big man. Clean, quiet, has everything you expect a reasonable to nice hotel room to have. No offensive odors, no insects. Refrigerator, microwave, tv, WiFi and data ports . . . just a nice room. Add an AARP discount and its even better. My only not to pick was the downstairs desk agent was surly. Not terrifically, but shout to knock a star off the rating.

Hotel is 10 minutes from the rental car center. It s kind of beyond the boundaries of what I would consider a airport hotel . New property very clean. Bed was comfortable with ample very comfortable pillows. Bright bathroom with stand up shower although water pressure was low. Plenty of restaurants nearby but only if you have a car because they are all on the frontage roads. The area is notconducive to walking. The issue with service is shortstaffed at the front desk. When I checked in, I had to wait behind a dozen people. Unfortunately, later in the evening, I left my key in the room and needed a replacement key because I was locked out. I had to wait about 60 minutes behind 25 people in line trying to check in , all with airline vouchers. The front desk process for checking in is very inefficient with multiple steps dealing with the vouchers, peoples passports, running the credit card, creating a key, and meanwhile, all these people picked items from the lobby store, which all need to be rung up individually. Also, all of these airline passengers had a ton of questions that were taking her time, including getting signed up for the shuttle and they were all complaining that the shuttle rosters were full for the times they wanted to go so they were having to go much earlier in the morning than they needed to because there was no shuttle Taxi cab had to service them. While the front desk was very nice and working as fast as she could, the process just required so many steps. There were over 30 people in the lobby as this occurred. They have a nice computer set up for the lobby business center, but there was no password so impossible to access the computer and print Except for this experience, the hotel was a great value. Walkability: There is no walk ability because it is on the frontage road, despite restaurants, being close, not exactly safe to be walking on a freeway.

We like staying at this Comfort Inn because it is centrally-located, accessible, clean, always looking and smelling new and well-maintained. We also enjoy their indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast options vary everyday and they have A LOT of varieties to choose from. They had eggs, sausages, bacon, ham slices/Canadian bacon, potatoes, biscuits, waffle, Danish bread, bagels, white & brown bread, English muffins, flavored muffins, cereals, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juices, hot tea options, water, milk. If I missed anything, its just extra to when I have listed here. Brii was an amazing receptionist! She was very accommodating, attentive and mild-mannered. She always greeted us with a smile. We also got to talk to the manager, Ms. Rosemary. She was sweet, approachable and welcoming. We always come back to this location because we like the service that they provide.

We had an amazing experience and we plan on going back. We spent 3 days at the hotel and everything was great, our favorite part was the indoor pool that we got in all 3 days. The service was great and the breakfast was perfect! The rooms were super clean and smelt clean. I would recommend anyone visiting Texas close to that area to stay there. Rooms: The hotel itself surprised all of us. The size of the room was more than perfect and the extra bed was a saver.

Well, its not the Four Seasons, LOL, but as a mid-range hotel, the bang for buck is really here. Super-clean, very nice-smelling lobby gives you the first impression that the rest of the experience lives up to. Comfortable bed with nice comforter! And I noticed things like that the AC is not overly loud. This one is reasonably quiet and isnt cycling every five minutes. The bathroom is just what youre expecting at this level of hotel: clean, granite countertop, nice faucets that actually work correctly, and decent towels. Its a very comfortable little suite. Take off a star for the fact that on the fourth floor (the top) you are going to hear the jets, and the TV is significantly smaller than I would expect at this level. Also, the breakfast is okay, but Ive had much better at this price point. But the jet noise is not loud enough to be a problem, and everything is passable. So, as I say, this is a very solid bang for buck hotel with a very comfortable bed, which is what matters most. I would go there again, and I recommend it.

I specifically booked this hotel for my son s birthday because the website said it has a heated pool. I even called three different times and asked whoever was working and was assured yes it has a heated pool. We get there, pool is cold. Even the room where the pool is wasn t very warm and humid like hotels normally are. Went and asked the front desk lady if she or someone could possible turn up the heat, oh it isn t heated . Are you kidding me. So disappointing. Also a lot of the equipment in the gym wasn t working like it should. The treadmill skips if you try and run and the cables were loose. Also it is right by a highway so there is highway noise which is to be expected. But there were also several homeless looking people walking around. One time they even knocked on the pool room windows trying to be let in.

