Words cannot express how grateful we are with Stephen. My brother had purchased a house in NC and we asked his realtor for recommendations in the Killeen/Harker Heights/Copperas Cove area. She gave us Stephen s contact and he was a tremendous help with our home ownership process. Stephen went out of his way to ensure our home buying experience was nothing short of amazing. Whenever we had questions he was quick with responses or calls. Even after hours and weekends. If we wanted to view a house Stephen had a walk through scheduled same or next day. He worked with the lenders to get us in a price range that worked extremely well for us. He genuinely cared about us. The house we fell in love with originally wasn t on our list of options but Stephen found it for us and made sure we got locked in for it. Originally the back yard wasn t too usable and Stephen even had it worked out for the builders to level out the back yard. This man is extremely knowledgeable at his craft and I wholeheartedly believe that no one else in the area would have taken care of us the way he did. Even after moving in he still checked on us to see how our move in went and offered to suggest different people for services we would require with a new house. You can expect nothing less than world class service from Stephen. I recommend him to my friends in the area and if we ever move houses he will be the first person I call about getting into a different house. Where to begin. This was my first home buying experience. We are in the middle of a very competitive sellers market and Stephen was determined to find what I was looking for. The minute he got word that I was in the market looking he started searching for a home for me in the craziest market ever. He listened to what I was looking for in detail, remembered and refused to waste my time showing me just anything. He answered my hundreds of questions, told me exactly what I needed to do to compete | win in a bidding situation and was spot on. My husband and I are so grateful our friend referred Steph to us when we were looking for a house last year. Steph was very resourceful and informative, always keeping an eye out for properties we might be interested in. We had a wishlist of things we wanted for our home and he helped us find a home we loved in a week. We toured a handful of homes, but when he saw the listing for our home he scheduled a tour and we immediately fell in love. Open concept, big windows, bright and beautiful...and it was right in our budget. I can t say enough great things about our experience working with Stephen! When looking at houses, which we looked at a lot of them, we never felt rushed or hurried. He wanted to help us fine THE one. And we did! When we were ready to make an offer, Stephen was there every step of the way. He reviewed the inspection report, and pointed out things I would have missed, then made sure those items were fixed before we moved in. He came to closing to celebrate with us, and then has checked in with us several times since then to make sure things are going well. We honestly miss making that call to ask him to meet us to see a property - he s that fun to work with! If it s ever time to move, that first call to start the process will be to Stephen.
