Vast warehouse. Very pleasant welcome at the front door. The associate explained how the store was arranged and answered my questions as a first-time visitor. While browsing around - for three hours - we had just enough offers of help from associates; but not too much. Thanks, Art, for tolerating our questions :-) A subset of couches, chairs were available with custom upholstery. The selection of upholstery was adequate, but not huge. One down-star is the non-customizable item selection, which was the majority of the store: they were available in just one or two colors. And most of the time that was blue or gray. Or two shades of gray. After looking at dozens of gray couches, they all look about the same... because they do, with only minor differences. Ah - one other thing: seems like the recent furniture trends think that the average height of people is 6-foot-10. Dont expect to sit on a couch and have your feet touch the floor unless you sit on the edge of the couch, or you have three throw pillows behind you. Yes - we did end-up buying a couch, and hopefully the delivery process is smooth. If not, Ill update this review. Overall, a positive experience with a pleasant staff; and well be back for a recliner soon.

horrible customer service. They give you the runaround but nothing gets truly fixed. The manager there, Ryan, couldn t be bothered to give us any of his time to help us out. We ve had issues with them on 2 separate occasions now. Once when trying to have a mattress delivered. They sent us the wrong mattress twice and trying to get that resolved was a nightmare. We had to physically go to the store to get any sort of help. The agent offered us a $100 gift card code. Nine months later we decided maybe it was a fluke so we went back to get a couch. The cashier was unable to use the code and Ryan, over the phone to the cashier agent not even to our faces, said the best I can do is $50. Makes no sense. How can you offer $100 but when the time comes, the best you can do is half of what was promised?Fraudulent company, fraudulent manager, and based on other reviews, I m glad we didn t get the couch because it seems like they also sell fraudulent furniture. Be sure to checkout their Facebook page for reviews too if the google ones haven t convinced you to look elsewhere. It says 70% recommended, but when you scroll through you can tell all of the recommended reviews are written by bots. Will be filing a complaint on BBB as well.

Update 12 months later after buying the plan they tell you at the store it covers everything stains, repairs etc. Submit claim and it doesnt cover a damn thing!!! Complete ripped off!!!! First purchase and already a horrible experience. Per person at store they were going to deliver our order all at the same time. 10 am they delivered our sofa, 2 pm on a separate delivery they claimed Noone was home. When there is someone at home at all times. SMH! Rooms to go does it better! Is this your strategy to charge for extra delivery? And then we need to wait 48 hrs!!!

I ordered a couch at the beginning of March this year. It was delivered April 10 a little over a month later cover seams are coming apart on two of the cushions because they were poorly sewn. I started the process in May, hoping for a swift resolution. It is toward the end of June. The issue is still not resolved. This companies did not follow through as promised. Their practices are inefficient and they need to take this product back. I will Never buy from them again and I will make Tell everyone to NOT order from Living Spaces. Find it problematic that I cannot reach out to someone at the actual store instead. I ve had to explain the situation to a different person each and every time. I ve called and when I called a week ago, they thought I was starting to claim process from the beginning and didn t see the process I had started in May. However, when I called back and talked to a different person, they were able to find it the warranty claim started in May. I want Living Spaces to take the couch back.

Do yourself a favor and never use living spaces. My wife and I ordered a recliner 3 months ago. They sent the wrong color two times. Now they say if I want the right color I have to order another in full or I can exchange the 2nd wrong one for a 25% restocking fee. With the manager Kim we looked online and clearly saw midnight was black, in store midnight was blue, my wrong item I got twice was grey. So clearly there is a mix up but still absolutely refused to help me unless I paid more money. They pretty much stole from me, Ill be going to the bbb to make a report. I already escalated a refund with paypal. Considering contacting the local news and filing a theft report with the police cause this is insane. Kim looked me dead in the eye and told me though Ive made zero mistakes and they have made multiple mistakes its all my problem and there is nothing she can do about it cause its in writing. How is she even a manager! They will steal your money and try to charge you more to fix their mistake. Buyer beware!

