The atmosphere and food were great! We ordered the escargot (first time ever trying them, loved the flavor), stake (the risotto was amazing), and pasta (portion size and flavor was great); as well as some drinks and the creme Brulee. My only complaint was that we ordered water, and were given 2 options (mineral or sparkling) not knowing that there was a 3rd option of tap (free) and not the mineral water that was $6 a bottle (we were unaware we were being charged for it at all). We went for my birthday and received a complimentary chocolate cake and champagne that tasted amazing!

We came to Entrecôte for our anniversary and this place is on another level!! From the scallop appetizer, to the 45 day aged steak, the truffle fries, and the truffle corn. Everything was amazing. Came here for our 1 year anniversary and it was a fantastic choice for a restaurant!! Our server was Sofia and she was extremely nice and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. First time visiting for a birthday celebration, and it definitely did not disappoint. I did not have any expectations since I didnt know anything about the place, but it was worth every penny. The food, the drinks, the service, and everything in between were exceptional. Im not sure if reservations are required. However, I do recommend making one as a precaution because it does get busy. My only dislike was the dark ambiance, but other than that, everything else was top-notch!

We had a friendly greeting when we walked in and service from Gio. Gio and the manager were very attentive. Gio was very knowledgeable about the menu when asked about some dishes. The food and drinks were excellent! The ambiance is upscale yet relaxed and the music is at a perfect volume to where we can have conversations. The server that brought the food out was also very friendly. Everyone had a smile and a great attitude. Amazing place for date night or evening cocktails at the bar or dinner with friends or family. It s been a couple years since we ve been here and it exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back.

Our favorite 2nd home. We come here on a very regular weekly basis. The Cinco De Mayo platter and short rib platter are crazy delicious every time. The duck tacos and the Oliver Burger can t be beat!!! If you haven t been to Entrecôte you are missing out on an exceptional dining and social experience not to mention excellent service! The bartenders are spot on and Juan Carlos has been outstanding as a manager.

Made reservations for me and my wife there for our 17th wedding anniversary. Considering the restaurant was practically empty we expected to be seated somewhere more intimate and not next to a table of businessmen in the middle of the restaurant. I checked with the waitress to ensure she knew our occasion for dining there that evening and she replied yeah I seen something about that in the reservation notes . Like many other elegant restaurants we have celebrated at in the past we were hoping to receive any type of decorative plate acknowledging our anniversary, that never happened. We received zero accommodations for us celebrating our anniversary!

Service and atmosphere are superb! But spending $400 a meal and they repeatedly can t nail the temperature on their ribeye, scallops are always rubbery without an ounce of sear. Sea bass is water logged, likely because it is previously frozen and not properly thawed. Overall, extremely overpriced for the food they are putting out. There are so many other places with much better food at far more reasonable prices! Service is outstanding!

Atmosphere here is amazing! That was about the end of my good experience. Ordered sea bass tacos and 10-15 minutes went by before I was advised that they were out. I ended up just ordering a crab Bisque which tasted like a campbells tomato soup cup with some lump crab/shells mixed in. In my opinion none of the food had flavor. The water glass I received was dirty and the water did not taste clean. I saw a waiter clean a chair seat and then use the same rag to clean the table. Extremely disappointed with this place. This was my first time here, and for the price of everything, it was so below par that I would have rather eaten at McDonalds... They also still charged us for the terrible soup and left the sea bass tacos on our receipt so we had to complain. I ended up going home feeling nauseous and having stomach pains. I will never come here again.

We went for dinner for the wifes birthday. We enjoy eating here. They have ample parking. Easy to call in and make same day reservations. We were seated promptly. Service was very attentive. They got my wife a little birthday dessert with sparkler on the house. Also, they made a kids pasta dish for the little ones which was greatly appreciated. Love that they pack up left overs for us. Tonight was my first time trying French cuisine. I was meeting a friend for her birthday, and we were seated in the VIP room. Our server was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was great! For an appetizer, I tried the escargot, which I have never had. Let me just say that it was definitely different! The Australian lamb chops, again, something new for me, were outstanding! I also had a peach martini and a cucumber martini, and I highly recommend the cucumber martini! Since we were in a party with over six people, they did add on gratuity. This restaurant is a little pricey, but I would return because our server was awesome!

Easiest 5 star review Ive given. Ill start with service Allan(if I misspelled it I very deeply apologize) was solicitous in the best way, super friendly and very very knowledgeable. We were treated amazingly throughout our meal and it was great. Next, atmosphere. It is beautiful inside this restaurant. Very modern, very chic, just absolutely lovely. Lastly, the food. I cant even state how good this food was. The steak(I got the bone in ribeye, my wife got the tenderloin) was so tender and juicy. It was incredible. The aligot was cheesy and garlicky, and so wonderful. I can go on for pages, but suffice it to say, this was the best meal Ive had in town. If I could rate over 5 stars I absolutely would without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful, fantastic anniversary. You helped make it spectacular.