House keeping requests arent fulfilled until after you check out of this hotel. They dont provide house keeping, unless you request it.. and even after requesting house keeping, house keeping services arent fulfilled. If you book multiple nights, be prepared to visit the front desk daily to have the door key reset! Inconvenience to your paying guests! Definitely didnt receive services that were paid for.. front desk staff are liars to top it all off! Rooms: Not serviced by house keeping if staying multiple nights!

This has got to be the nicest, cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed at! The front desk manager Aimee, was extremely professional. Kind and caring!! Cleaning staff go above and beyond to welcome you. Breakfast is continental but could have more fresh fruit daily. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom was clean even in the corners. I would recommend a new shower head. Otherwise, this is a fantastic hotel close to airport and easy to get to all attractions in Fort Worth and Arlington. I highly recommend this hotel. Heated indoor pool is a plus for your kiddos!! Was there due to delayed flight causing an over night stay. The shuttle did leave the next morning WITHOUT many of us. Good thing I had a voucher for a cab.The shuttle is ran by a separate company and on 19 April was not reliable and left early. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

My partner and I arrived very late, they picked us up in a shuttle at the airport (you have to call and request one to pick you up). The hotel was very chill and felt good. Booked this hotel last minute as my kids and I were stuck in Dallas on our first day of spring break. I called to ask about the airport shuttle and was assured one is on the way. When the shuttle arrived, it was a beat up white dodge caravan with no shuttle designation signs; I was nervous. I called the hotel to be assured it was the driver and it was, so that was weird because it wasn t a normal shuttle, but the man Marcus was very nice and helpful. He was actually the nicest person we encountered on our trip. After checking into our room I realized the room wasn t very clean. There was a fry on the floor under the desk, the microwave was dirty, one of the comforters was stained, the carpet was stained, the couch was stained, and there were no blankets or sheets for the pull out mattress. There were also only 2 towels in a room booked for 5 people! When I sent my teenager down to ask for a pull out bed set including a blanket, she was met with attitude from Rosy who was on her personal phone and was told there isn t anymore. We had to make do with small blankets we brought with us. The overnight person was way more helpful and nice, but I don t know her name. The people in the room above me were tap dancing all night. The breakfast was NOT a buffet, but it was there. The eggs were gross (powdery but frozen) and the biscuits dry. My kids only ate the waffle and yogurt. Decent breakfast but I chose the hotel based on that and having a pool for my kids. Pool was open. Wouldn t book again unfortunately. I gave the location 1 star because there was absolutely no walkable food places besides bowlero. Walkability: Not walkable and there is no food nearby!

The entire experice in Euless was definitely worth booking ! The front desk lady was super nice, prompt, her smile made us feel welcomed , provided details on the stay and even gave my husband and I suggestions on places to go for enjoyment ! Entering the hotel, lobby, hallway, & our room it had a fresh, clean, refreshing feels and smell! The bed was comfy, sheets were white, & the view out of the window at night was beautiful and lit up like a Christmas tree. We will most certainly come-back to this location and give it 10; rating ! Saw no critters like roaches. I think the person was on acid. My room was just perfect. I did not want to get out of bed. So comfortable and smelt fresh. Room was clean. Smelt fresh. Large flatscreen tv. Fridge. Ironing board and iron. Office area. Relaxing chair and ottoman. AC was cool enough for me and I like icicles hanging from the ceiling. Check in was superb. Long line at check in but still not too long of a wait. Ample parking. Swimming pool that actually was in working condition. Overall Excellent Service and Excellent Hotel. Terrible Terrible Terrible. The Manager is awful. I will never stay there again. Even if the airport comps again. Ill stay at Holiday Inn, Best Western, hell if thats not available. Ill stay at motel 8 before I stay at this place again for what was supposed to be free.