Please don t ever buy from living spaces. We paid over $3,000 for our recliner couch set. Within two years of having the products we had a few issues with the automatic portions of the reclining couches. If you submit a claim and accidentally put the wrong date on the claim, they will deny you. You wasted extra money on their 5year warranty that doesn t cover a damn thing. Go to rooms to go for all of your furniture purchases at least they honor their warranty policy .

Ordered a sofa and chaise from Living Spaces. They entered the delivery date to be in the year 2049. I had to go to the store to get a response a month later only to be told it hadnt even started being built because of the date error. Once it was delivered, they sent two different colors for the sofa and chaise despite the sales associate explicitly telling us the special order was to be the same color. Now sitting here 3 months into the process and the general manager has offered virtually nothing to remedy the solution other than just cancelling the order wasting 3 months of my time. Beyond frustrating to work with this company. Update: Despite over a week of sending emails and phone calls and leaving voicemails, the general manager, Jennifer Woodward, refuses to communicate. I have been forced to submit a chargeback on my credit card due to the companies unwillingness to solve the problem in any way.

Ordered dining table and set of 6 chairs. On first attempt table top damaged replacement took 4 days. Replacement table top is also damaged. When I decided to return table and chairs all together, pickup team declined return and picked up only table top. Living spaces would like to charge return fee and restocking fee for chairs. When order damaged I gave a chance to correct it but it is not done. Now for damaged order delivery return they are charging customer reason is chairs not damaged. I did not ordered chairs separately. Worst experience . They charged full amount and not sure when they will deliver table. At least they should accept chairs return and refund full amount. They did not pickup table bottom by claiming it is different part. Update they came back at 9pm without appointment to pickup table bottom. Do favor by avoiding this store.

Great place to shop for your home if you have little ones. The playScape keeps them busy so you can have free time. There are some great finds and reasonable prices but you also need to look out for the overpriced items. Sales people dont work on commission. A power surge took out the recliner power of my sectional and they will not help you locate part numbers or repairs to replace anything. They only send you to Furniture Solutions Network - and that company makes you retrieve the necessary part in order to make any repair. Lamonica walked us thru all our options on mattresses, made sure we had the right depth on the mattress for the trundle, explained the extended protection feature which we bought, explained the advantages of the Living Spaces credit options and educated us on everything associated with the delivery. I love shopping at Living Spaces because their sales reps can tell me if they have inventory on the spot and when it can be delivered. I love the fact they have a warehouse on site, what could be better. Im never disappointed with my purchases or delivery. We recently bought a REVIVE BALI hybrid queen size mattress and protector for a murphy bed unit we had installed. The mattress itself is 10 deep and fits perfectly. Im very happy with my purchase

Really disappointed in my current order process with them. I purchased a bed over six weeks ago- i have passed the delivery time frame, twice now and no one is giving me any information. I have spent countless hours calling trying to get some type of update and all they say is my item hasnt arrived from the vendor. Not sure why they have a vendor making my item and how they dont have tracking on their items to know details of the where abouts. It has been a month since they emailed me that my item was headed to a warehouse- I mean jeez is someone biking it here?? They tell me they cant even call the warehouse to try to get information. I am told someone will follow up with me and no one does. Not sure at what point I just give up on them and get my bank involved since they took the money on the day of purchase. Frustrated as I have recommended this store in the past- never AGAIN. Maybe if you want same-day items where you arent having to wait for something to MAYBE ever arrive.

I was a bit upset when I arrived because I didn t hear from the protection plan once my 5 years was completed. With no claims I was due a refund. The clock was ticking as I had no idea it would need to be used within 60 days. Once I realized I never received a voucher or an email, I was rather frustrated. This is not a reflection upon Living Spaces, just the 3rd party that manages the protection warranty plan for its customers. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted by a very pleasant, kind, and professional associate named Maria C. in the customer service department. She was extremely helpful, in a wonderful mood, and always carried a wonderful smile on her face that completely changed my mood and demeanor. She not only was able to expedite the process, get manager approval, and over ride the process managed by the protection plan team and generate a credit equal to my refund voucher. She was even kind enough to step away from her normal responsibilities and assist me in shopping for a few new items as to utilize the voucher she was able to generate very expeditiously. It brought me back to a sense of pre-Covid customer service excellence. Kudos to Living Spaces and Maria C. for over delivering on an otherwise low expectation scenario and brightened up my entire day. Thank you. Phil M.