Let me start with how great the customer service was at this small bistro, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The food was very good, better than I expected, although the mashed potatoes were a little cold. The atmosphere isnt going to have you thinking youre in France, but it is still enjoyable. Paid for the 5 course meal on New Years Eve that was supposed to have live music. It didnt. The place was maybe 70% full and it took over 40 mins to get the first course. First time here and took my girlfriend. Both had the filet and they even catered to her request to have it cooked with a different dish instead of what it was normally supposed to be. We didn t expect them to do this by any means but it was nice that they did so anyway. Cooked to absolute perfection. I never clear my plate but I did this time. Stellar food. Service was fantastic and we couldn t help but appreciate the atmosphere the entire time. It s great when music is loud enough that you can hear it but not so loud you can t still have a reasonably quiet conversation. That was a new one for us. A most delightful experience. Gino was excellent and very attentive but left us to enjoy our food as well. These folks are on point. We ve found our new favorite spot and will be back regularly. Entrecote is a very good restaurant. The staffs competency and service are well above the norm for El Paso. The menu is a unique mix of French and Mexican dishes. I had the Chateaubriand and the sauce was amazing. The only thing I think they could improve on is the drink menu. I think they could stand to have a few more classic cocktails on the menu instead of 5 riffs of a Martini. Not saying they cant make them but that would be my only recommendation for the menu. Otherwise, a great time and worth making a date night out of it.

Celebrated a friend s birthday on Friday and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass that was cooked perfectly! Was so delicious and served with two delicious grilled prawns and perfectly seared scallops with asparagus and a roasted tomato. The presentation was beautiful, though the most important part was the flavors and they were on point. They have a great cocktail menu and some decent wines by the glass. Everyone was happy with their meals, I tasted my dates salmon and that was also cooked to perfection. The server was very nice and courteous as was their sommelier. We ended our meals with a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl and a crème brûlée along with a carajillo. So good! The atmosphere is inviting, great lighting. My one feedback was two of the guests ordered cesar salads and the server kindly divided them into four plates to share without us asking him. Very courteous until we learned that we were charged for that. Not a huge deal just took away from what we thought was a kind gesture. The salad was delicious. Overall had a great experience and a nice restaurant to celebrate. Oh try the truffle fries!!

Staff was advised of food allergies when we irder appetizers. One of the appetizers had to be sent back due to items still contained item to cause allergies. When order food and all food items came containing the same items that staff was advised and one was not discovered until it was consumed a bit. Staff was advised of the issues but by this time and the time manager came everyone was done eating so offering a salad or pasta was a bit too late. No discount offered or free items. Bill was not only full price they charged 12 dollars to use a credit card. Like everyone carries 350 in their pocket theses days. We have been there several times spending between 300 to 500 one 2 to 3 people. It was unbelievable that one was forced to not eat due to lack of attention to food allergies that were clearly advised. Will not be returning. Not that I mind the quality of food, staff and management has lowered in their standards while price have significantly increase

What can I say about this place? The only word is very disappointing. Ill start by saying that we were welcomed at the door and quickly seated at a table. The food, in general, was very good with good flavors, but I did notice that the steak was slightly overcooked. The chicken dish was very good, and the desserts were quite nice. However, the big disappointment was the waiter who attended to us. We didnt order any alcohol, and I believe he didnt like that. On two occasions when we asked questions, his responses had a tone that indicated, You have to pay for that. Obviously, when you go to a restaurant or any service, you expect to pay, but he was clearly upset. We were celebrating a birthday, and to avoid making the celebrant feel bad, we ignored it, but it was in very poor taste. Every question we asked, he responded with a comment that implied we had to pay for it. He didnt offer us desserts; instead, he said, I had to ask if they could provide what we were asking for, which was absurd because the table next to us had it. He wasnt courteous either, and since we didnt order alcoholic beverages, he also didnt offer us coffee. In two words, he ruined our celebration. I wont return to this place because of him. Service is key, and waiters are the ones who provide it. If the focus is on their salary rather than the service, they are in the wrong profession.

