I had gotten rear ended and Wayne wrights law firm took the case thinking it was going to be easy but as soon as they found out that the person that hit us was uninsured, they immediately dropped the case and put us more in debt because they made me go to a chiropractor that now I have to pay out of pocket. I opened my case a few years ago after an accident that I had. I felt like they didnt want to fight for the best I could get even though I was not at fault. Also, the doctors that they sent me to didnt help me. I was criticized by one and all the chiro did was put me on massage tables. Most of the settlement I received went to the doctors who did absolutely nothing. Recently, I was unable to cash the check they gave me because it was too old by the time I decided to cash it. Which is understandable, but I got a lot of wrong information on how to have it reissued. Now its going on 3 months already just to get it reissued. I would have gone with someone else if I had to do it over again... Which I wouldnt.

Not only is Ms. Hernandez professional and knowledgeable, she was also very patient as she guided me through the process. Very pleased with my lawyer Frank Macias. I was at it for weeks with the at fault drivers insurance. The driver wouldnt respond to either insurance companys attempts. This was pretty stressful. I work in education and students were returning so I wouldnt have time. Frank and his team took care of the situation and me. My only regret is not reaching out sooner. Better communication from the case manager would be my recommended area of improvement. Thank you Mr. Frank!

Linh Thai and her team were great in making sure all my needs were taken care of when I got side swiped in my new car. I got set up with timely medical appointments with great specialist, I had a rental throughout, and my car was repaired back to nearly new. It was a good experience. Highly recommend.