I have to every time I stay here the customer service is A+. The young lady that works the day shift she is such a pleasant person. She knows her job and she is always on top of it when ever you need anything at all. My stupid credit card company called 3 days in a row probably more and drove the management crazy and they all handled it with such professionalism. Myself was ready to come through the phone and slap the credit card company because of their inadequacies. Anyways, long story short is Comfort Inn group was outstanding. Thank you to all of yall for being amazing. Rooms: The rooms are always very clean!!

HUGE COCKROACHES. Hotel is very convenient to airport. Rooms are updated and clean so far as housekeeping, but I caught and flushed 6 huge roaches (the size of my thumg). Several more scurried under the couch to hide. YIKES!

I love traveling all day and getting to my hotel at 10:30 PM just to have them tell me at check in that they canceled my room because I haven t payed by 6PM!?!?! Like what !!? I was never notified of that rule they claim to have called me, but I have zero missed calls, and she couldn t prove that she tried to call me.

This hotel is on the list of voucher stays for DFW. American Airlines latest round of abysmal customer service and delayed flights filled thr airport with displaced travelers. As expected no one was in a positive mood. Amy (spelling?) managing check - in at Comfort Inn truly offered comfort during an aggravating evening. She was already handling a line of 5 people when I walked in. It seemed as soon as she checked in one guest two more walked in. Yet, she was calm professional and welcoming. The line was moving well without any of the guests feeling rushed. She fielded all of our questions without missing a step checking us in. She made sure I had everything I needed to settle in for the night and be ready to fly out in the morning. She was phenomenal!!

It s hard to believe this is a 2-star hotel. What s most important to me is the cleanliness and this hotel definitely met my expectations. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Checking in & out was a breeze. The hotel in general just looked and smelt very clean. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It s on a one way street but you can access the highway almost immediately. It s a very safe area & very quiet. I would stay here again in the future!

The bed was difficult to leave behind and the breakfast had a good selection. The front desk manager Shona was very informative about the surrounding areas so she was a blessing. She also shared how wonderful the upkeep of the rooms are and I wouldn t argue with her there. The rooms were spotless clean. I mean not even a loose hair on the floor. The staff made us feel safe and comfortable and I will definitely be visiting again. Rooms: The bed was my absolute favorite part of the stay along with pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds.

When trying to help our non-english speaking grandmother find a place to stay when her flight was delayed, we were referred to this hotel. It was late at night and we needed to have someone help her connect to the wi-fi. When we called the front desk to ask someone to help her, they were very unaccommodating. They scolded us over the phone, refused to patch us through to her room, and hung up on us multiple times. Night staff needs a serious revamp. Do not stay here when you re in a pinch.

My room was amazing. The service was ABSOLUTELY TRASH I take that back the young lady whom checked us in AMAZING the night staff was WONDERFUL. BUT THE cleaning staff and day time staff were HORRIBLE. If you eat breakfast you better be done at 9 am shark or the STAFF WILL LITERALLY TAKE THE FOOD OUT YOUR MOUTH. at 9:02 am the cleaning lady came in UNDPLUGGING THE WAFFLE MAKER WITH MY WAFFLE STILL IN THERE. THE TOASTER WITH MY TOAST STILL IN. she took spoons and forks as WE AND OTHER GUESTS SAT THE STRUGGLING to finish preparing the food we had already started. As I mentioned before I HAD A WAFFLE IN THE MAKER AS SHE UNPLUGGED IT. But the worst part was the FACT THAT A STACK OF PIZZA BOXES SAT ON A TRASH FOR A FULL 24 HOURS . ALL WHILE SHE STACHED STUFF FROM US AND WHEN I COMPLAINED. THE FRONT DESK LADY SAID THEY DONT HAVE A CORPORATE NUMBER NOR DO THEY HAVE A HOTEL MANAGER.