Ill start with the positive things. The service and atmosphere was excellent. Our server was top notch. Everyone at our table that ordered steak got it way over well done. Was like eating shoe leather. I eat red meat 3 times a year. Was very disappointed. Ill never send my food back. One of the people at our table sent theirs back and the redo was perfect. This place is perfect for a date, The place is beautifully decorated and if anything made my visit even better was our server, Benjamin, super attentive fast and knew what to recommend. I ordered the Chateaubriand and unfortunately was a bit overcooked. My boyfriend got the lamb and it was delicious. A dress code is not implemented but I highly recommend it (maybe business casual)

The place is absolutely amazing! First time visiting and the food was exquisite. I ordered MOULES FRITES, CHATEAUBRIAND and Fondant Au Chocolat & Pecan Ice Cream. There is so much more to try. I will be coming back. Customer service and atmosphere is great! Highly recommend.

Greeted immediately by the hostess. Great service and great drinks. Unfortunately, it took 1 1/2 hours to get our food. The scallops were too salty and not edible. Beautiful place but the kitchen was very backed up. Our server bought us champagne to make up for the long wait.

We visited Entrecote & Co, a French style Restaurant in West El Paso, for my wife s birthday, Mother s Day, and our 61st anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The French influence, ambience, and staff were outstanding. The food was excellent and although it took a little longer to arrive, it was well worth the wait. When we arrived back home my wife realized that she had lost a ring. Although the ring had only sentimental value, I called back the Night Manager about the loss, and he and the staff located the ring and saved it to be returned to us the next day. What a service. This will not be our last time patronizing this restaurant.

It tries to be upscale, but it misses the mark and is overpriced. Its extremely loud and hard to have a conversation, even directly across the table. The service was extremely slow and we had to ask multiple times for drinks and a status on our food. Admittedly we had a large group, but reservations had been made well in advance and we were supposed to have two dedicated servers, yet there was only one server and it took almost two hours to get the main course.

The atmosphere at this place is great and very elegant, we went as a group to celebrate my wifes graduation and they put us in a nice private room with our own music and made us feel even more special. The server was very attentive, but the only complain here is that the food took more than an hour to arrive, but the manager came and apologized due to them being short staffed. When the food arrived everybody was satisfied with what they ordered, the food did took a long time to be ready but was delicious, everyone left their plates clean, as for me I ordered some scallops to start and were delicious, then I got a ribeye with a sauce on top and fries, steak was cooked perfectly and was very tender. I really recommend this place if your going on a date, food is delicious but only drawback is that it will take some time for the food to arrive.

A gathering of family and friends was the occasion. Dinner was delicious! We had Chateaubriand- Chateaubriand Filet Mignon was tender as a Mothers Love! Creme Fraiche with Mushrooms were just as delicious! Salad was amazingly delicious with chicken as our protein. I would recommend a visit at least once. It is worth the visit. Check the menu online for a quick look at selection and pricing. Atmosphere is comfortable music was a little too loud but tolerable.

On April 15 20203 at 7:30pm I dined at a Entrecote &Co in El Paso TX., and I must say I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. Despite the restaurants reputation, the servers response time was incredibly slow, and their attitude was unacceptable. From the moment we were seated, it took an excessive amount of time for the server to acknowledge our presence. We waited at least 25 minutes before the server even came to our table to take our order. Once they finally arrived, the server didnt apologize for the wait or provide any explanation for the delay he only asked how the checks were to be split. The waiter ignored our request, discarded food designated for to-go boxing. left items on the receipt that were supposed to be taken off. Throughout the meal, we constantly had to wait for the server to attend to our needs. Every time we needed a refill or had a question, we had to flag them down, which took a considerable amount of effort. The server seemed disinterested in serving us and had an overall apathetic attitude. When we finally asked to speak with the manager about the poor service, the servers response was dismissive. They seemed annoyed that we had even brought up the issue, and didnt offer any solution to improve our dining experience only a discount to our meal. We were not interested in receiving discount our time is more valuable than money. It was clear that they didnt care about our satisfaction or the restaurants reputation. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this high-end restaurant. The servers response time was unacceptable, and their attitude made our dining experience far from enjoyable. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The experience here was meaningful. The chef, the server Benjamin, the entire restaurant took it upon themselves to make this Valentine s Day a most memorable one. The delight the staff had upon our arrival, was immaculate. Sat down immediately and looked upon a menu that displayed passion in every dish. Our family had to sample the carnivore board. Each meat was prepared in the most elite fashion. Temperature was perfect on every cut. The wine that was served was extremely proper for the occasion. Our compliments to the chef. Food was decent, steak was good shrimp was cold. We saw the host with glasses taking shots and then our server left while we were eating so we couldnt get any service during our meal. Then the other server that covered because we apparently didnt have a server anymore took 45 minutes to just bring us our check after we requested it. I Dont recommend and definetly will not revisit we can spend $400 between 4 people somewhere else and be able to get good service.
