Awesome place to enjoy a brew. Chill and good music and staff. Our server was polite and very attentive. Took some recommendations and tried the pecan stout was amazing. Nadia thank you for the recommendation.

Offered Selena glasses and handled the process very poorly. Let people buy 20+ glasses at a time, so they ran out after people had been standing in line for 3 hours. All with 1 bartender working and another one just sitting at the bar drinking and serving herself and her friends as they pleased. Bad beer and bad service.

I chose to come this evening at 6p to this place because I saw they have board games. I brought my own to play but the lights were very dim and I asked them if they could make them brighter so we can play and they said no. I doubt I will be back.

We went on a Monday November 6th at 5 pm the girl that was there was very rude didn t even say hi thank you you re welcome bye nothing. We sat at the bar and she stood in front of us just stared at us didn t even ask if she can help nothing just stared at us. I m a person to leave a tip always this girl deserved nothing worse service ever I won t be going back.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is friendly. Rotating beer selection brings something different often. Bringing food is welcomed, walking distance you have: Wings daddys, Ardovinos, little Cesars, boss chicken. I really enjoy cider days on Saturdays for pineapple cider Definitely follow them on Instagram to know of daily specials or special glass giveaways.

Right by my and my boyfriend s apartment. Service is always friendly and attentive. Sometimes parking is difficult to find, but that s not to the fault of Tin Man. The inside is small, but that gives it a more intimate feel. Always satisfied when coming here!

I dont remember the bar tenders name but he was amazing super knowledgeable about the drinks and based off what I usually drink he was able to help me pick a new drink that I LOVE more than my usual!!! Hands down the best bartender in El Paso !!!GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!

I really like Tin Man & what is served. I like supporting local. Service is always great & servers are friendly. But It s ridiculous that the manager is never around. At least not one that is visible or easily accessible to customers or their employees. I ve been attending for a little over a year to this location & they still only have one functioning restroom,? Where s the money going? A little sus to me. So if money isn t the issue then it s obviously the lack of management from an invisible manager. Also, with someone with a physical disability, it would be great to have lower tables or an outside area. The stools are high & often hurt my hips & back. Overall not very ADA friendly.

I ve never left a review somewhere, as I m very understanding but here I made an exception. To start, there was hardly any parking in the area, the entrance smelled like cigarette smoke. It s next to a smoke shop and wing daddy s (no surprise there), the inside is dark, sad, and almost always dead. You d think that service would be fast but it wasn t, only one employee is tending to customers, and no manager was ever around. In a world like today, girls shouldn t be closing bars alone. The tables aren t wheelchair friendly, stools are wobbly and uncomfortable, there s only one functioning restroom and beers are $9. You re better off buying something at the gas station and giving the change to the underpaid employees here. Hopefully, not all locations are like this.

Nice atmosphere and vibe. My favorite spot to hang out in the NE and try one of their many select craft beers on tap. Good upbeat music and not so overbearingly loud so makes it a nice place to have convo. They always rotate their beers so you ll have something new to try each time you visit for a good price on good beer. This is an small point of Tin Man, which is good but not comfortable and nice as the other sucursal at Mesa. Very great beer, a lot of types. So if you just need a good beer, yes go a head, this is the right place.

Bought a growler from them. Got home, and the growler had a crack in it. Brought it back the next day, and they could not replace it. Could have bought another one, but not taking the chance on another growler they sell me being cracked.

I am totally grateful that they put an Establishment like this in the Northeast (aka. The Dirty)! We have been neglected far too long for having nice craft beer up here as well as other amenities the other parts of town have. What I dont understand is that we are the most diverse part of town and we deserve better. This is the first time I went to Tin Man on a Thursday Night. Being new to the Penny Growler Fills thing is pretty Amazing! I know they preselect that Penny Beer, buy you really got nothing to lose. The really cool and awesome lady that normally works here always describes the beer in detail and told us that the Posada (Penny beer for the night) is really good. Id figure for a Penny, you got nothing to lose. Sure enough, it was amazing! I also picked up the Snickerdoodle one as well. It was the best $10 I have ever spent in my life! Pro Tip: Tip your host or hostess well! I guarantee they will make your good craft beer experience great!!!
