If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was represented by this firm through a divorce. Throughout the divorce case, my attorney, Chris Villareal would indicate that the other attorney was bleeding their client dry of money and that he couldn t settle. Throughout the case, both attorneys would bicker and in the end it cost my more money than the other attorney charged my ex wife. Also, Chris pretty much abandoned my case at the end and didn t review my final divorce decree Looking through it I could see numerous mistakes and numerous places where I told my attorney to fix items and he said that he would or did. The decree is completely one sided against me and at this point it is a signed document and I am completely screwed. Chris lied to me about things concerning the final decree and how things were supposed to go. If the story ended there, then it would be bad enough. However, after the case was over, I had some questions about some of the things in the decree..I called AZ law firm to ask some questions. They called me back and said that they wouldn t help me. This is after they ripped me off for $23,000.00. Take my advice or don t. But, if I were you, I would never use this firm.

I have been helping my Daughter fund her Devorce though AZ law the Attorney that she told from day 1 she needed to stand by her failed her in every aspect of her case. 9000 paid and he dropped her before her mediation date got a sub to sit in. When she called the receptionist she was told he be back in a month, the same day he Jim sent a email saying he would not continue with her case. 9000 and the spouse is still in home with his financially abusive acts while this firm profits and financially abuses her as well! My Daughter spoke with the owner today and currently there has not been any refund per my knowledge Jim was out with a family matter not fired.

Ash helped me out tremendously. I had 3 traffic tickets that I had forgotten about and kyle had a warrant out for me. Within a minutes of me emailing the firm he called and talked about my case. And before the end of the business day had the warrant lifted and started working on a new court date. And now a month later he got 2 of the tickets thrown out and one dismissed. If there is any way to give 100 stars, I would. Anyone who has found themselves in the unfortunate position of getting a divorce, do not look any further than Chris Villarreal of McFerrin & Zayed, PLLC. Im sure I dont speak for myself when saying this, but theres a huge difference between giving up and knowing when youve had enough. The hardest part of the process is knowing its time to get a divorce. Typically the second hardest is finding the best lawyer to represent you. Chris came highly (and I mean HIGHLY) recommended and I couldnt be happier. From our very first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision. I immediately felt relaxed; as if I was speaking to a best friend. Chris explained the process in such a way that was easy to understand, allowed me to ask questions (even the truly dumb ones), and made me feel at ease. Chris was sympathetic to my situation, built up my confidence, and made sure that any decision made was done so in partnership with his knowledge and advice. I never felt like I was being pushed one way or the other into a decision I wasnt comfortable with; I never EVER felt as if I was just a paycheck to him - I was a person first, and his client second. He was there when I needed reassurance or when I was scared. Jackie was there to answer questions and was swift to reply. I cant say enough about the whole experience. Colin McFerrin is top notch. He has been a lifesaver. He is compassionate and always goes the extra mile! He helped my children and I address and find resolutions and create safety plans to protect our future. (My abusive ex-husband and his attorney created a 30 mile land lock requiring written permission to move outside of the boundaries they established - Colin helped to create a dissolve of the land lock if he no longer lived in that boundary and I was able to retain the exclusive right to primary residence of our children.) I was able to relocate after my ex-husband relocated and am now no longer in the state of Texas. My ex-husband has waged a new custody battle (the cycle of power and control never ends) and Colin is still helping me through the process & working with my attorney here to ensure my kids and I are safe and can resolve this new fight and win. I wish i had gone to Mr. Zayed before my current lawyer. After becoming frustrated with my current lawyer and his seeming neglect of my case, my father, who had had an excellent experience with Mr. Zayed last year, recommended him for a consultation. These guys were awesome. While living in Kyle for 2 years, I incurred a couple traffic violations. I moved to Boston (forgetting to pay both of them), and was surprised to see a bench warrant and a bill for over $2,000 show up in my mailbox months later. I called these guys up, and within weeks they had all convictions dropped and my bill reduced to only $380. 10/10 would let them represent me again. PSA: pay your traffic violations.
