I ordered a 2 pc white combo with rice and beans for the side and a lemonade . Pulled up to window was handed a dark soda . But I meessed up and gave my card with out question. Got charged $27 told the lady my order again paid again after refund then was told there was no classic chicken had to wait for another 10 minutes. Was handed 3 pc white and a mash told the lady she said I charged you for a 3pc so I said my rice and beans .I did get a free mash . This happened between 3 or 4 .... Store need leadership

While Im waiting in line, the young lady at the counter (her name started with a G) told this man, I tried to ask you while ago but you were playing on your phone. He was trying to show her his order and she scrunched up her face, rolled her eyes, and said can you wait, because I tried to help you and you were playing with the thing. Thats so rude and distasteful. That is not how you treat customers. They didnt give me a straw either. I would overlook this but yall need to do better. Ordered a #3 bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo and a 8 PC nugget combo. After I repeated my order twice and the lady in the window repeated it 3 times, I still got a plain chicken sandwich with no cheese or bacon and paid for it. Why can a simple order which is right off the menu get messed up? It is really annoying when you sit on line and wait for 20 minutes.

I try to give them benefit of the doubt because they are on my way home, but today is my last straw they are a bunch of lazy people, they over cook your chicken and most of the time its old chicken. They serve you old jalapeños that they never change out and they always have an attitude about something. I have been going here for the last 2 years and they have had better people there in the past. Im sick of it... we pay to much money for them pieces of miniature legs, thighs and wings. This location has the worst service. Jenny at the window is incompetent and hates her job. Her customer service shows it. We tried to complain to the manager and she was just incompetent!! I placed a mobile order at 5:40pm 1/27/24. I arrived at Popeyes to pick up my order at 6pm. They had me pull up & said they would bring it out to me. When it got to be 6:20pm, I walked inside to see what was going on. I am now late to work, & wont have time to eat my meal beforehand, and dont have a way to warm up my food. I waited an additional 5 minutes in the store while they still tried gathering my food, first stating the nuggets just came out, then saying the ticket didnt print. I got my food at 6:25pm, 45 minutes after placing the order. I wont be coming back to this location, & since its the only one closest to me, I wont be getting Popeyes for awhile. Oh, I did get a free pie for my wasted time & not being able to eat my food. Thanks I guess?

The food is okay sometimes. It usually isnt in all honesty. If you dont mind soggy bread, its okay. I get the chicken sandwich and water. The lady working there handed me a soda of a smaller size. I said that wasnt what I ordered and I haf ordered a larger size of water. I got the water in a smaller size than I asked for, but the problem was the taste. It tasted like metal inside. This wasnt well water taste. This wasnt tap water taste. This was nasty. I thought maybe I was bleeding in my mouth or was tasting something else. I was trying to convince myself that it was all in my head. Well, my partner tried it and told me to throw it out and not drink anymore. I dont know what she did to my drink. And all because I told her that she didnt hand me the correct drink. I did not end up getting anything to drink and the food was awful that day. They will give you (toilet water?) If ask for your order to be correct. Awful people. Vegetarian options: Its all chicken. Dietary restrictions: If you can handle absolutely no changes, go for it. Its all the same. Parking: Theres a parking strip at the front of the store and soem spaces beside it. You can park in the spaces of the stores beside this store as well. Kid-friendliness: Dont take kids here. The workers will not be kind.

First of all, Jenny the drive thru employee, after 3 combo orders told us we were ordering too much through the drive thru we should go inside. So my friend canceled his order. If that wasnt frustrating enough I spent 40 bucks on 3 combos, got charged extra for cheese, bacon and extra mayo, and got none of it on my sandwich!!! I usually stop at this location before every Cowboys game and have for a couple of years now. Service is generally quick. Food comes out hot and fresh. I mainly always pick up chicken sandwiches because theirs are the best. However my last visit I picked up at 10-piece dark manager special for $7.99 and was pleased with everything that I received. Good evening. I am very honest and I really didnt even want to leave a comment about my last experience at Popeyes. Me and my family was in the Drive-Thru and I specified and told the gentleman what we wanted. My son and my grandson wanted something different from me and my husband but I paid it all together. I guess it was a treat for them the price didnt mean nothing to me because I had it at that time to do something special for them. We place the order and make sure that we repeated it to the gentleman at least three times. I told him that my son wanted spicy that was for him but me and my husband didnt want spicy chicken. I guess it was my fault because I trusted him where my son dropped us off and he went to the house we looked and checked out food and we had spicy I was very upset about it because I am a fair person I gave him the benefit of the doubt but that was my fault so I fought myself for not checking. For all what I spent that evening it was a waste to me. Thats why I didnt want to leave a comment because I was done with it. Im not trying to upset anyone about it Im just being honest and truthful to what happened to us. And this is a lesson to me or someone else to always check your food. Business closed during posted business hours. No signs indicating they were doing drive through only. When I tried to pull the door handle it was locked. I looked inside and there was a full staff. There was no reason to be closed. Also, I noticed they were all standing around playing on their cell phones.
