Stopped by to get a form notarized, quick and professional! The office is also quite clean and nicely decorated. This place seems great, and based off this experience I would trust them with title services as well.

When the entire home buying process, from top to bottom, is precise and concise it makes everything stress free. Being away while trying to purchase a home was hard enough, but Patten Title has made our first home buying experience from start to finish an incredible one. The communication through and through was nothing short of amazing.
