Staff were nice. Ordered the New York cheesecake blizzard and it was good for about half of it. Then it tasted off and like the ice cream or strawberries or something was expired or like the soap used to clean the machine got into the blizzard. If its the latter then thats not 100% something they can control as its apart of keeping it clean and free of mold and stuff. But if its the food that was expired. Then thats a real problem. I probably will return. Ill just be more wary of ordering a blizzard

Unfortunately I have heard that coupon starts tomorrow from the manager when I have an online coupon from DQ Texas with the address of this business on it and I m within the valid dates. This is terrible business practice. 2nd, the ice cream is never frozen enough at this location to turn the blizzard upside down. If you want to be berated about coupons and have blizzard soup this is the place for you. As for me, there are other DQs.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. After a 30 minute wait on the food, and $40 later the order was WRONG, COLD and tasted OLD, the worst patty melt and chicken strips ever, watery ice creams. Whoever work at this time and date should be retrained cooking and taking orders. I felt sick making myself eat this junk. Never coming back

The food was great - freshly made and tasty. Service was . non existent. My wife and I were basically the only customers in the restaurant. The server was a long time about taking our order and once taken she took her phone and sat down in the corner of the restaurant and stayed there. My wife and I sat down. And nothing happened for about 15 minutes - except cars being served in the drive through. Then a server came walking by with our drink and asked if we had been served. We said we still needed our drinks and food. And it turned out it was our drinks she came with. Then she returned to behind the counter and found our food under the heating lamp. So no one called our number once the food was ready and the person that had made the food did not tell anyone else that it had been sitting there for a while Maybe a manger was not at work? Happened 23 AUG 2024 around 2PM.

As many fast food restaurants are suffering, being shorthanded, the crew there at DQ work hard to get your food as quickly as they can while providing high quality! We had a group of nine come in and there was only one cook. He was working so quickly to get our food to us. The young lady taking our order was very kind and patient with us a we tried to determine what our kids wanted. They were super excited about the $7 meals that came with a sundae. I hadnt had a burger from a DQ in a really long time. We usually just come to get ice cream. I got a bacon cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised. It can compete with other burgers the likes of Whataburger and Burger Box. I want to give props to the crew who were there that day. They all deserve raises! Kid-friendliness: DQ is a great place to bring your kids! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and accessibility getting in and out.

Horrible service. The manager stays in his back office. One girl has the duty of covering orders made inside and the drive thru. There were two cooks literally walking in circles of a 10 foot kitchen doing nothing. At the drive thru a car, two cars up from me, a lady was waiting for her order for 15+ minutes. I was in the drive thru but decided to park and walked inside to place my order wich also took 15 minutes and I was only served because the manager decided to come out of his office if that was not the case I would have probably waited over 20 minutes for a single small blizzard. Avoid this DQ at all costs

Had the Jalitos burger meal. Fries were very good, store is clean, and cashier is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my burger was very clearly heated in the microwave after cooking and assembly! The buns were hot to the touch, and everything was microwave hot, including the lettuce. And, it largely tasted like cardboard, as most microwaved food does. The treats are still good, including sundaes and blizzards. But, if DQ wants my future burger business, they need to lose the microwave, and cook fresh to order like Wendys and others. Microwave burgers, not OK!

I pulled into the drive thru at 7:28pm today and got my food at 8:18. Ridiculous. The line was so slow. They need to speed up their service. On top of that, I was had to call the restaurant 4 times (they didnt up the first 3 times) to remind them that I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food and was still waiting. (Kids meal and a cone shouldnt take that long). I thought about getting down to go inside but my daughter was asleep in the car. I wont be returning here ever. And from reading other peoples reviews this isnt the first time the drive thru has taken way too long.

It s free cone day. There s a decent line when we get there but nothing too crazy. We re probably 15 cars back. It takes 40 MINUTES to get to the speaker and they told us to please wait. After another 5 minutes we order two free cones at 9:20pm and they tell us that the promotion ended at 9pm but they re offering $1 off. To which I replied, the ad said all day and we just waited 40 minutes can t you give us the promotion still? And then I got about 30 seconds of silence before just driving away and going to McDonald s. I realize in all of those that I m the idiot here for even thinking it s worth a free cone but I ll still never go to this location again. They handled this promo day terribly.

