I don t understand how servers are so greedy even when you tip 25% and they falsify the written amount you leave written on the tip section of the receipt. I was overcharged on the tip I wrote. Reported them to my credit card company. Overall though a pretty cool scene to hangout and have a drink and some okay bar food.

I was under the impression that you can make bets at the sport book and its not what you would think. They have all these pathetic rules on how many pics you can make on one ticket. I wanted to make a 6 pic bet on super bowl and They said you can only make 2 bets per ticket. All that hype and its fraudulent and deceptive practices on gambling period. I hope nobody else attempts to go and make bets because youll be discourage like I was.

Do NOT order the nachos the service was wonderful tho! The nachos were 90% dry salad greens with NO cheese, NO salsa, NO crema, nada, with a small handful of meat and beans that fell immediately into the dry spinach so you couldnt really get it on your chips. Dont offer vegan nachos if you dont know how to find or make vegan cheese, theres 1000 brands. Or just buy it off the vegan restaurant on the next block and so youre mostly eating dry chips and if youre lucky a couple crumbles of impossible meat or a few scattered black beans. But their pizzas are okay and their servers are kind and the view is always nice.

If staying at the indigo hotel, being able to come down to the pool area and have a full bar with several food options is wonderful. Their drinks are very good, the service is fast, the staff was polite and well informed. Their pizza is a must have. I recommend the Antipasti pizza, the creme brûlée cheese cake and the mojitos.

The man at the bar called PACO on the 5th floor was rude to a group of 10 people. Since we arrived, he wanted us to leave. He told us that he couldnt serve us well because we werent GUESTs. He also told us that we had to stay in a wet seat since it was winter and we shouldnt be outside, when we got a dry seat, he also yelled at us and humiliated us, he kicked us out of the restaurant THIS RESTAURANT IS THE WORST THING ONLY BECAUSE OF PACO!! They should fire him, we left tips obligatory because it was included because he deserved to be called the manager and fired

Friendly staff and good vibe. Its a good place to bring friends for a drinks and conversation. Fridays and Saturdays are busy and weekdays is best for lay back conversations. A reasonable variety of drinks with a short wine list. There are some light eats; pizza is my favorite with red wine. The view is fantastic to enjoy with your special someone.

This is my favorite bar in El Paso, as a Fort Worthian. The level of service and carisma provided by Amada, Deandra, and Paco is always above and beyond. After a few signature cocktails poolside or on the balcony overlooking the mountains and fire pit; you can get a hand crafted pizza cooked in the oven outside and served table side.

Ordered a drink and they charged 14 bucks and it was mostly ice. The pizza I got was also 14 and had zero flavor, not to mention the chicken was dry and tougher to chew than leather. Came here earlier in the year and loved it. Now, regret going down stairs during my stay to try it again.

This business loves to play obnoxiously loud music in their outside pool area because somehow they think that is a good idea. They do not care about other business, community, but themselves. Do not stay at the Hotel Indigo if you want to sleep. If you must stay, avoid staying on Saturdays and hope they dont have a pool party on the dates you are staying. A noise canceling headphone will not help you.
