Highly recommend Amberley! I just can t thank her enough for being our realtor! She helped us buy our home while we were in Korea and then 3 years later, she helped us sell our home! Our home was listed for sale on 1 August 2024, was under contract in less than a week, pending 16 August 2024 and closed on 12 September 2024 (6 weeks total). There were several homes in my neighborhood that have been for sale for months and I was afraid that our home was going to sit for months also. Screen shots of texts, left on delivered. Life happens, just respond . Slow to respond and even slower to fix, ac went out, said it s not a safety item, thermostat couldn t even register the temperature. Had to go to hotel to survive weekend. Not fixed in a couple days!! Took 5 days. Health hazard!! Now water heater went out, 1 week later no hot water, (tx rental law says should be fixed in 3 days) very poor communication, you will chase them for responses. Edit for response. Screaming is overly exaggerated!! No response , eternal house temp over 88 degrees, anyone would be frustrated , especially with 4 small children in the house and no communication. It was a dangerous situation. He actually hung up on my wife. I have never been rude. I have copy s of all correspondence. In fact from the start property managers have had poor customer service. Even showing us the home. He just stood at the door holding it open the whole time, didn t show house rushed my wife through. I was actually there less than 2 mins as he had to go. Someone waiting in driveway in car. My review is proof of their poor communication, I asked yesterday morning for an eta , keep people in the loop, just reply! They respond when a review is posted. I ll pay for water heater and take from rent, just let me know! Just need communication! Edit: Just got an update for approval of water heater. I guess they do work after hours. Thank you! I work in Las Cruces, it wasn t 20 mins, maybe 8 mins, drive took longer than I thought and you didn t show home you opened door and stood there.

I wasnt going to say anything until I came across another review, which has since been deleted, about Michaels actions that was similar to mine. Im in Germany and will be moving to Texas and was referred to him. Yes, I sent homes and he would go look at them, but my USAA loan officer advised me how tough he was to work with, how he would not return phone calls, was condescending, and would hang up in his face; yet, if you opt to utilize his people, everything will go smoothly for you. In addition, I made an offer on a house and informed Michael that I no longer wanted to buy because of the current interest rate, to which he replied that he would try to get my earnest money back, only for me to send him a message confirming whether or not I would receive it and him not respond.

Amberley from PCS Home Realty is who helped us purchase our first home. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had to buy our home site unseen due to us being 13hrs away so we heavily relied on her to tour the homes for us. She did video walk throughs so we could see them and she pointed out the good, the bad and the ugly. She even told is what the homes smelled like. Since this was our first time buying a home we had absolutely no clue how anything worked. She walked us through all the steps and made sure we understood everything. She helped us find potential lenders and told us what to look out for when choosing a lender. She made sure to get us the best deal on our home and even helped us get closing costs covered by the seller. We are very pleased with our home and the buying experience and it is all thanks to the hard work that she put in!

We have never owned a home, this process was a stranger to our family. As a new and modest military family, owning a home would be the biggest dream. Not knowing how to do it and what to do gave us anxiety. I reached out to Michael Hughes, asked for help, right away he answered, educated us, and guided us. He introduced Arshia to us, (I got worried, for this may be another adjustment) but oh my goodness, Thank God we had Arshia. Being in different state, Arshia has been really patient, he was giving us update everyday. We respond late for his timezone (we are in hawaii) but he answers anyway, we really appreciated it.