Earlier today it was get a free cone day at DQ. Not only did they close the dining room earlier than usual but they closed the drive thru while many cars were still in the drive thru. I was on the line for 15 minutes with slow service and when I got up to the drive thru screen at 10:00, they closed while like I said many cars were still there. They should have finished the cars that were there as we all wasted our time at this location. The service of this location continues to decline and I do not believe it will ever get better. Incredibly unprofessional.

2/23/24. 8:45pm Went in to enjoy my Friday evening with a little ice cream I should have walked right out. Didn t get greeted when two managers were standing right there, they took a while before we were even acknowledged. Maybe they thought we wanted free food or they were there for something besides paying customers.Didn t even get a thanks. Boggles my mind how rudely I was treated I went up to ask for whipped cream on my sundae he rolled his eyes and said it doesn t come with it. I told him I d gladly pay. Dairy Queen has gone down over the years. Food is thrown together is looks sloppy. The portions keep getting smaller but the prices sure keep going up. This location is ran poorly. They leave the drive thru window cracked which leaves opportunities for someone to rob them. This also means bugs can fly in. People just arent concerned about the customers any more.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a DQ. We waited in the drive thru line for at least 25-30 minutes after we ordered. On the receipt it says Omanique and Curtisha (they put our meals on two separate orders/receipts), and they couldn t get our order right over the speaker despite repeating it five times. They STILL got the order wrong. I ordered the Flame Kickin Hungr-Buster and still only got a plain and dry regular Hungr-Buster. We had to go inside to get it fixed after waiting forever. This is very disappointing as I have never had a truly bad experience here. Curtisha, who I assume is the acting manger/lead had the burger remade for us and I appreciate that at least. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy and clearly having issues both at the drive-thru and inside, but I sincerely hope we are the only people who have had this issue.

I went inside the store to obtain a medium vanilla ice cream cone. The price was $3.24. When the young man brought the cone to me, it had hardly any ice cream in it. I told him that I wanted a medium cone or a refund. He then stated this is the medium cone, I then told him I wanted a refund. He stated we don t do refunds. I told him I wanted my money back. He again stated we don t do refunds. I then told him I wanted to speak to the manager. He initially would not get her and she was right at the door listening to the whole conversation and did not identify herself as the manager. He then went to the back and dump more ice cream on cone and brought it back to me. I advised him that at this point I no longer the cone but just wanted my money back and he stated we don t do refunds. I then ask to speak with manager and he didn t get her and she didn t come forward and identify herself as the manager. After the third time of asking to speak to the manager, the manager finally came forward and I advised her that I wanted a refund. On her name tag, her name was Stormy. While she was processing the refund, in front of other customers, she made the comment I don t appreciate the way you spoke to him, calling him rude, he s new and raising your voice. What do they call you guys, KAREN s. I advised her that I was not a KAREN for asking for a refund and that I never accused him of being rude. I simply raised my voice the third time I had to ask to speak to the manager because wouldn t identify herself as the manager until I did. I knew she was the manager and she knew she didn t bother to respond the first two times I asked to speak to the manager. The only thing I was asking for was a refund of my money. I did not treat the young man rude. As the manager, the first time that I requested to speak with her she should have come to the counter instead of just watching from the door way. She stated the owner would not allow them to do refunds. I ask when I could she the owners and she said they don t come into the store. I want the owner s information.