I would give a zero or 1/2 star if available. The Pflugerville store absolutely let me down with the order and delivery process. I had an 08/19order where the front store staff said it will be delivered same day between 6-12 midnight. I was skeptical since other staff had told me orders have to in by 4 pm for that to happen. I got assured by Erica (manager) that it would delivered that night. Fast forward to the next day (Tue-08/20). No delivery happens, no communications indicating that delivery is on schedule or delayed. In fact, I get zero communications via email, text, or phone call and instead get an email to provide my experience as a customer. I go to the store and find out that it was past the delivery window for the prior night so it will be scheduled for the same time, 6-midnight on Tues-08/20. Mind you that no one from the store or warehouse asked if I wanted it delivered between 8 am - 6 pm, which are their normal delivery hours. So end of the story, no apologies from the store and a wasted drive of 40 miles + tolls to hear that Living Spaces-Pflugerville really doesnt care about you as a customer. Dont get tricked by their fun advertisements or low prices, their service is abysmal. I learned the hard way!

Initially, we asked for help, got led to the general area we needed, and were told to come get the sales person when we found what we wanted. After a few minutes of walking around, Sal saw us and asked if we needed any help. He listened to what we wanted, showed us more than four different options, showed us fabric swatches for customization, and was overall VERY patient, even suggesting we sleep on our decision since custom orders cannot be returned. We drove from Waco and I wouldn t hesitate to return if we needed more help with furniture.

Ive gone through 2 couches, coffee table and all of them have not lasted a year. The legs on the couches break off, the wood that is used is poor quality and the legs just snap off from use. the rollers on that was on the coffee table also fell off due to poor quality craftsmanship. You get what you pay for. Im sure the more expensive stuff is of better quality but if you pay cheap, prepare for breakage.

Mary at Living Spaces has assisted me with two purchases in the last 6 months. She is very knowledgeable and went over in detail the features of the Victor Reclining Loveseat. I bought several months ago. And today she helped me with queen panel bed. She answered all my questions and is very personable. I really appreciated her patience and kindness. The Victor Reclining loveseat was a great purchase, it is very well made and easy to take care of. The new Queen panel bed is going to meet all my needs also. I highly recommend Living Spaces for any of your furniture or bedding needs.

Great trip to Living Spaces to look for a chair for our living room. Younger kids loved the play area! Effron was a big help in finalizing our order. The food credit from the cafe is a nice benefit as well. Overall we will continue to look at Living Spaces as one of our first stops when buying home furnishings.

I ve ordered furniture from this store multiple times and the quality is far superior than wayfair/home depot/ ikea. The customer service is also quick. Although the prices are slightly on the higher end, the quality is excellent.

Got a couch, dresser, and nightstand delivered all same day that I ordered it in-store! I also ordered a set of bar stools that arrived promptly as well. The sales associates don t get commission so they aren t hounding you like most furniture stores. The team that delivered and assembled it was extremely quick and kind. Great reasonable prices!

I love the staff at Living Spaces. There are so many of them available and because they do not work on commission, it takes the pressure off from having to feel I am pressured into making a decision on my purchase. Charles was super helpful - We came in to report damage that we discovered on a sectional that we purchased a few years ago. He walked us through the process for ordering service since we were still under warranty. Then he proceeded to help us purchase a new recliner and lamps. Great customer service!

