Mailed a couple of letters regular mail to Virginia, and it s been over 2 weeks and my family still hasn t received them. Also, it was close to closing when I went and 2 young girls were talking about when they were going to quit. They also talked bad about their boss right in front of me as if I wasn t there. I could tell they had a busy day from the mess behind the counter. So I am thinking they never sent out my mail. I didn t mail it express so I have no way of tracking, so I m pretty sure it didn t go out.

I have used this location extensively for more than two years and never had an issue. In fact, Ive been pleasantly surprised by the staffs ability to efficiently tend to my shipping needs while maintaing a personalized and professional demeanor. Sadly, we are moving away soon. But I hope the next UPS I encounter will be like this one.

AVOID this place at ALL cost!! I would rather grind my teeth on concrete than come to this location. It has ALWAYS been bad. The employees hate their lives and don t care if you know it. The curly headed girl is the absolute worst. I hate UPS for the mere fact they allow this hatred miserable location to remain open. I only came here because Amazon forced my return to come here. I feel bad posting this because it only applies to one employee and I never really post bad reviews, only good ones, but there is a woman here that makes wish I would have gone to another location everytime because how rude she is! (Don t know her name, because no name tags, but she has her hair pulled back and RBF like none other) It s absolutely mind boggling. I really try to have empathy because people have bad days, but I am cursed to getting her everytime and I just have to smile and pray for God to forgive me for wanting to throat punch her and go. Please find your happiness, I feel sad for her coworkers. Bless your heart!!!

I am in this store on average 3-4 times a month. Fast, efficient, and organized and friendly service would be a great overview for the store employees: with exception of the store manager/franchise owner. Without fail on every visit I am amazed at how she projects total aggravation or annoyance with both her employees and customers. Sharply worded comments, heavy sighs, eye rolls and even sarcasm is typical. I can have anything delivered to my home without ever having to leave home. But when I do leave home, I expect customer service to be good. Or at least a friendly face to be behind the counter and unfortunately the manager does not project these values.

I stopped by the other night about 30 minutes before closing and Tina greeted us when we walked in; she was fast, efficient, and helpful. Unbeknownst to me I needed to have something sent out by another location and she wrote down all the info for me, packaged my items, and told me what I would need to do. Above and beyond, and at the end of the day too. I ve been to this location a few times and Tina stood out, thank you Tina!

As I read these negative reviews, it seems like it is the same employees causing the issues. Tried returning a phone that the carrier sent the parcel to return the package. On the package it said I could use USPS or UPS in not just one spot but in THREE locations. They refused to take my package because of it saying USPS and about the tracking and spoke to me like I was a child and couldn t read. The woman wouldn t even look at the package before rudely correcting me that it said USPS. After reading the owners response about how much he cares about customer service, I am SHOCKED that they are still employed.

What a waste of a store, I was in Friday trying to get a return sent (the black girl at the kiosk was getting ready to give me a label when the bald guy goes that needs to be in a shipping container so I tell him my shipping bag was fine he continues to over talk me very rude and loudly) the other employee shirt with glasses and curly hair comes from the back saying give him a refund and told me to leave her store. The lady up front with glasses was very nice and professional but the other bald guy behind the counter was so rude the second I walked in. He doesnt even ask what Im there for and immediately says that needs to be in a shipping container he sounded rude and annoyed. After visiting this store and being a personal victim, it is no surprise to me that the management comments disrespectfully under every bad review online. This place is extremely disrespectful. I have been a regular customer here for years and this new staff they have has a horrible attitude. I truly have never walked into a store and felt like a complete BURDEN when I was under the impression that the customer should be in their best interest. The way the staff manages is clearly overpromising, but underdelivering. The customer service team is clearly poorly trained. I would rather drive an extra hour in my day to go to another UPS Store, or take my business to Kohls and tell everyone I know that goes there to go else where and save their time. Absolutely ridiculous and I would be embarrassed if I were working there. What a shame and a waste of a store space. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

My wife went in to have some stuff made for my sons 3rd birthday. Staff originally told her she could just drop it off and pick up later. When we returned to drop off stuff and was told very rudely that we could not drop off anything. So my wife waited with 3yr old son for over 45 min to get stuff made! Customer service is horrible at this location. They are so rude, acting like they hate their jobs and taking it out on the customer. Employees at this location are unnecessarily rude to customers. Going in to this store is like walking among the Bergens in the Trolls movie. I have only gone to this location a handful of times in the last year (thanks to their proximity to HEB), but after my last visit, I wont be going again. The one in La Marque (in front of WalMart) is far better in terms of customer service. I am being generous with 2 stars, considering I would never recommend this location to anyone, even if it is convenient.

Been a great store until meeting the owner. There is clearly explaining the policies and then what I experienced. Demeaning, interrupting, and you are wrong no matter what. Reading the other posts, inferring that military family values is the cause of being direct. Nice try. Military and LEO family upbringing, different outcome. Simply a bully that projects fault on others to maintain pride and sense of worth. Respect, direct and calm prevails. Staff was always nice though. Pity done.

