Had a very pleasant experience here at Health Services of NTX this morning for both of my boys sports physicals. Front desk was VERY accommodating after we had a bit of a schedule conflict. Bernice the Medical Assistant was so bubbling and caring with her patients. She is a gem! Veronica the NP was very detailed and informative! Thank you for accommodating 2 patients in 1

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your facility. On Monday April 8th, I brought my 6-month-old daughter for her scheduled immunization vaccines, and unfortunately, the encounter was far from satisfactory. The ordeal commenced with an extended wait after my baby was undressed, as we anticipated the administration of her vaccines. Throughout this wait, I couldnt help but reflect on the reviews I had read about your establishment, which only heightened my anticipation and expectations. However, what followed was a distressing experience that left me deeply disheartened. The administration of the vaccines was marred by delays, causing my daughter unnecessary distress. She was left to cry for an extended period before finally receiving her last dose, which was administered two minutes after the first two. Witnessing my baby endure these procedures, particularly the prolonged crying, was an ordeal that I wouldnt wish upon any parent. The entire experience was excruciating, and the sight of my baby in distress was profoundly painful. As a result, I find myself compelled to express my dissatisfaction openly. It is with regret that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your location to other parents seeking medical care for their children. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for reflection and improvement within your facility. As caregivers entrusted with the health and well-being of our children, it is imperative that such experiences are addressed promptly and effectively.

I recommend using HSNT for your health care needs. The staff is always courteous and helpful and I LOVE my PCP, Dr. Starr! I was able to get my vaccine there last week...It was quick and Rhianna no adverse reactions! Woo Hoo!

Dr Jackson has been the best doctor my children have ever had. He is EXTREMELY patient. He will listen to my daughter speak for 10 mins straight and not even interrupt her. When there is an emergency he makes sure whatever we need, after hours or otherwise, its handled. We were so glad to find him 3 years ago and have never looked back.

Juan they need to fix the address online so people are not driving to the wrong building 15 minutes away or longer depending on which location you re coming from I even passing the building that is something that s very important that should be on there specially for new mothers in new babies when you looking for the building an online address has completely wrong and they have a nasty rude attitude about how they can t see you and it s not their fault but they haven t clicked the wrong address horrible

Im so happy we switched to this office! So far we have worked with Dr. Hallock and Dr. Jackson. Where most places rush you in and out, they take their time to listen to you and answer all your questions. It is sometimes difficult to reach them via phone but they are pretty quick to respond if you send a message from their website. I cannot reccomend them enough!

I was a bale to get in the same day I called and they have a sliding scale pay option for those who don t have insurance. We were not in the waiting room much longer than it took us to fill out paper work(I m sure this depends on how busy they are). The doctor was great with my six year old as he hasn t had the best experiences at doctors offices. I would definitely recommend this doctors office.

Dr.Hallock was one of the best Dr. I have seen in a long time. He really took the time to get to know my son and not just that but all the other kids and myself that were there. I have been visiting the Health Services Of North Texas for our new Born. Our Pediatrician Dr Sonja Is Amazing she took a good care of our child she took time listened to our concern and answer all of our questions and left us with many good advice and recommendations for our child. If there was more stars I would have giving her100 stars . The front end staff are also very help full and professional. The facility is clean neat and organized. Love Dr. Edward and Mariam his assistant. They never make me feel like a bother and are kind and answer all my questions. Dr. Edward is always patient and often uses his Ipad to help me further understand what he is talking about concerning whatever trouble I am having. He is up to date and knowledgeable. So glad for new facilities; cant wait to see them! Then this will be a 5 star rating! Front office staff have also been great! Call waiting times have decreased immensely from 2 years ago and service is quick and professional.