Have issues with Living Spaces. Sales person told me the finance special went on through the end of the following week. When we came back to look at it and show our friend she stated today was the last day. I felt forced to make a decision when she originally told me we had another week. They wouldn t give us the date she told us so I ended up buying it. The GM gave me a card and told me to call with any issues. Our wireless charger doesn t work. I have called/emailed many times with no response. Called the toll free number and a manager was supposed to contact me last week with no call. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I had ordered a sofa set, end tables, and night stands for my new house. My salesperson was Jenna and I just wanted to highlight the way she takes care of her customers throughout the entire process. I originally had made a custom order for a couch, but had to come in and cancel the next day because it wouldnt fit to my liking in my living room. I met with Jenna again and she immediately remembered me. After explaining to her the situation, we were able to select a couch that I wanted a got the order placed. I asked Jenna to help me with the interior accents to compliment my newly selected couch and walked me throughout the store to help me get inspiration. Thank you so much for helping me from beginning to end. I will definitely be coming back to order more furniture!

We loved this store, especially because they have an area to take care of the children while you have time and calm and they even have a coffee bar so you can prepare a delicious coffee. They also have a restaurant in case you get hungry and what you spend there they discount on your purchase or in the end you eat for free . The agents are very friendly and helpful, the furniture is of excellent quality and very beautiful designs and affordable prices.

SCAM ALERT!! The worst customer service and shopping experience I have ever had!!!! I had a terrible experience at Living Spaces in Pflugerville. I purchased a couch on Sunday, July 21st, but was told it wasn t eligible for delivery because it was marked down. I hired two people to help me pick it up on Tuesday, July 23rd, including someone who drove from Kalline, TX. After waiting well over an hour and watching people that arrived after us come and go with their items the couch they brought out was wrapped and I was told it was mine. Luckily, I noticed through the wrapping that it was completely different than what I purchased. The wrong color, dimensions, and lower quality. After telling them that was not what I purchased, I was told that my couch was never supposed to be sold and that they made a mistake in selling it to me. Finally, the staff admitted they double-sold my couch and offered either a refund or the incorrect couch (which I found out was an outlet sale couch) This felt like a scam to pawn off a different item. The deceit and fraudulent behavior was extremely disturbing. The manager never approached me to apologize or discuss. I had to track her down in the store (wasting even more time) and ask for assistance. After wasting over three hours of not only my time, but the time of two people I hired to assist me, plus additional expenses, the manager offered no compensation or solution. I requested free delivery on an item but feel this is nowhere near a fair solution. Really upsetting that I was not offered substantial store credit AND a waived delivery fee. Extremely disappointed with this deceitful and unprofessional service. UPDATE: I have sent several emails regarding this issue and have not yet received a response.

Very positive experience. Women helping us were very helpful and we found what we needed. We just moved to TX from NJ and had arrived the day before w/o mattresses. He d been sleeping on couches and in hotels for months, and were desperate to sleeping in our own bed, in our own place, quickly! Finding a mattress in stock and deliverable that day was imperative. The woman helping us did just that. Had never been in or heard of a Living Spaces before. We went there b/c we read online that you could test every mattress they sold. Boy, they were not wrong! They had everything out. That really helped with our decision. They also have a substantial clearance area. No deliveries, even paid for, could be used for clearance items, but it was still a nice resource.

Overall I had a good experience. The selecrtions were good and prices were fair. I did struggle with my checkout process. Associate seemed not fully connected and kept saying how much she didnt like the new system. I asked about a price adjustment on a floor model and she said I should ask the manager. Felt that was her job to do that. Overall, got the furniture I wanted and passed on the floor model item. Furniture seems to be good quality. delivery is happening tomorrow. I will know more as I use it.

I will never go back to this place let alone leave my children at their children playground. My children were bullied by two white boys, called names and almost encountered a physical assault. I wish my daughter told me before I left the place but she didn t and she told the two young irresponsible young girls which were on their phones and talk their business instead of working. We are black and proud of it! Will never ever go back to this place and I highly recommend y all to replace your employees with the responsible ones. Ps. If you are colored people, don t leave your children at the play area.

Living Spaces is a very spacious store with lots of furniture to offer. We worked with Jana who was very knowledgeable and showed us several types of chairs that we were interested in. We chose one chair we liked, she wrote up our sale very quickly, we answered all of her questions, she provided all of the delivery and warranty information, we chose a delivery date and we were on our way home. Jana knew her stuff and was very professional and courteous.

