So, the food is good, and the value is good as well - and the service is also good - but the hostesses are always almost hostile. They always seem annoyed that Ive come in, and they are annoyed when I say that Id rather have a table rather than sit at the bar. Im not sure whats going, but a friendly greeting (or at least an indifferent one) would go along way. I always feel unwelcome when arrive. This has been the case at least 6 or 7 times in the last 6 months.

Its been more than a long time since Ive gotten a really good server.. Marlyn was exceptional and very helpful with the menu. Throughout our stay, she let us know when our food would be out. To staying on top of refills on our drinks. She gave us a family oriented feeling, felt like we were visiting a family members house with how comfortable she made us feel. Reservation Overall, I feel that my experience here was subpar. To begin we had a reservation set that was made in plenty of time. When we arrived our table was. It ready and we were offered a high top instead (this was unacceptable considering some of our party would not have been able to sit in the chairs). We had to wait an additional 15-20 mins past our scheduled reservation time. Server Diego was a great server and was attentive! He continually checked on us and made sure that we were satisfied with our orders and made sure that any issues were corrected promptly. He went above and beyond by even offering menu suggestions. I would highly recommend him as a server. Food Food was good. I got the bone in ribeye which was great. I ordered a side of creamed corn (also great) steak fries turned out to be potato wedges instead. Additionally, someone else in our party ordered a loaded baked potato (which was not loaded). We also had a member of our party who ordered the buffalo chicken salad, she did not receive her salad until AFTER everyone had finished eating. The manager on duty did not offer to comp the salad , instead it was Diego who offered to comp the salad for our troubles. Overall the food was good the server was phenomenal. However I was highly disappointed with the management. Specifically handling of the reservation itself and the attitude of the manager when we had issues with our dining experience.

Reserved private dining for up to 30 people. Contract signed and for two distinct dining times in one day with understanding rsvps werent guaranteed. A manager confirmed the Friday prior and I told her exactly star the situation was. Even still, they were not ready for us. Upon arrival the manager said the manager that Signed that contract with was no longer there. As if they werent ready or worse, lost. Room was closed off and minimal vs the large full open space which is good because nobody came to session 1 and 3 people came to session 2. I still had to pay over $1,000 each sitting after a $700 deposit. How this is legal is beyond me. Ill probably get fired for this and will definitely NEVER have events here and tell everyone how nothing was right. Bugs were menacing the few guests that arrived for dinner and they were extremely slow. I feel like they breached their own contract and I still had to pay. For what? I wasnt around for the first sitting but the presenters in town had lunch and sent the steak back 3 times! We got served items nobody ordered. It was overall a complete rip off and Ill be calling the city and state to see if its even legal to charge and tax non existent food. I did ask if they can open the menu up in light of the low attendance and pressure to hit $1,000 food and beverage minimum and they acted like they did us some huge exorbitant favor. It was insane!!!

I came here last year with my grandparents and my brother too. It was a great day for all of us to go out and eat, so we decided to eat at the great American Steakhouse and it was pretty good. There was a few problems, the restrooms were a little bit dirty but it was no harm thankfully and the floors had some stains as well. The staff were very respectful towards us and the waitress too. The food was great in my opinion but my grandpa didnt like his because the burger that he ordered got soggy too quick but he ate it anyway. Overall this restaurant is great, but it does need improvement

My mom and I go to this restaurant on my birthday 8/29 and the service starts bad as soon as we walked though those doors. The hosts didn t even greet us and completely ignored me when I as if a serve was working tonight and or the drink special for tonight. Then our waitress asks what drinks would u like which was fine and knew the knowledge however after we ordered the food, the food was bad. Very good service, everyone very friendly. The host named Frida, who has the same name, is super smiling and friendly. I dont remember the name of the manager on duty but the lady was very friendly and helpful. I sat at the bar, its $2 margarita Thursday. I ordered a 14oz Ribeye and it was super juicy accompanied by some vegetables that were phenomenal. I will return very soon to spend my afternoon here. In the same way, the screen they have in the bar is magnificent :))

A first time dinner with work colleagues. This was a fantastic place to having an evening meal after a a long day of travel & work! A very inviting place with a great atmosphere. Our group of four were quickly seated and our server was quickly there to introduce herself. She took our drink order while we looked at the menu. I must say they have a great lemonade just not the one out of the fountain. Surprisingly all of us got the same 8 oz Filet. A truly awesome steak! The meal came with two sides Cole Slaw and Baked Beans then you get to choose another side. Mine was the Baked Potato and I requested just butter & sour cream. The Cole Slaw was done just the way I like it cold & delicious. The Baked Beans were a unique flavor and was a great side dish. However, when I received the Baked Potato it came loaded, not exactly what I wanted but didn t want to return so I settled for what was brought. I asked for extra butter but that did happen. Again no worries because it was still delicious. We ordered extra sides for the table, Creamed Corn & Mac n Cheese. I only tried the Creamed Corn and it was uniquely delicious! It did seem like it took a while to get out meal delivered to the table but that just meant we had good conversation while waiting. Overall the meal was pretty awesome! Everyone in the group seemed to agree that it was a fantastic meal. If you re in the mood for steak I would definitely put this one as a top option.