On Friday, 8/4/23 around 9:45pm: The quality of service of placing my order with the representative through the drive-through was excellent. However, upon getting to the drive-through window, my cashier (another girl) was the rudest person I ve ever experienced. (I believe her name is Adriana). Not only was she rude upon getting to the window to pay for my order... I ordered a kids meal and the ice cream treat, nor the drink was not given to me. Outside of HER unprofessional, bad attitude and unhappiness to be at work .the service (while ordering at the drive thru) & food were excellent. I ordered one dipped cone. They confirmed I ordered a dipped cone. The guy at the window asked if we ordered the dipped cone then tried to hand us a non dipped cone. I was all set to post a glowing review, the last time I got food here it was amazing and I forgot to review it. But this time it was terrible. The steak fingers were half-cooked, the white gravy was the wrong color, in this case dirt brown. The service was excellent, but the only part of the twenty dollars of food I bought that was edible were the fries. Extremely disappointed. I will not be back and thats a real shame. I went to the drive thru at 12:30 this afternoon at the Euless location. I repeated myself 4 times,talked loud, spelled out my order, and slowed down. I asked for a Royal choco brownie blizzard. He kept asking if I wanted oreos. I kept saying no.Then after the 5th time he understood and said we dont have that. Then I asked for a small chocolate shake. He said we dont do that. It says it clearly on the menu that you do shakes and malts. If they were out the menu needs to be updated or put a out of stock sign. I went to burger box and got my shake. The guy at the drive thru was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience. Worst experience ever. Ive been going to DQ since I was 6 years old and have always had a chocolate shake. Thats the whole point of DQ is blizzards and chocolate shake. Great way to ruin your favorite restaurant. Do not go here if you want good customer service your standards will be to high. Even if you lower your standarerds the customer service sucks. I wish he said his name.

Good food. Terrible customer service. Older lady was very rude and disrespectful. Obviously did not enjoy her job. Part of me feel sorry for her but the other part feels like maybe if she put in a little bit of effort that she would find a little bit enjoyment in life. Saturday 4/22 at 5:35. I downloaded DQ app in my phone and they offered a ice cream cost of 85 cents. We ordered and the manager misbehaved with me so much I was shocked!!! I tried to tell her you are giving me attitude and she even screamed with me. I never experienced this kind of treatment in my whole life. Wondering how come the DQ management does not care to improve this situation. I do not easily give out bad reviews but this was horrible customer service. I will not be coming back to this store.

I ve been to this specific location once before, i gave it another go and I m sad to say but this might be worse food quality I ve tasted in my life. Ordered a burger with fries (#3 Meal) meat patties and fries were cold and it seemed as if the meat had been sitting on the grill for a long while. Paid about $14 dollars for my meal, won t be back to a place where the food quality it s just awful. Feel bad for the staff that s great in service but need to work on their freshness, quality & giving their best in all areas of the restaurant.

Went to Dairy Queen Sunday, took my grandkids . We saw on tv small $1.00 cones, dipped or not So when we get to the speaker, the guy says NO, NO $1.00 cones come dipped We ve been seeing this on tv, but he was rude and we ended up paying like $2.59/2.69 per cone I had a very not pleasant visit to this Dairy Queen, we moved to Euless from Irving about six months ago and this is one place i will NOT VISIT AGAIN .

Worst experience I ve ever had at any DQ. They forgot to put a meat patty in my burger .they literally gave me a bun with condiments and cheese and no meat. They also put the incorrect type of cheese in the meatless bun. i called them to let them know what happened and after 5 minutes of ringing with no answer, I hung up. Ive worked in food service my whole life and never made such an embarrassing mistake. If you cantt make a simple food order correctly or answer a phone, chances are you arent capable of anything.

The person that served us at the window was courteous, thats why there are any stars. Food was old and cold, asked for hot crispy fries, I assume thats what we waited for, recieved old rubbery fries that were under cooked and had clearly been waiting way too long to be served. I cant believe we waited for that, never again. Edit- I wont be contacting you to make it right. This was not the first time, when one asks for something so simple and is completely ignored, there is no need to call anyone.

Been to this location twice, both times got efficient and positive service. The Strawberry Cheesecake Royal Blizzard was EPIC. The brownie one two. And I got hyped when I found out they made a blizzard of my favorite Reeses candy, the Take 5. Awesome! Its clean and delicious. DQs best quality is the ice cream and treats. The real food, however, not all that great and as a personal preference, the buns on the burgers were very thick, we couldnt finish it. DQ used to be boss and it used to be my favorite place as a kid. Idk what happened, but the ice cream is still great at least.

The few times Ive been here have been alright. Sometimes they dont flip the blizzard when handing it to me in the drive through. Im bummed they dont have chocolate soft serve. In fact it seems like many Dairy Queens in Texas dont have that. Its so weird. Its one of the basic ice cream flavors. Sometimes all I want is a simple soft serve twist.