The property itself was nice and clean. The problem was with the night of check in the front desk checked me in under my sisters room which mind you we dont have the same first name just last name. She took my ID and still did not pay attention, i was charged for 2 rooms and other fees which added up too almost 500 dollars more on top of my room i was told there would be a 50 dollar hold which i understood as deposit. We were on a budget since it was a quick one day event. My sister who had other problems kept in touch with the front desk, she was told bc of all the issues we would be issued a refund. So imagine being with no money and their response was oh its gonna return in 3-5 business days. The money was so quick to come out my account so back to check in, after all the mess up we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. My sister went to her room and the room was occupied, luckly noone was in there but can yall imagine what could have happened if there was and the scenario. She had my 2 teen daughters with her the whole time we wanted answers for all the charges and we kept our cool. We were told we would get a refund but that story changed the next day and I was out 500 plus. Sunday as we checked out we spoke to the person at the desk, who clearly did not want to provide her name. She got sassy with us and told us there are cameras and if you did something bad we will see our answer was good bc we kept our cool and evidence will work in our favor. We got receipts and left. Ive been keeping an eye on my account for refunded money and even had to go to the extent of blocking my card bc as we tried to find out where some charges where coming from it tried to pull another 197 dollars.

BEWARE OF STAFF!!!!! I stayed here the night of February 18, 2023 and left my wedding ring in the pool area. I called the next night and the person I spoke with says it was found and turned in and that housekeeping put it in a lock box. It took a month for me to come back to the hotel since I live so far away but when I showed up to pick it up and they re now claiming they have no record of it and it s not here. I m contacting higher up!

This was in a prime location despite being located on a one-way street. You were able to walk to a bowling alley amusement type building located next door or even to a restaurant, if you chose to exercise. The hotel seems to be an overflow hub for when flights are over booked or cancelled. The room I stayed in was comfortable along with great water pressure for the shower. I utilized the exercise room but not the pool (which looked extremely small). The breakfast area was quite large; however the food variety was limited compared to other locations. Overall I wouldnt have a problem staying here again if needed.

The stay was okay... and yes, just okay. The room was clean, but the bathroom door wouldnt latch leaving it to open it no matter how hard to you tried to latch it shut. That wasnt a huge deal since it was just me in the room thankfully. I went to dry my hands on the hand towel and the bar fell right out of the holders... I was shocked as i had barely touched the towels. The bed was comfortable so Im thankful for that after a looooong work day. We got into the hotel late, so we were pretty tired. My coworker and i got our rooms and went to crash for the night. I went to open my door, only to discover it was locked with the latch... confused for a moment... i stood until i heard a voice from IN MY ROOM! She gave me a room with someone already in it. When i went back down to the lobby from the 4th floor, i told her there was someone in my room and she looked at me shocked. No apology, just told me my name was on the room,, i said Im not sure... but there is someone in my room. So she switched me over to the room next to the one that i basically just broke into. Luckily i never ran into the person. Breakfast was okay... the bacon was a thin as paper, the potatoes didnt look done, but the cereal was good, and i was able to make a bagel. I dont know that i would stay here again, it was decent. 3 stars feels fair.

Staff is friendly and accommodating; common areas are updated and clean; breakfast area was clean and food was always fresh/quickly replenished; rooms are spacious but filthy. Bathroom had hair EVERYWHERE (even after having it cleaned after checkin), blankets had stains, stayed for 2 days and didnt hear vacuuming. For the space and convenience, Id return with my own linens and cleaning supplies.

Stayed after a concert. Was charged by both Expedia and hotel directly. When attempting to get a refund I was given the runaround by Rosie. I called several times and was told she would call me right back, or she was out of the office, never received any resolution. I also emailed the manager and never received a response. I had a horrible experience checking into this hotel yesterday. The guy left in charge to run this business went out of his way to not help me do to a misunderstanding he created. So its 50 50 for me. The bed was really comfortable. The pillows were great. The rooms were clean, updated and modern. The price was good. And the front desk service was pretty good. So overall pretty good. Hoowever, not sure if it was only my room, however the curtains do not close all the way. The shears are semi see through. So there was light coming through all night. Not sure who thought this was a good design. Did not feel private at all and was too bright late at night. The white bed cover/comforter did have so marks on it. And so it didnt feel clean and made me not want to sit on them or use the.. Tv did not work (assuming the remote was dead). Didnt ask them to look at it as it was late at night.. Doors close with a lot of force and so are pretty noisy. So overall decent, but they need to address the curtains.