CAUTION, Buyer Beware: My sister purchased and paid in full for a couch in person on Sunday and went to pick it up on Tuesday. She brought two men to help her move it. When she arrived at the store, the employees told her they had her couch and showed her a couch concealed in plastic wrap. As they were going to leave she noticed that the wrapped couch seemed different. That s when she saw. The couch WAS different. She PAID in FULL for a couch and this concealed couch was not it - it was a random cheap couch. After pointing this out to the employees and manager, she found out that they actually sold and gave the couch she had already purchased to someone else. They then said they never meant to sell her the couch to begin with. Yet, they had willfully wrapped up and disguised a cheap couch in the hopes my sister would take it and not notice until it was too late. My questions are this: 1) whether this is a standard business practice for this company? 2) did employees act independently in perpetuating this fraud And 3) was a manager or owner directing their employees to commit this fraud. 4) is the employee compensation model built to encourage fraudulent sales and then returns?

ORIGINAL 7/1/24 REVIEW: The staff was very helpful. We loved this table but there werent any chairs left for that table set (pictures chairs are not the ones we chose). The sales person helped us bring over different chairs and benches to see which ones we liked best. We got a dining room table/chairs/bench and a bedframe with nightstands. She was very helpful! UPDATE 7/15/24 REVIEW: We got bait and switched, be careful shopping here!! When the delivery came, they didnt bring the table. They said we only bought the legs. They were the ones that checked us out at the store, how could we havent known we only bought the table?! When we originally purchased, they said the price we paid was for the table. When they didnt delivery, they said it was a sales error and that there are 2 parts that should have been rung up for the table. Then thats their fault and they should still honor the agreed upon and purchased price. They would not, and they said it would be $1,300+ extra (on top of the price we paid for the legs) to get the top of the table! The main reason for my purchase was the table so I returned it all. They tried to make me pay for them to come back to my house to pick up the rest of the order. No! They should have called me before delivery when they realized the issue, to discuss the issue, then I could have cancelled the order before they delivered. Then they tried to make me pay a 10% restocking fee. No! Its a scam, they just want me to pay for their mess up. On top of all of that, they never called me about the table. The delivery people didnt come with it and they said I would be called to know why. No call. I had to go in person to the store the next day to talk about the issue. Horrible customer service to not reach out to the customers when they are not getting what they paid for. I do not recommend shopping there!

The representative got my order wrong and overcharged me. And according to living spaces terms you only have until 8pm that day to change your order otherwise they charge you a 25% fee. The only thing I had asked for is to swap one end to the other side so love seat side to be swapped to the other I didnt ask for a bigger size love seat but bc the rep picked the wrong one I was overcharged. While signing they only show the monthly pmt they dont give you the breakdown until after you sign and agree. After I signed I asked them to email the receipt. I didnt notice until after I got home and of course they dont even have a number online to actually call the store in pflugerville. So I got stuck with a larger couch then expected otherwise I would pay a fee. I hate living spaces!!

Wow .This place is awesome! We came to look at some barstools today. Got welcomed in and thought we were going to be hassled and followed around. Absolutely not the case! We were told about the cafeteria that recently opened and some sales they were having. 10 seconds and we were not bothered again. Our search was incredibly enjoyable and we will be back for a new bedroom set here because of not only the options, but the lowest pressure sales pitch that we have ever experienced. Also, grab a beer and wine before you shop! $2/glass!!!

The sales rep was terrible. He selected an old address to ship my furniture. I found this out at the loading dock when I was picking up another piece. I asked the logistics people and they said it would all be settled and delivered the following Monday. Come Monday, no communication or confirmation it would be happening. I called customer service and they said I had a pick up even when logistics people said it would be delivered. They then said I now have to wait another week for delivery because the pieces weren t available. If I knew it would be such a stupid hassle to get couches delivered I would ve gone somewhere else. Terrible service and waste of time.
