Tripitas were made as requested, nice and crispy! Bistek torta was delicious and bread was toasted just right. Fries were seasoned to perfection! My son gobbled up the burger, so that speaks for its itself. We are definitely coming back!

Terrible food, we were 4 people, order 2 clasico samplers, each one costs $39 dlls, they give you for $39 dlls 1 pound of carrilleras, 2 baked potatoes, terrible quesadillas with minimun chesse and a chile toreado, tastes terrible, also place was freezing inside with 78 degree outside,, we spend $90 dlls with sodas, food is terrible and expensive, same with salsa you are better off going and order an steak on any other restaurant.

The restaurant itself was nice inside with a good atmosphere. We went for lunch and there was only one other family there. The waitress was nice. We shared the combo chicken and shrimp make your own tacos. The shrimp, rice, beans and salsa was very good. The chicken was very dry. The music was blasting and we could barely hear each other. The waitress had to yell so we could hear her. The combo was a bit expensive in my opinion. They do serve IPAs if you are into that and have many different clamato drinks. May try again.

Post for my fellow Google Map users for food options. Been to this location twice. First time shrimp tacos were okay. Today I ordered menudo for breakfast due to gloomy overcast morning. Type of morning that makes you crave a good bowl of menudo. Classico totally killed that Menudo craving. Sucks for me. If I owned a restaurant I would be embarrassed to serve it. At least the bread was decent. If you want a cool atmosphere to drink & eat appetizers this place will do. Mexican breakfast or entrees is mediocre. Step up your game Classico to match your nice contemporary location.

I went through drive through to get a Clamato which I always do but this time the girl did not fill up the cup it was like 3/4 full and I got the one with meat the meat was nowhere to be seen just got one piece . I was like ok can you at least fill up the cup and she say no that they are already measured for $12 dollars I would at least expect the cup full or more meat . Food is good but I guess they changed the clamato quantity and quality.

Clasico kitchen bar has some really good food that does not disappoint. Either of their sampler platters are delish. The tacos taste like the ones they make in Mexico, really authentic. Buyer beware, the jalapenos are spicy. They do n not mess around. The micheladas and clamatos are the bomb. My wife loves to drink them. Everything sensibly priced and made fresh to order. You will not be disappointed. Stop by and give a try.

Ive been to this establishment many times at different locations. Overall, Ive always had pleasant experiences. Todays experience though, was not the best considering I paid almost $7 for two burritos that were dry, underfilled and overcooked. Went here a few months ago and it was packed so we figured that s why the service was bad. Went today and the place was pretty empty. The service was terrible. It took 15 min to be acknowledged then when we were ready to leave I kept looking at our server and they just stood on their phones or were gossiping. Had Tia ask another server to get our server to pay attention to us. You would think with all the reviews about their service they would improve but I guess not

Clean place, good service, reasonably priced. Got there an hour before closing so I could understand the feeling of being rushed. If you re vegetarian or vegan not many options. Great food and service. My wife and I went out for a mini lunch date. We initially planned to get a few appetizers but our server explained it would be a lot of food. We decided to get tacos instead, and glad we did. Food was really flavorful, and neither one left feeling like we wanted anything else. My wife could only finish about half of her order. For the 1st time visiting Clasico, I was impressed. I mentioned to my wife I wonder what the atmosphere is like later in the day since there was only one other table. Their drink menu is very extensive and have clamatos of all kinds to pick from.

Amazing service our waitress Andrea was efficient and extremely kind she was on top of everything! Hello. Yesterday 10/24 my mother and i ate at the zaragosa location and our server was Cecilia. I would just like to commend her for handling a lunch rush by herself. She advised us of the wait time however it did not matter because her service was still great. Cecilia was still attentive and with a good attitude despite the amount of people she was serving on her own.

I tried ordering by phone nobody would answer so i went over and the place was empty, I bought lunch and I tried paying with cash and was told by the waitress that it was not possible because she did not have access to the register, that I would have to pay with a debit or credit card which I did. When I got the receipt I saw that I was charged 3.5% for non- cash adjustment. This is a scam!! I tried paying with cash and they would take it. Needless to say Im not going back there again.

I don t recommend at all! A couple days ago, I ordered a Michelada that had clam/shrimp and it was BAD. I couldn t even drink enough to fit my beer in it. When I asked for it to be taken off the bill, the server said management wouldn t allow it despite us telling another server that something was wrong. The manager didn t even come to speak with us regarding the situation or check up on us after we had sent it back because the taste was not right at all. We ended up paying $15 for michelada that was full and a wasted beer. I don t recommend this place at all! Please go to Benny Franks a little further down. They won t make you pay for something that made you question their food safety.

Horrible horrible service!!! Way to crowded and music way to loud for conversations!! Disappointed.. the food was mediocre the green sauce is amazing and the drinks. But the service is horrible, poor young girl took forever to bring the food. A party of 9, and when she did she spilled a beer all over us and the table behind us. The check was incorrect, she was over charging on some beers and other sides. She charged the other group that was with us our appetizer on their tab. I asked her to correct it and she said I will. 25 mins later she returned with another lady saying she mistakenly charged the wrong tab of $148.00dlrs on my debit card, but corrected it for the right amount of $68.00dlrs. Unbelievable!! I told her I would be checking for the correct amount on my account and would return if it wasn t cancelled and corrected. All she said I m very sorry and quickly walked away. I kept all receipts and will be monitoring it. Please skip this establishment the one on Montana is better. If you go there please check closely your tab and monitor your account. I normally leave 20 percent tip but no tip for the f horrible service.

Very disappointed in the level of service I received after the store forgot a part of my order. The manager basically said I was not telling the truth because he is sure they checked. The item was not an expensive item, so I m not sure why he insinuated that we were lying. This location has a low bar for their managers and they lack the soft skills to connect with their customers to resolve simple customer issues/complaints. It s clear they re only focused on the bottom line.

We walked in to try it for the first time. The smell was horrible! Smelles like sewer water. The hostess told us to wait wait ot would be at about 10 min. The empty tables were full of dirty dishes and no one was cleaning them. She hostess claimed the tables had just come available and the customers had just left. We did not see anyone walking out or driving off. As we waited the smell was over whelming. We decided to leave and not eat. How could someone eat ith that smell in the air.

Im so glad they have a second location on the Far East side!!! Wish it was a bit larger, but it was really nice inside and great service!! The only thing that I didnt like was the ribs were over seasoned... I didnt think that was possible, but it was too garlicky. Other than that, it was great.