I ordered delivery service on 8/24/24. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the entree and realized there were no steak fries. In addition the steak burger bun was 2 bottom buns. I guess that s a new trend, I call the Airway location and after 3 attempts got someone to answer. You could not leave a message. The hostess informed me she was very busy, I guess the customers that are there in person are more important than those that have food delivered. She told me to come pick up the missing fries. I explained due my current physical condition it was difficult for me to do that. I requested to speak to the manager. She put me on hold. The manager picked up the call and explained that she was very busy and I would need to stop in the following day for an adjustment. I explained I ordered delivery because I could not come in. It did not seem to concern her. It is now Sunday evening and because I was unable to go into the restaurant I am out incomplete dinner order, dealing with individuals that are too busy to help settle an order and a bad experience with this restaurant. Visited this place on Friday, August 16 2024. I say visited because the service was so bad we didnt stay to eat. It started at the hostess table. We werent treated, insteadwhen I approached the table, the two girls standing there working turn away from me and ignoring me for about 2-3 minutes before they received me. I dont know if the girl working as a hostess didnt speak good English or just didnt understand me, but her response to me I definitely didnt understand her. So I asked her if you need my name, do you want us to sit down and wait? And she just kind of shook her head and hands to come and then no.. I was confused at that time, so we sat down to wait. While we were waiting, we noticed a lot of empty tables available for customers to sit and be waited on. 5 minutes later, they finally sat us. After being seated, we looked through the menu, and we never saw our waitress up until the point the left. We saw about 10 waiters and waitresses hanging around and chit chatting amongst themselves and not tending to their customers. At that point Im thinking their tip that I was going to leave is getting smaller and smaller. Finally, someone brings us some water, not our waitresses, btw. While we continued to wait, my wife went to the restroom to wash her hands. While my wife was gone, finally, our waitresses came to tend to us, I saw her approach, and she said with an attitude, what do you want to drink? Okay, um what are your drink specials, no specials she say. Okay, what about your beef ribs, I dont see them on your menu anymore. Oh, we got rid of those a long time ago. Well.. I was done, and I asked her to give me a minute to keep looking at the menu. My wife returned, and I said, lets go to West Texas Chop House. They dont want our business or money here. I don t know what the deal is there, but the service there is not what it used to be.

Its overpriced for no reason. Youd think that because of how expensive it is it would make for an elegant, fine-dining, classy restaurant experience, but its definitely not. The hostess had homeless looking shoes, the front of the house has food displays covered in flies, the menus were all dirty & sticky, and there were gnats everywhere. The quality of the food wasnt that great either. For the price youre paying, you would expect the food to be amazing but its very underwhelming. Not bad but also not the greatest. The side of grilled vegetables was covered in oil, and the most disappointing part was the steak had no flavor. Honestly, I wouldnt put this place over Chilis.

The food here is fine, but not worth the prices. The real problem here is the volume of the dance party music blaring everywhere. The hostess could not hear us nor we hear her, and she would not raise her voice. The waitress could not hear us and we could not hear her, and she would not raise her voice. Someone even got the wrong order due to a miscommunication, again due to the atmosphere of the blaring music. A table of six cannot all talk together, so I suppose this is a good place to go if you re hoping to avoid somebody at the other end of the table.

The food is good but pricey. The steaks are thin. The days of 1-2 steaks are gone. I had the Steak burger and it was good. Beer is expensive. The service was good but the server was spread out way too thin. The poor girl was always running around. But she held up well, even if it took her some time to fulfill requests. I got the ketchup I asked for when I was on my last two steak fries. I tipped her well because it wasnt her fault that she was expected to service a table of 20 by herself. Sure hope she didnt have other tables to wait on. The music was too loud and made it hard to converse at the table. And the subdued lighting made it impossible to read the menus. Everyone had to use their phone flashlight function. The type on the menus was very small, exacerbating the problem. I was there to Celebrate my Birthday with my family. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food mind you it was Tuesday evening and place wasn t that busy. I ordered some Steak Tacos and the tortillas were cold and hard. Everyone else s food was cold. The server was aware it was a Birthday Dinner. Ballon s and flowers gave it away. Server brought us the checks without Even asking us if we wanted to see the Dessert menu. (And yes we were going to get dessert). Once we paid I did let her know that we had planned on ordering desserts, but she didn t ask us. Very disappointed with the Customer Service and the managers as well. Not going back .
