Tldr: its gross, even for a WH. The service sucks. Drive the 10 miles to the next waffle house. To start, as soon as we walk in its dirty. Several empty tables all dirty. No one greeted us, which isnt a big deal. We sat down at a dirty table and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally the server came and cleaned the table but never said a word to us. Finally she came back and took our order. She was so unpleasant. We sat and waited for our food and not one table served had a correct order. When we got our drinks the coffee cup was filthy and the sodas were disgusting. People had to get up and get their own silverware. The food we got was awful. The cheesesteak tasted like a saltlick. The waffles were ice cold. The bacon was like burnt cardboard. This is hands down the worst wafflehouse Ive ever been to. And that is saying a lot. I understand part of the appeal is the small diner feel, which I like. Ive never been so disappointed at a restaurant. I dont even write reviews. The only saving grace for this place was a guy named Chris, i think. He was genuinely kind and addressed the wrong orders of his tables and his patrons left happy. Too bad he wasnt our server.

Do not eat here! Food was cold. Very very loud staff. Grits had a slab of cold cheeseon it. Grits uncooked. Eggs very very cold! Coffee was very cold. RUN!!! Sausage was the size of a quarter. The water tasted like sewage.

Dont go here the employee cant be bothered. I went here just after midnight not greeted I had to figure it out myself until a female employee asked me if it was to go or dine in. I replied to go and she said theyre not taking orders to go. I asked her what does that mean male employee said that if we wanted to go orders we have to go online to order. So I walked out decided I was going to go to Dennys. And when I was leaving it all made sense all the employees left the building so they could all smoke together. I was the customer who was going to ruin their smoke break. They all left the facility so they could smoke together... To be very honest the Dennys guy working was great with a great attitude. I felt welcomed. Ive been to other waffle house locations in Texas this past year in Texas and thought all of them would have the same hospitable attitude. Boy was I wrong...felt like I was home in los Angeles where all food places treat their customers like we are bothering them. I wont be coming back here. This all could have been handled differently by the employees.

It is a busted down version of Dennys. Nearby KFC is drastically cleaner, safer, and the food is better. Staff better too.

This place has major cleanliness issues. The waitresses sit around and complain about tips, management, the fact they have to mop out the bathrooms. They smoke cigarettes outside and I ve never seen one of them when they come back, wash their hands!. This morning, an older woman was busy taking several orders the other ignored me while the fanning herself with a menu watching something on her cell phone. The counter where I sat down, had not been cleaned off ! Won t be back!

For no one to be eating there last night, I thought the food would be horrible but it wasnt. It was gooder than a mother(shut up mouth) the cooks was on top of it. Great job! Great food, great service. Only one thing....two servers (Blk girl and young white girl with her headphones in..jamming wasnt paying us no attention) judged us and didnt want to wait on us, so the lil lady who helped me I tipped her fair. Thank you. She was very nice and polite. I will eat at that store again for sure.

Very disappointed with the food. Much of it was burned, as well as my husbands waffle. His grits with cheese came out not hot with a slice of cheese sitting on top that wasnt even melted. My cup of coffee was lukewarm and never refilled. When one member of our party asked for a waffle after our initial order, his was brought out pretty quick and wasnt burned. The receipt that was brought to us was just shorthand on what the food was and then a list of dollar amounts that we could not make heads or tails of.

My wife had the cheese steak melt that was way overcooked, my eggs were cooked to order, the grits were cold and had a slice of cheese laid on top that wasnt melted my waffle was a little overcooked as well. Service was lacking a little, never asked my wife if she needed a coffee refill.

Waffle House is Waffle House! It s usually consistent & was everytime I ve been there. This location is cleaner than others I ve been to! Food was great as usual. No complaints at all. The staff were very friendly and answered all our first-timer questions we had. The food and service experience was so good that we went to the chain several times later on our vacation. I had the All-Star Special and every component in the menu was perfect. I appreciate that the meal was simple but that it was executed with perfection. However, an elderly server was very rude to another customer (He was a takeout order that stayed inside and ate at a table, policy is for todo to be togo and not dine in). Every time I visit this location that Manager with the Red hair is cooking (with an attitude). She is very rude and I have noticed a pattern of her intentionally cooking single orders (causing a time delay on receiving food) to make customers leave. I was there over 20 minutes waiting on two waffles with only 8 customers in the store. Not once during my time did she interact with any customers or servers. And again I say, that was the MANAGER.

April 17, 2024, 8:30 AM. I came in for coffee and breakfast. ABSOLUTELY no one came to serve me. They all stood around in a circle chattering and blabbing away. This went on about 15 minutes. There were three other customers in this Waffle House and three cars outside. Not very busy it seems. I got up and walked out without any response from the servers. As I was driving home from work I looked at the parking spaces and not a car one. This was 6:30 PM. Youve got a problem over there. I am NOT going back to this Waffle House in Euless.

Dude... its Waffle House. Everybody knows this is the place to be after long Friday or Saturday night out or some Sunday morning breakfast goodness. We ended there because as we missed our connecting flight in DFW airport . It was the closest eatery to our hotel. It was close to midnight and we walked to it. There were three of us, a fellow passenger and my wife and I. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and they ordered eggs, hash brown, bacon, and a waffle, the service was exceptional, the staff was cheerful and nice and the food tasted great. Ive been to a lot of waffle houses and this one was so disorganized. There was a cook who was being rude to servers, the servers being catty and talking back and mouthing off. Food was delayed. The manager came out at one point & saw how behind they were and then walked off and went somewhere. Then after while she came back and started to help. Sad thing was, it wasnt even that busy to warrant all that mess. I get there may be issues with employees at times but being mouthy and blasting it out on the floor in front of customers is NOT professional. This was overall just a bad experience and we will not be back to this particular location.

I ve been going to this waffle house my entire life and not once have I ever had a complaint. I took my daughter there this morning and the MANAGER (Chris) was yelling at one of the employees during the morning rush and treating her like she was stupid and as he walked away from her (which happens to be in my direction) he called her a derogatory term (starts with R) and I was beyond disgusted at the way he was treating her. I asked a few employees, one being the girl he was degrading, if he always talks to them like that and they all said yes. The amount of verbal abuse these poor employees get from their manager is disgusting. The environment felt heavy. And that girl deserves so much better than that! They all do! Absolutely disgusting to witness. My waitress was wonderful and my food was great, all the employees were great. The manager is my only complaint and I sure hope that gets taken care of. I feel for the entire staff having to deal with him.

The waitress ALEX didnt talk, didnt acknowledge you, she doesnt listen to you when you were giving her your order. I asked her if she talks and her response was NO. Then why be in a customer service job? The atmosphere was depressing and dirty. She forgot my toast and I had to ask the cook for my toast. I should have stayed home and had a bowl of cereal. This place was a version of the Night of the living dead with awful food and Service.

We have been going to this location for years, we have a server named Slim she is Awesome!! She always knows our order, has my coffee before were even seated. She makes sure that our order is correct before she even brings it to us. She kind, sweet and caring. Shes just down right an AWESOME person!!! So if you go to this location ask for Slim to be your server, you will not be disappointed!!!

Parking: We had made a mistake with our flight so was forced to stay in hotel so we didn t know area found the Waffle House and so glad we did they were excellent they were friendly and if we needed help they were right there thank you for a great meal!! Food

This place is awesome! It s the epidemy of ol school diner look and feel, along with the sound and smells of a Texas diner. Service was awesome; no bad attitudes, all smiles, even in a busy and hot work environment.
