Went in a couple of months ago to get Cyberpunk for ps5 for like $30. They needed to see my ID in order to purchase it despite the female employee saying she knew I was older than 18 but under 40. I left without buying anything and bought a new pre-order copy that came with DL codes and other stuff on Ebay for $18. No ID necessary. Bless yalls hearts

Horrible experience, personbehind the counter is very,rude,obnoxious, and obviously has no people skills whatsoever. Im sure he ripped me off, on the Xbox and games I sold them.But its okay,Im not going to worry about it.I was in the market to buy a few new games for my Ps5,but after dealing with this person behind the counter. Took my business elsewhere .Avoid this Gamestop like the plague.Youve been warned.

Just happened to pre order the same thing as the manager. His came in and mine didn t??? After I called several times to confirm it was there. Employees have priority over customers. No emails or phone calls to inform me my item was in. I had to call and find out for myself

I went to this location to pick up my preorder for tears of the kingdom. Best experience ever. I called first to see if they were doing a midnight release for the game and the guy who picked up the phone was really nice. All of the employees are great.

Only giving one star because i have to or it would be zero. My son just called and spoke to an employee by the name of Alex who was so rude for nothing. My son was trying to get info about game trade ins and this ALEX employee was so rude to him and even had the nerve to hang up on him. If you don t like your job you should just quit instead of being rude to customers! We will be going to another location for our business.

This review isnt about the gamestop company but about the store itself. I frequently shop at this gamestop because its the closest to my house. Its custom service has been getting worse and worse. From back-dooring scalpers to never getting my pre-orders and telling me to find it at another store. Tonight myself and another customer were told we wouldnt be serviced because the associate was still checking out a customer but it was closing time. I was there 20 mins prior to closing and the customer in front of me was there 30-35mins. We waited patiently didnt say anything, we were ready to check out. Right when he finished with the customers in front of us (they took a long time because of questions and a big purchase) he said sorry guys I cant help you tonight. So we both put our things we picked out away and walked out. Now Ive worked at gamestop before and always rang up everyone that was at the store even after close I would just lock the door so no new customers would walk in. Just felt that if he realized that those customers had all those questions and werent ready then ring us up first or just tell us hey this going to take a while why not come back tomorrow so we dont just stand there and maybe we can make it to another location. Anyway lesson learned going be pulling my pre-orders from that location and driving the extra 10mins to the next one.

That lady working there with the shave sides and ponytail was so rude. Didn t want me to get something that was free from Pokémon just because I didn t have two kids with me when I wanted to get a Pokémon code for my nephews birthday since he loves Pokémon. I had to go to another store that actually offered to give me a few extra codes if I needed them. But I received what I needed.

Where do I even begin. I have frequented this location for a while now, and every single time I come in the assistant manager is rude and condescending to anyone and everyone. I ve even seen him chew out and make fun of a kid in front of me in line asking to use a discount code. Sold us a new racing wheel that had obviously been previously used and returned because it didn t work and came with no instructions, plastic or packaging around the wheel. It was literally loose in the box. Terrible attitude from their employees. Cringeworthy interactions with customers. Never returning to this GameStop.

We purchased a brand new PS4 Pro 2 days ago. Unfortunately, the controller that came with the console was defective and after talking to Sony, the only way to replace it at no cost to us is to return it to GameStop. Per GameStop s return policy, you have 30 days to return any opened defective item (which this is). The employee told us that we needed to purchase a warranty to be able to return it, which is false, and I confirmed via phone from Corporate. Corporate called the store, who said the reason they didn t accept the return is because it was out of stock (a lie). Don t go here. Go to another GameStop (there are so many nearby!) where they won t waste your time and lie to you. I have a call in to the regional manager, so hopefully I ll get some resolution.

Called about Marvel Legends Omega Red, was told they had it, 30 minute drive, got there, paid for it and 3 other items, as I was about to pick up my bags and walk out the manager walked up and tells the cashier (Tarayia) the Omega Red was set aside for another customer that called, I said I called as well, manager said it was another caller, I asked if that caller had pre-ordered it, no response, cashier grabbed my bag and started returning that figure. Horrible experience, time and fuel wasted, with not even an apology from the manager. I returned all items at that point. Had an apology been made I would have considered returning in the future. 8/31/18 @ 8:50 pm.

Depending on who is working service bounces between 3 and 5 stars. Its either your standing at the desk staring at them for service for 10 min or they assist you the moment you walk in. They sold me a broken wii. I am extremely disappointed. When you buy an item from a store, you reasonably expect it to work. Instead I was sold a wii that will not turn on when plugged into any electrical outlet in my house. The worse part is that it would have only taken the employees 10 seconds to check it by plugging it into an outlet. I shop at GameStop because I expect high quality and this does not live up to the brand. I will be taking everything back unless I get a better quality system.
