I come in here all the time to see my favorite bartender Maddy. She is always so happy to be there and gives the best service with a smile on her face even when she is slammed! The drinks and food here are great, I come at least once a week. I recommend the stuffed flounder or the shrimp boil, and their vibin old fashioned is the reason I love old fashioneds! Burt is 100% (and the cutie bartender, we didn t catch her name) the reason we will be back! My husband and I work opposite schedules so the only night we have to be a family is Monday nights. For that reason we are super picky about where we spend our time and money. As a restaurant manager I sometimes choose good service over food quality simply because I appreciate the experience. We came to Good Vibes about 8 months ago and while the food was good and the drinks were okay the service from waitstaff and bartenders was absolutely terrible. We felt like they were annoyed by our presence. We decided to give it another chance and we are so glad we did. Burt was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Super great attitude and cute too. This time the food drinks and service were on point. Y all are definitely now in our Monday night rotation.

Third time visiting this location. I recently visited and tried the Vibe Burger with Cajun fries both were fantastic. The burger was packed with flavor, and the fries had just the right amount of spice. The beer selection on tap is impressive, offering a lot of great choices. However, I wasn t too impressed with the Old Fashioned; it was okay but could be better, though they do use a decent rye. Also, I found the prices to be on the higher side spent around $75 for three drinks, an appetizer, and an entrée for just one person. That said, the queso was a standout and definitely worth a try. Overall, a solid spot with some highs, but the pricing might be a consideration.

First time here I got surf and turf she got a burger. Steak was cooked to temp, and shrimp skewer was just ok. She liked her burger, came with good looking bacon. She said she enjoyed it till it got very salty in the middle. We also got a mimosa carafe, here thats a whole bottle of champagne and a small thing of juice you can get a refill as much as needed. My girls and I wanted to catch up and randomly chose this spot. It was a great decision. The food was delicious and well put together. The service was accommodating and prompt. The atmosphere was good, we had stayed so long catching up we ran into happy hour. But there wasnt a push for us to leave, we even bought more drinks while it was happy hour. They had a live band. Picked up some take out from here and the building and interior has Good Vibes for sure! Feels like it should be on the beach somewhere but I m glad this location was inland . I got the Blackened Grouper Burger and got to say it was probably the best blackened Grouper I ve ever eaten. Queso dip and homemade chips are great too. Everything I ordered tasted fresh and had plenty of seasoning which being from Louisiana you gotta bring the heat or it just ant good cooking! After very salty food the first time, we decided to try a second time since they probably had an off day but was still very disappointed. Ordered online for take out at 5:15pm with an estimate of 30 minutes but didnt receive food until 6:20. Apparently had to wait on cornbread and it wasnt worth the wait. Would rather have had the option to leave without it than waste an extra 30 minutes. With the amount of money they charge for medicore food and service you would think they should either lower prices or hire better kitchen help. Not even a apology for the wait.

Today was our first time at Good Vibes Coastal Kitchen. What a fun place!! It was lunchtime and the parking lot was FULL!! Incredible! There was a man playing a guitar with wonderful entertaining music and the crowd was enjoying themselves. There are plenty of creative cocktails. And the food!!!! Hubby and I lived in Corpus Christi for years, and were used to great seafood every weekend. Since moving to Friendswood years ago, weve found that we needed to drive to Kemah or Bacliff for good seafood. Not. Any. More. Wed read about Good Vibes Coastal Kitchen online recently, and decided to give it a shot. As we say in Texas, Pretty darned good! We started with 2 different appetizers and a couple of beers on tap: The Hot Pretzel, w/ queso and Spicy Mustard, as well as an order of Fried Pickles, in Shiner Bock Batter. Folks, the pickles were good, but that Pretzel was spot on! The queso: Oh my, you could put it on boot leather, and it would still be good! For two people though, Id have to say that splitting an appetizer would be the way to go. The only negative we had was that their beer menu is online, and we had a bit of an issue pulling that up. We are a bit old-fashioned and prefer a printed beer menu, or a board on the wall, where you can see the choices. Overall though, friendly place, nice staff and great seafood. Well be back.

I found this place from a social media story and Ive been here twice in one week. Their crab, shrimp and crawfish boil is excellent. Defiantly add the pineapple, green beans , and the fried tamales to it. This place gives nothing but great vibes and good food! @Suburbaneatshtx great recommendation

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO GOOD! I found this place on @suburbaneatshtx on Instagram and decided to go (they always have the best recommendations!). This place was no different! I tried their deviled eggs (10/10), their ceviche tostada (10/10), and the fish and chips (10/10!)!!! I snuck a bite out of my sister s boiled crab and it was the BEST crab I ve had to date! Not overcooked, jumbo sized, and super sweet. I normally don t like any other part of the crab except for the claws but I tried the body and it tasted so fresh! IDK where they source their crab from but it was delicious! The live band played ALL THE HITS! Zac brown band, 311, simple minds, and more! I will def be back! Def give this place a try! Came in with GF, her daughter, and our friend and everyone agreed that not only was the service great (thank you TJ for a great dining experience), but the food was very appetizing and everyone agree that we highly recommend getting the dessert (we got the SMores and the bread pudding of which both were delicious). We will for sure be back. Kid-friendliness: Came with my GFs daughter who is younger and our server made sure to get her food first since we told him she was slightly hangry, he was prompt and made sure she was taken care of as well as the rest of us. Also, had live music outside with plenty of kids dancing and running around to the music.

I made reservations at 12:45 for a party of 10. They called back to confirm I had a reservation at 5:31. We get there for our 6:30 reservation and they said I didn t make one. Then claimed they had our table and at the end I was charged 2 times for lobster Mac and cheese, 60$ for sausage added to crawfish and drinks from another ticket were put on mine. The whole evening started off wrong and went downhill from there. Food was eeh. Fish plate looked like a fish egg roll, and didn t even get enough fries to enjoy. The server didn t take my drink order but took everyone else s, barely came to our table and acted like she didn t know how to charge the food because we had to reminder her what was on the ticket. So disappointed and will not be returning to this place.

Loved that the patio was dog-friendly! Good vibes there but the food was not very good and we had to call for our waiter a few times because wed go very long periods without seeing him. Maybe we just tried the wrong things. We had queso, spicy chicken sandwich with garlic fries, and a patty melt with sweet potato fries. I couldnt eat more than a bite of the melt and didnt eat even half of the spicy chicken. The queso was pretty bomb.

The food is fantastic, we got three appetizers, three entrees and a dessert and everything was great! The vibe is chill, the music is great and our server was very attentive. A suggestion I might have would be a bib and wet wipe provided if you order the boil.
