I recommend sapphire for your next event. The venue is beautiful and everyone is nice. I also want to recommend nelsadecor for your next event decorations. Ask for her at sapphire. She did an amazing job. Last but not least the food from toro was delicious definitely recommend!

They have a big hall that can be adjusted according to the audience size. Decent parking size. The tall chandeliers could make it a little difficult to plan around but adds to the decor if incorporated well. Great staff.

For the price you paying it s ridiculous, you get treated like a piece of trash, they made my 15 year old sister cry causing her 200 dollars make up to be ruined right before the event happens, the contract will be changed no matter what they will charged you extra for nothing, the place it s just dumb, and their excuses of being new it s stupid. not worth the money you paying. Hope this review helps someone and chose a better place.

For the kind of money you spend to rent a Hall, you shouldn t have to hear the pounding music from the hall next door from another party that is going on at the same time. Also if the D.J. was provided (which I dont know) I have to say he only could talk screaming through the mic.

A bunch of crooks! Make sure you read your contract and then read it again because they will steal from you! They re EXTREMELY nice to begin with but once decide they aren t a good fit for you their whole demeanor changes! The venue itself is nice to look but their is some raggedy apartments on one side, family dollar on the other side and an auto zone directly across the street. Your guest will definitely have to lock their doors. The suite is the size of my half bathroom so their is definitely no get ready photos the moral of the story is you get exactly what you pay for, so look somewhere else. Thank me later

Just held our wedding reception here and can not say enough great things about the venue and Wendy the venue manager. She was very detailed in all our preplanning and coordinated with all the vendors the day of to make sure our entire event went smoothly. This establishment does not even deserve 1 star! The coordinator Wendy was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The way she spoke to the bridal party was very disrespectful and condescending! They will try to sell you a dream at first then try to switch up your contract at the last minute! If you are trying to have a smooth, stress free event DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Thankful they finally cleaned the surroundings. As a resident for many decades, it was nice to see this fancy building go up, but for almost a year, the grounds surrounding it had tall overgrown unkept flower beds and grass, even while hosting many events. I would always comment how I would not book a place that looks that way, as it may be a sign as to how the operate. Doing minimal. Happy to report it looks like someone finally called this to thwir attention and they have cleaned the entry and mowed!! Appearance is important for a business like this. Hope you keep it up.

Do not book here.The day of our ceremony my wife was in tears.The service is horrible .They did not provide us with anything we paid for! No server,no cocktail waitress.We went through 3 different coordinates (no one told us nothing) Not to mention the owner is horrible and their excuse is they new! They all about money but do not deliever the service! If you are looking for a calm nice wedding do not book here! Your life will be hell! They need to be shut down! I have every txt,email and I m filing a civil complaint

Worst experience ever. We went through 3 change of event managers. We were promised so much and were told otherwise 2 weeks to the wedding up until our reception! Sapphire will try to go against the contract terms and make up ridiculous charges. On top of it all, their customer services stinks!! They made my wife cry on after our ceremony as they were adding charges that came out of nowhere. The owner does not know how to run this establishment and it s clears with the us having to deal with 3 different event managers. Avoid this place at all cost!

A friend of ours had her wedding and reception at this hall. The hall is beautiful but the wrongs definitely overrode the beauty. First, it was extremely hot. I know complaints were made to management to check the AC. I don t think that was done. A place like this should have adequate AC units to support large crowds. Second, there were only two stalls in the women s restroom. I didn t quite understand that. This was a wedding of probably 300 guest and only two stalls. Can you imagine the dilemma. And then the restroom did not have a baby changing table. I had nowhere to change my baby s diaper. The wait staff was good. And again the hall is beautiful. But

Had a really bad experience with a lady who claimed she run the place I came to a wedding from out of town, came in with my drink like I normally do and was told I cant have a drink in the event by this same lady and offered to take my drink to the my car and she told me that she have to keep my Hennessy till I am leaving which I complied with her, at the end of the event I found her and ask her for my drink she told me she is going to go get it I waited for almost an hour to no avail, I later went looking for her and found her colleagues who helped me to try finding the drink to no avail and these same colleagues helped me find her but she started acting as if she dont know me, like can I help you and I told her I talked to you about my drink you collected as promised I am leaving can I have my drink is all I asked and she started acting like she has not seen me before and things almost got out of hand of which I hate to be the one to crash someones elses wedding party thats why I had to keep my cool and left even when the Manager came asking I had to leave without saying a word to him cos my adrenaline was high at that point, you have a cheap thief amongst your crew, Ulysses Dallas location 1300 N Main St, Euless, TX 76039

Overall, Sapphire is a beautiful venue that has a lot of potential and many services to offer. However, having our wedding reception at Sapphire did not turn out as planned. The owner and event manager of Sapphire are very nice people and were quick to respond to questions but many things went wrong the day of our event. We booked Sapphire 7 months in advance, assuming that was plenty of time for preparation but that wasn t the case. If Sapphire had properly prepared for their promised services with an experienced team, our event could ve been better. We were disheartened as a couple to find out the numerous services that Sapphire had failed to deliver. Our wedding coordinators had put in extra time and efforts to ensure all details were taken care of but they quickly found out even before the event started, several mishaps that unraveled as the night progressed. I believe a lot of issues were due to this being a newer facility, so we wish to see them improve and succeed in the future. Despite our event being over now, we would highly recommend confirming how execution of services will be done prior to booking your event with Sapphire.

This place has absolutely ruined the neighborhood I call home. It is equivalent to having a nightclub right beside our homes and despite NUMEROUS complaints to the police and the city, I am currently being driven crazy in my house by the inescapable bass. I was born and raised in Euless and no one in this neighborhood wants this noise devaluing our peace.

We went for a tour of this banquet, event and conference center. Tiffany showed us around. Its spacious, well set up. Beautiful with its clean spare lines and decor and lighting. The wall panel waterfall is enhanced with colorful lighting. The chandeliers are beautiful. Kitchens and service areas well organized to the back. Its a lovely place to have a conference, a ball, or a wedding. Very reasonable pricing, too.
