This vendor doesn t want to follow up and resolve issues once he receives payment! I ordered photos for my franchise location and he said he d work with the franchise to get the proper photos until he was delivered payment, then we were told the agreement was with us and not the franchise so he didn t have to fix the photos for us at all! Stay away from this vendor!!!

Mr. Garcia did an excellent job on a last minute banner request, dropped off on Thursday afternoon and needed by Sunday. Mr. Garcia had it done within 2 hours. The banner was for my Grandmothers 109th Birthday and the picture we wanted to use had a horrible background. Mr. Garcia was kind enough to surprise us by fixing the photo, getting rid of the horrible background and making it so festive. Will definitely be using his services for any of our banner needs in the future.

we had a banner made and it was way beyond our expectations. the banner is of very high quality workmanship and came out just like we wanted/ordered. banner has been displayed outside in the sun, wind, rain for over a week now and still looks new. excellent, professional service and very good prices. highly recommend mr ismael for his professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness.

This place is a one stop shop. I was impressed with their service since I arrived. I needed a last minute banner for my kids party and he was able to have it to me sooner than I expected. He also was able to make stickers for the treats, thank you cards for our guests and posters to direct our guests to where the party is at. He also made t-shirts for our entire family to wear! The quality was amazing!! I will definitely be back for my next kids party.
