My son and i walked in and there was only one couple dinning in and they were on there way out. The female at the front gave us menus and told us that someone would be right with us then she walked to the back of the restaurant somewhere. The place looked abandoned, not one person was in the restaurant, not even the workers. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone! FINALLY Someone came out and I thought it was our waitress, BUT NO! She started cleaning the tables and totally ignored us! We finally just gave up after about 20-30 minutes and walked across the street to wings and rings. I pass by this place and see that its always empty, now I know why. Just a really strange experience.

Had a Houston burger, Philly cheesesteak, chocolate shakes, and bottomless fries. The servers are polite, the place has plenty of seating and the food is good consistently. Not returning at all. They charge you full price for a milkshake that is not even full according to their policy. They fill it with whipped cream and then you try to let them know and the cook approaches you & it comes out of his mouth that it should be filled to the top of the h on the cup. I point out that it is not and that it is whipped cream and he states he has to charge me for another milkshake if I want it filled. This place opened up with great service but lately it has gone down. They are better off closing it since they have been running it to the ground. I was even told it would take 25 minutes to get the food which was fine. But I wont pay full price and they not follow their policy.

This place was really good and very clean. The feel was definitely like that classic diner feel. Area was not too cold or hot and well lit. The Food came out quickly and it was good! (I started eating before I could take the picture...) I milkshake was a bit disappointing, was more like a flavored milk. Prices were sort of high but food was delicious. The server was super nice and attentive. The restroom is single person and parking is a bit limited.

$79 for three single burgers, regular fries and regular milkshakes??? I have blacklisted Johnny Rockets for excessive prices and sadly, will not be back. I have been to Johnny Rockets in Pentagon City and Japan as well as other locations in the USA & around the world. I love the 50s style burger hop theme and franchise but hated this visit. The manager said the smell was an issue with a sewer backup in the kitchen area. (Why werent they closed?) The waitress was the only thing we liked... Its absolutely ridiculous... inconceivable that JRs has made my blacklist for pricing. Vegetarian options: Vegan options for miracle burger and vegan shakes. Parking: Plenty of parking with 15 +/- Tesla chargers as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ADA approved parking/entrance.

I went to Johnny Rockets for lunch with my coworkers. When it came time to pay, we each got our bill. The cashier charged me the wrong amount but gave me the cash difference. I walked out and waited for my coworkers to finish. They signaled me back inside where the general manager, Aaron Rodriguez told me that he had refunded my sale and he needed my debit card again to charge the correct amount. I asked for a credit receipt and he was unable to give me one. He was defensive and rude. He told me I needed to check my account online tomorrow because refunds take up to 24 hours to post. I told him I shouldnt have to check my account for a mistake that wasnt my fault. I ended up paying cash. He never offered an apology but rather told me that I needed to hurry and pay because there was a line behind me. When I told him that he was being rude and hadnt offered an apology, he said he didnt realize that I felt I needed an apology. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again simply because of this bad experience. He was the General Manager. What kind of training has he had with customer service? This was a huge disappointment. He represents Johnny Rockets and this is how he treats his customers. What a shame.

It gives the impression that the cashiers who take the order assume that you are from the place, and that you know the combinations of snows they have... you just ask a little differently and they are lost, if it is not how they are used to it they no longer knew What to do...when I asked him which ones there he said Whaaaat? We placed our order online ahead of time. When instructed, 18 minutes later we showed up. They looked confused so put order on the grill. After the order came out close to 15 minutes late, they did not prepare my 2nd kids meal for my other daughter. It was a school night, first time trying the restaurant, and they would not help me with a refund when I requested one. So I was forced to wait for my fourth order for my daughter, meanwhile the other meals got cold...my wife and I agreed never again. We paid over $40 for a meal that most any other restaurant couldve done a better job for a better price.

When we finally got our food it was good. The problem was ordering. My husband cant eat beef so we tried to get a Boca burger (as advertised on the menu) but its apparently not made anymore. We were told they didnt have turkey burgers (which was also an option on the menu) and if we got the impossible burger wed have to pay the higher price which was NO WHERE listed on the menu. Come to find out that they did have turkey burgers so we were finally able to order and eat. The burgers were good but the communication needs work.
