I had a really challenging return/ exchange. Luke was so patient and had the best customer service. Thank you Luke and Jayda in customer service for being so nice, patient and friendly through the whole experience. I don t know how Luke remained so calm and happy but if I m ever frustrated I need to remember how patient and calm Luke was.

We ran in here really quick. Like other targets, a lot of their school supplies were already gone by mid August but it was still very clean and organized. We also had Mikayla (I am spelling that wrong) as our cashier and she was so kind and patient! I had an issue and she was so helpful and made me feel like a valued target customer. She was amazing!

A few weeks ago I came to visit some family in Dallas from Boston, so i was not farmilar with this target location. Not a problem since a worker Rochelle eagerly helped me find all my items. She was quick to answer the numerous questions I had about not only some items, but the city as well. Wish there was a six stars option for me to give!

Thank you Larry (the gentleman stocking the shelved back by the milk and eggs)! I managed to drop a couple of eggs as I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands. Toy section is bad and getting worse. Awful when compared to other Targets in the area. Rarely restocked, and clearly run with indifference. Checkout sucks. 20 lanes, and youre lucky to have one open. Might as well remove them all to make room for something useful. Self checkout for the win I guess

Store has maybe 1 or 2 human employees going as slow as possible in check out lanes, and then the rest is self-checkouts. The employees monitoring/hovering in self checkout dont help and stand and get in the way. Very difficult to maneuver a cart in the super crowded self checkout area, and there is always a line.

The store was dirty, their systems weren t working properly. I had to go to customer service after the cashier asked for help 3 times, the Team Leas Jayda just walked over and didn t assist and the team lead Jayda was rude, unwilling to help, argumentative about only $4.62 and unprofessional. Even at customer service desk she wouldn t take the time to assist the gentleman trying his best to help me. And she made unnecessary comments, argumentative over $4.62 truly pathetic, she would be given an overnight sticker position away from working with customers because it s obvious she lacks to patience, customer service experience or desire to work with customers

This location is good and clean, but everything is just short on options. For example they have a large velveta cheese but not 2% or smaller sizes. They have ketchup but not hunts. This is the same story throughout every department. They just don t quite have the brands or options you might want. Bear this in mind before your visit. Staff is friendly and kind as to everyone I have interacted with.

Cashia the manager was nice. But whoever was working guest services Saturday night before closing was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me when I requested to speak to a manager and ignored my calls afterwards. When I got there, she was just as rude to my face before getting another manager, Cashia who actually showed empathy and understanding regarding my concern. Then the rep made sure to say I can t wait until Target Circle Week is over loud enough so I could hear her as if to say I was being such an inconvenience. Then went back to texting on her phone.

The optical department here is Top-Notch. I walked in to pick a pair of prescription sunglasses and to my surprise, a very nice gal named Vida just started asking me friendly questions. I am not used to optical places being nice to visit. Vida is a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service often seems tertiary. Their selection of brand-named sunglasses is outstanding. I will be bringing my whole family here the next time we need glasses, and certainly when new prescriptions become due.

Big shout out to Clint and Sydney. I needed some help finding a few items while doordashing. Clint and Sydney offered excellent customer service. Do not use drive up. The store is fine, but drive up is awful if you want produce. As someone who is disabled drive up is absolutely wonderful, there are days I can barely make it to the car, needless to say go inside the store to shop. However, whenever I use drive up they always give me rotten produce. Every. Single. Time. I always have something I need to refund on the app, always upload pictures of the rotten food Im given. I never even see that much bad food in the store when I go in, so its pretty amazing how Im given all the rotten produce every time. If youre disabled (or just use drive up) do not order produce.

We lost a personal item while shopping at this location. Luckily, someone found it and let us know that they left it at the customer service desk. We immediately called customer service and let them know that we would be there that weekend to pick up our item. They confirmed they had the item and would hold it for us. We showed up first thing Saturday morning and they said they had just cleared out their lost and found and donated all of the items. Unfortunately, this included the our item that they said they would hold for us just days before.

UPDATE for 2023: I am downgrading my review. During the most recent storm, I realize most stores were running on a skeleton crew due to road conditions. Target however, had quite a few staff members standing around doing nothing, chatting with each other, smiling and being idle whilst many of us working folk with kids took a break from our desk job to forage the barren shelves for food meanwhile having to self checkout with a line over 20 customers deep, while the available employees stood around doing nothing. This store needs a management overhaul! Managers teach your employees they are there to serve, not stand around a a collect a paycheck. Don t bother to come into work just to get your paycheck if you aren t willing to actually do your job and HELP customers. Also tried drive- up and sat outside for 20 minutes while no employee bothered to update or post a sign that they aren t doing drive up today. Nice.

Waited 30 for my drive up order (only 4 things) to come out, they then told me they would give me a gift card for the wait she just had to run in and grab it, after another 20 minutes I gave up and went home. After all that I got moldy strawberries (basically the only reason I went). I know doing produce through drive up isn t the best idea but I did not want to kennel my puppy so I was hoping for the best and they obviously just did not even care they were moldy because the moldy ones were right on top in perfect view.
