I dont usually take the time to write reviews on things, but if you are seeking an immigration attorney, then you probably feel that your decision could be one of the most important decisions in your life. Attorney Jered Dobbs is an honorable man. I cant describe the sense of joy attorney Jered Dobbs has brought to me and my wife. Thank you so much! You did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend attorney Jered Dobbs to anyone needing immagration assistance. Hes the best in Dallas, best in Texas, and in fact, top 10 best attorneys in the whole of United States. All along, he has been very competent, professional, caring, kind, and attentive to our needs and, more importantly, very calm. I also want to thank his team, Cecilia and Paulina. These two are the best. They were never for once tired of my questions. sometimes, I feel they are tired of my questions, but they always tell me to ask whatever I want to ask. they were never tired of me. They never gave up on me. on the day of our interview, my wife and I were waiting in the car, waiting for Attorney Jered Dobbs to arrive, we didnt know he was the one who parked beside us. we quickly rushed in to check in and on our way upstairs, we saw Attorney Jered Dobbs waved at us while passing through the security checkpoint. I was super excited like I saw Jesus. I kept my cool and felt more confident. The interview went really well. my i-130 was approved after 6 days, and I-485 was approved 2 days later. I want to thank Jered Dobbs and his team, Daniel, Melissa, Paulina, & Cecilia. I was going through a removal process with ICE when my family and I had reached a dead end after being rejected by multiple lawyers who refused to take our case. After researching and getting feed back from many lawyers, Jered stood out the most on walking us through the entire process and putting our minds at ease. For me, the communication was the key and entire team exceeded my expectation. It was a long 3.5 years of going through courts and finally getting my green card. We came to this attorney stress out from our last attorneys that caused my mom to get a deportation, I loved that Mr. Dobbs was honest upfront, we hired him to remove the deportation from my mom case from all the mistakes the other attorneys did, Mr Dobbs and staff were very communicative and clear along the process , gave me a peace of mind that we made the right choice . Mr. Dobbs and Cecilia took over my moms case from another immigration attorney, where it was just sitting for almost two years. The old immigration attorney simply did not know (or did not want) to work on my moms case because it was complicated, at first by the Covid restrictions, then unfortunately by the War. Mr. Dobbs and Cecilia were able to schedule an interview for my mom in just a few days. We could not believe it, because other attorney made it seemed like its impossible to schedule, and only waiting was the option. My moms case was not smooth because she had to retake her medical examination, which takes time, and other circumstances we had to deal with. Mr. Dobbs and Cecilia were patiently helping and guiding us in the process. They both were very easy to reach either through the phone, e-mail, or text message. Overall, Mr. Dobbss office has fair prices, knowledgeable compassionate staff, and honesty, its probably the top of their services. After battling my inner self, I had to fire my old attorney and trust Mr. Dobbs, which turned out the best decision I made in my life. My mom immigrated almost four months ago. Jered Dobbs is a very articulate immigration attorney who is calm, composed and gives super attention to details in dealing with immigration cases. I have known him and have been chasing him to review my situation since at-least late part of 2016 and finally I became a Naturalized US Citizen all thanks to Jered Dobbs helping me with my petition. My experience with Mr.Dobbs has been great! Mr.Dobbs is genuine and knowledgeable. He has wealth of experiences, knowledge and connections to solve peoples immigration issues. My issue was that my I-485 took much longer than expected with no action taken on it. After being frustrated by the wait time, I reached out to Mr.Dobbs for initial consultation. He told me the steps that could have been taken to resolve the issue, and he completed the first step for me. I would thank this law firm for the work they were able to do under 2 months since my first visit. I had been pending I-485 since 2019, had my interview on 2021 - it had gone well and they requested additional documents which were irrelevant to this application. We legally decline to provide this and were denied under false assumptions. We filed affividait and appeal and waited for a year. Received another denial on 2022 even after the appeal to re-open and reconsider . claiming we did not provide any additional document. Our lawyer from NJ refused to take our calls after this. I went into Jered offices in August explained my story and (which he patiently listened to) and came up with a alternative other the re-filing the i485. To contact the state attorney - he did his thing and within a couple of weeks the case was re-opened and the USCIS office in Newark simply requested new medical document. On October i was approved and received my card shortly after. This office has people who actually care , know the law and are responsive. I am extremely happy i went to this Law firm!

I enlisted the help of Jered and his team to assist my wife with her green card process. Assist is an understatement - Jered and his team held our hands throughout the whole process. Our case was in AP(Administrative Processing) since more than 10 months after Interview. We meet him, explained status and situation. Whenever it comes reviewing people on google, sometimes, people say things that are not true, but I can guarantee you that what are written for this lawyer is real. He was not the one who filed my application but I wanted help so to call his office to book an appointment to meet him and when he read the notice sent by USCIS, he told me that taking my money for my case would be good, but he would advise me to keep my money for my school s fee because I am in F1 student; that because of the points mentioned in my notice, it will be very hard to win my case. My name is Juan Sosa. I had an immigration case open since August of 2010. I hired an attorney on Oct 2010 who promised to get my green card back and get me a sooner court date, but nothing of that was ever done. My court appts were rescheduled 4 -5 times. Just got naturalized! All thanks to Jered Dobbs and his execution. I started my process a little over a year and a half ago but my case was a bit more complicated, hence why I needed him. I met Jered right before I moved to New York City when he helped me get set up with my application. I can say from the initial consultation, he s always been very thorough and professional. Dobbs I super knowledgeable, well rounded and has lots of experience. He is also very fairly priced (Not cheap, fair. More than I can say for most in his field in Dallas) and worked with me to pay in a way that I could afford. My family hired Attorney Jared Dobbs to represent my husband who was in removal proceedings due to past criminal convictions of about 7 years ago. I had consultated with many immigration lawyers but Jared was the one we choose to hire because he was very familiar with the current immigration laws, was honest about the journey we were facing and not to mention very affordable compared to other lawyers. I met attorney Dobbs at UNT, last fall. I was an international student on OPT at the time and I was planning to get married, which would allow me to become permanent resident. It is beneficial to have some guidance to change your status. He answered all of my questions during our meeting and gave me his business card to ask any other questions I had.
