Was able to get my documents printed and notarized as well. The man was amazing &, very quick, with a smile on his face. If u want fast knowledgeable REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THIS DEF THE PLACE YOUR LOOKING FOR. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. HE MADE MY LIFE THAT WAS SO COMPLICATED SEEM JUST SO EASY & I APPRECIATE IT. This is the BEST place for shipping! Customer service is superior, owner is very helpful and knows all of the ins and outs of shipping. International shipments, no problem. Shipping liquids, no problem. Need overnight document delivery but forgot to get something notarized, no problem. My go to one stop shop for UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Highly recommended!!!

I live in Forney but needed to mail some things and the gentleman that helped me here was so nice, thorough and knowledgeable that I now want to mail EVERYTHING from here lol. He even helped me with finding something they don t sell. Great service!

I have gone to Postal Depot for years. Eric, the owner, is so kind and helpful. My daughter got married this summer & he helped me locate the wedding stamps we wanted. I visit there regularly if I ever need to mail or return anything. I highly recommend this business!

I love that he is in Mesquite and close to my house. He has excellent service and is very nice. This place beats having to go to the USPS office and wait in their long lines when you need to send mail out certified. He also does packages and it is awesome! If you live in Mesquite or near this location go there, its worth it.

I needed to have documents notarized, but the usual place I normally use, had the line out the door..I searched and found this location. Eric answered the phone..and told me of his services offered. Upon arrival, I noticed his interaction with each customer is pleasant and caring, while completing the transactions. Ive had a mailbox here for about 15 yrs. Eric is friendly. Any mailing or supplies is here. If you have a mailbox you can receive your pkgs here. No worries of anyone stealing a pkg off your porch.

The people working at postal depot are friendly. However if DHL is recommended just say no. I tried to mail a package and they tried to send it via DHL however DHL decided to hold it at their Addison location. When I got home I checked my package all the Birthday money was taken out so I had to replace it and then I mailed it via USPS and my family got it with Birthday money in tact. Postal Depot refunded the postage I paid for DHL to deliver my package and were very helpful. But DHL was horrible, snipping and hateful DHL refused to return the Birthday money. So Postal Depot is great but watch out for DHL.

I had a package that I needed UPS to pickup. Went to the UPS store in Mesquite and the line was out the door! Googled other places near me and found this hidden gem right around the corner. When I got there the guy working was trying to help a customer figure out how to print a label from her ipad. When my turn came and he realized they didnt carry the size of packaging I needed he was very helpful in finding alternative packaging for my oversized box. He was extremely helpful and his customer service was on point. I highly recommend The Postal Depot.
