I wish there was a place for a ZERO REVIEW.!!! I would never shop at BIG LOTS. The store it self looks so messy. I purchased a queen size bed and I paid $200 for delivery and assemble. When the team arrived they realized the parts send were wrong. So they had to leave.. I called big lots and they had delivered the missing and the wrong parts without assembling. I called the store and whoever the associate answered my call He just said that s the reason we offered $100 for all that TRASHHHHHH

I would not recommend delivery and install of furniture from this store. The people that they recommended for delivery set up the furniture but left us with huge boxes at our apartment to try and figure out how to get rid of on our own as they stated that the store will not accept the boxes back.

We were shopping in the store last night when the tornado sirens went off. Being from south Texas, this is new to me but Manager Melvin calmed us down and directed us to the employee room for safety. My experience with Big Lots has always been pleasant, never have had any issues but I must rave about my most recent experience at this specific location. My Fiancée and I were on the hunt for new living room furniture and was given the best deal we could ve ever expected! Mr. Melvin took very good care of us, he went above and beyond as he met all of our needs/expectations and was very personable throughout the entire process. Wow cashier was rude as hell. I started setting my items out and she started saying hmmmff and hmmmff . I asked her is this not the right place to put my items and she raised her voice and said NO ITS NOT . So I said oh okay should I move them to another spot NO . And I said you don t have to be rude to me and she said OH YES I DO . Then another cashier said oh Maam you can place your items here and I ll check out for you. Not sure what s wrong but Big Lots has an awful person working cashier. Maybe that lady should not work the front with customers. Y all beware of the Big Lot Mean Woman.

I have shopped Big Lots since they first opened many years ago. I get fabulous buys on many grocery items that are double the price in a grocery store. I bought a beautiful Broyhill sectional for my living room that held up extremely well. GREAT PRICE . I bought patio cushions that have lasted me years and still use them. Don t under estimate Big lots!! Alway great Deal excellent pricing!!

The ladies actually stood there laughing and looking at their phone and did not budge, speak, or offer to help. It was really shocking coming from older older women who you would think know better. Another associate had to stop what she was doing (work related) to help us and those older ladies continued their conversation and laughed and looked at their phones as if no line was forming ..I kid you not I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.

Never buy items from this store. They are very worst. They never concerned about the customer request. Customer service is very worst. Once you paid for the product, they dont care about you. Better avoid buying bigger products from here. Return policy is also very worst. Even though you return, they will charge you the processing fee... So beware before buying the big items here..

Sale sticker on some of my items was a higher price than the regular price. Because of the stickers were poorly affixed on the items I was able to see the price beneath the red ticket was less than the red ticket price. So basically false advertising. Poor customer service as well.

I have been going to this store since 2010.... Never had such a bad experience at Checkout. The staff behind the counter had more instructions for us than to make our experience wonderful. 2 toy cars were discounted at the isle however it rang a different price at the register and she made no attempt to correct it. Here attitude was This is the price it rings up - Take it or leave it !. After Many more rude and cold exchanges at the counter makes I almost felt like leaving and not making any purchase however I didnt want to ruin the situation more. Wont be returning to this store again !!!.

They have a variety of items but I feel like there should be more to be able to browse through. Some of the staff are hard to find if you need to ask any questions or find answers. Also hard to find for help to get products that may be in the back or too high to reach. I would avoid their payment plans for any furniture as they are a rip off and you can find better quality for lower prices elsewhere, but if you want mediocre items for your house... then its a place to go.

A three star because most of the items I was trying to buy were not priced correctly or they do not place them in the correct location to match the price. They did not care enough to fix the issue ( going in the isles and fixing the prices). Its an ok place but found it surprisingly more expensive than homegoods which is crazy lol. Clean place though.

My cashier was very pleasant, but I think the other cashier spied on me because I toured the store & he stopped to ask if I needed help; I probably gave him the suspicious shopper feeling. I bought a patio furniture set and one of the pieces is defective and so I cannot complete the assembly. I had to rent a van to go and pick up the furniture. Called the Big Lots store to see what my options are and it turns out I would have to bring the whole set back to the store and there is no guarantee that they would give a working piece.
