Had a great experience with Space City Washing last week! Dustin was a pleasure to do business with. Cheerful, energetic, careful and thorough. He power washed the front stone siding of our house, and it looks beautiful. Hand washed all windows, inside and out, and I now find myself enjoying looking *through* my windows rather than *at* the dirt and streaks and smudges on them! Fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Fortunately, I found his contact information on my neighborhood Facebook page when I searched recommendations for professional dryer vent cleaning. My dryer stopped heating properly, which is a crisis at my house. Dustin responded within minutes, suggested what I could do in the meantime if I still needed to use the dryer (which I did), and set an appointment for the next business day. He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as could be. My husband and I happened to walk by as Dustin was completing a job at another home and although it was nearing the end of the general workday, Dustin was willing to swing by our house and give us a last second quote. His price was reasonable and hes very professional and courteous. He pressure washed our chimney and around our windows as well as washed the windows on the front of our home and even threw in a courtesy pressure wash of our front walkway. It looks beautiful. Its hard to find good quality service at an affordable price so Im appreciative of his work!

Dustin is THE most professional and responsive contractor we have ever hired ! Many times , we will hire a contractor and they either show up late or not at all. Or, IF they show up at all, they do very poor work. This certainly is not the case with Space City Washing . We are very pleased with the job he did! He was right on time, the most cheerful and professionally guy one will ever encounter. Our house is sparking clean now! You could eat your breakfast off of our windows! I reached out to Space City Washing because my parents went out of town for a couple days and my wife and I wanted to give them an early Christmas gift by having their driveway, sidewalk and house sidings powerwashed. Dustin responded quickly and was able to schedule the job within the small timeframe I had given him. He arrived exactly when he said he would and went to work right away. He did an amazing job! The sidings, driveway and sidewalk look brand new. When my parents got home, they called me right away and were blown away by it all. We bought a new house this year and really wanted to start off the holiday season with Christmas lights. We contemplated installing the lights ourselves for a minute or two, but a friend shared that Space City Washing was putting up lights as part of their services. The quote included all supplies (lights, clips, cords, and timer) and labor. And they ll come back in January to take it all down! We didn t have to do a thing! 5 stars isn t enough! Although we regularly clean the lint trap and the dryer vent, cleaning the ductwork for the dryer escaped our attention. I had no idea so much lint had accumulated over the years! Dustin took care of everything: moving the dryer, thoroughly cleaning the duct, and cleaning up the debris. Great value, attention to detail, friendly professional service - there s no reason NOT to use Space City Washing. Thanks again, Dustin! I will sleep easier knowing that the hidden fire hazard has been eliminated.
