I pre-ordered for a party, I called to confirm day of and Brayden answered the phone quickly and not only confirmed my order but when I made a special request for smaller cuts (for littles to not choke) he seamlessly made it happen. Pizza is great. Will buy again. What i have a problem with is the older gentleman delivering the pizza. Their online system does not always add the tip correctly, the new website sucks btw, so i was rudely asked, No tip?, like i am required to tip. Which i do tip and did this time. I cant help their system didnt add it on but asking for it is not a proper thing to do. sometimes people cant afford it and making people feel bad because they cant or didnt tip makes the company look petty and rude and the people feel worse about their situation.

If it werent for a special fundraising night, I doubt this review would be happening but here we are, LOL! We decided to participate in Marcos fundraiser night, and to add to the excitement, there was a special pizza box created by the little one having their own pizza box was quite a thrill! Our pizza adventure began with an online order, and I must say, navigating the Marcos website was a breeze. The site made it quick and easy to order, and there was something satisfying about choosing from the array of options available. Plus, Marcos deals are pretty tempting, especially since pizza can be quite pricey without coupons and discounts. Opting for our familiar choices, we went with the Hawaiian Chicken and an order of Cheesy bread, and we decided to pick up our order. Upon arriving for pick-up, we were greeted by Skye, who was absolutely adorable! She was enthusiastic, smiling throughout the whole transaction. When I had a question she couldnt answer, she promptly sought out the manager, Garrett, for assistance. Our interaction with Skye was overall very positive. However, upon returning home, our excitement took a hit when we realized our Hawaiian pizza was missing the most crucial ingredient PINEAPPLE!!! GRRRRRRRR! I called back and spoke with Garrett, who apologized for the oversight and made it right by noting on our account for a complimentary addition on our next visit. I could tell he was genuinely disappointed that they didnt deliver 100% satisfaction. Still, with Skyes excellent service and Garretts commitment to rectifying the mistake, I am still 99% satisfied with this visit! Thanks, Skye and Garrett! Had no issues with the location until today! I always get cheese sauce on my cheese bread as a add on and the manager usually does it but he hasn t been there and today a new person I ve never seen before told me that they don t carry cheese sauce just shredded cheese even mentioned the Philly pizza does not come with cheese sauce when I explained they did have it and it did and I ve done it before he insisted I get shredded cheese I can put my own shredded cheese on some bread

Walked in and had to wait at the register for someone in the back to call the cashier to the front to take the order. When your cashier walked to the front to do her job that she obviously doesnt deserve, she immediately spoke to us in a disrespectful tone and showed no customer service skills. We ended up not even ordering and leaving the establishment due to your employees actions. I wish I would have gotten her name so I can let you know. She had purple/pink short hair 52 Caucasian. Best of luck. We will never be going to your establishment ever again.

Not thrilled that I ordered $80.00 worth of pizza at 7am for a pick up and 10:00 pm. Store called to verify order at 930am I told them it was a 10pm pickup they said no problem. I get to the store to pickup my order and they had not even started making the order 3 lx pizza and 2 Desserts.this was food for a parry at work. Thanks to the store it made me late for my shift becouse I had to wait for my order that was Supposed to be ready at 10:00 pm. Very disappointed with the service tonight.

I came and made a big order and Sammie was my sale person. The total was 73.85. I had one hundred bill and they said they don t take one hundred bills I said why she said we don t because it s a large bill how when my order was big from a different store in spring and it was like 70 dollors they accept my money. I was upset from there service and the manger was very rude her name is Tiffany. I am very hurt by the delivery service that just took place at my house. I walked past my door and realize the delivery employee was approaching. Marcos delivery employee says to me withholding my pizza How are we going to handle the payment (Im thinking to myself he should know if I paid or not but maybe he missed it...no problem. So I reach for pizza & he pulls back from me getting pizza saying Hows will we handle the tip tip I told him I paid over the phone & and actually had cash. He says You can tip here on this machine I left him a 5 dollar tip anyway for the drive. I immediately called the store to complain and the manager was very unapologetic talking about he will see where his mind set is with a nonchalant attitude. I give Marco my business all the time and to be treated so disrespected is wrong!

This is the best pizza place in all of Houston. It might not be the best *pizza* in all of Houston, but this specific Marcos location might be the absolute best pizza place in the whole dang city. Weve been ordering from this place now for about a year since we moved to this area in 2020. We get pizza from them probably twice a month, so Id say over 20 times in the last year. And every single time its fast, hot, delicious, and at a great price. The drivers have all been amazing, the pizza is consistently delicious and never wrong. Every employee in the building deserves a raise. I keep coming back to this location whenever I want pizza because they keep giving me no reason to try anything else. Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa John have NOTHING on this place. My one complaint is that when I order soda from this place (not often, only done it twice) a lot of times its not cold. Nobody wants to pay $3 for a hot 20oz soda

Friday afternoon lunch time and only one employee running the entire store- Answering phones, making pizzas, taking orders, And servicing the customers. Also Pepsi machine broke. This location definitely needs at least two people during this busy time. Employee greeted me upon me entering but look frazzled trying to finish a pizza, answer the phone, and take my order.