I ve been coming to this store since it was taken over by new management and i have to say, Brittney and Tina have been nothing but helpful, especially when it came to starting my business as Brittney even helped me design my business cards. Tina has been more than helpful in getting my packages processed quickly and patiently even when i come in 30 minutes before closing, i ve been seeing a lot of unfair reviews on here from impatient or just over all rude people that treat the staff horrible, don t let that detour you, i drive all the way from La Porte just to make sure all my shipping/business needs are taken care of.

Used to love this place and was my one stop for everything. Recently there is a women who is quite rude every time I go. Short height, curly hair middle aged. Forgot to ask her name. She has become the reason I avoid the store. Needs to be taught how to be nicer in general. If you hate working at this place probably should choose a different job. Let me tell you how amazing the people at this store are. I have always had a phenomenal experience here and today was definitely one to remember. Letica helped us set up our PO Box for the first time. I was preoccupied with other things I was handling on my phone and she went above and beyond and was patient with us. She got everything set up, showed us our new box and how to enter with the 24/7 access. The owner Brittany has really created a positive work environment and I noticed all of thre staff were happy and helpful with every person that walked in.

I went to print 5 regular black and white sheets and they charged me $3.54!! It was about 50 cents for the copies 4 cents tax and a $3 minimum fee for using the computer even though I did not even use it the 12 minutes listed. If that wasnt enough, they had the nerve to charge me AGAIN even though I made no additional purchases!!! Now, I have to waste time contesting an additional charge of $2.54 for no reason. How many extra thousands of dollars are they stealing this way?!! Watch your bank accounts. This is crook behavior for sure!!! UPDATE...This owner is lying. I used the computer with my USB. There was no email to an employee nor special assistance involved. I am even attaching a copy of my receipt. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE LISTED. So how can I request a refund before I leave the store if I had not been charged?! I didnt get that surprise until I looked at my account! Nevertheless, the correct thing to do is to be humble, admit your mistake and use my transaction/ payment number and issue an immediate refund.

Took an Amazon return there that had 2 packages. Lady (black curly hair and glasses) said that I had to have a label for both and she would only take one of them even though it said 2 on the return. I had to call Amazon who said that label was for BOTH packages. They gave me another return code which I took back. Change your attitude lady. Youre really rude to deal with.

Took a box in to ship. The put my box in one of theirs with a crumpled up piece of paper. Their box 4.99 Their paper 1.99 The boxing service 4.99 When questioned they said thats the only way they would ship. A 16.99 package cost me 29.00 I wont be back. They lost my package, claiming it was never delivered when we have proof of delivery. The guy who answered was rude, didnt bother to look for the package initially just said it wasnt there and then hung up on me because there were customers inside the store. I waited my turn for service, they can wait their turn too. Im really upset they lost my items and were SO rude about it. Also, in reply to the owner, the employee did NOT say he would call me back, he did not take my number etc in order to do so. The package was found once the manager informed the other employee, who didnt ask when he didnt know how to find something, where to find that kind of package. There was never any discussion of Ill look more for it/ask someone he simply stated that he had other customers and was hanging up. I treated your employee with courtesy,, and frankly far better than he treated me.

Went to drop off an Amazon return. Had already boxed and labeled with the return label I got through the Amazon website return procedure. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the young man behind the counter. Told him what I was trying to do, he immediately handled it, asked if I wanted a receipt (I did). I love this store it is convenient and I am constantly in here. My only issue is - the customer service. The younger people who work there are all friendly. There is however an older short Spanish woman who has the worst people skills I ve ever encountered. She is smart with the customers, acts like you are doing her a favor, and blatantly rude! I basically, cross my fingers when I go in there; hoping, I don t have to deal with her on my visits.People rent PO boxes there, I heard a gentleman ask if the mail was delivered, and the attitude and rudeness she responded with was unnecessary. It also makes the other customers feel uncomfortable. This woman has been working there a while, I don t doubt she s a good worker but I would remove her indefinitely from dealing with customers unless you want them to go elsewhere.

I have sent several packages here just because they are convenient, and I need a box to ship. 95% of the time Ill go to the real UPS on hwy 96 and get boxes at the storage facility located next door. This one is not really thee UPS. They overcharge you for whatever you need to ship for packages. They are profit driven. They only allow one strip of tape to seal the package. CMON MAN! Also there pricing isnt consistent. I send shoes online frequently, last week I got two boxes for under $6 ,this week I got 1 box for 8$. CMON MAN! Im sending shoes, the box size should be consistent. The fault of mine is she charged me, I paid & she gave me my tracking receipt. Then she sat my package on the counter. I guess thats how she handles the 5 o clock rush. I actually never seen my item placed in the box. Maybe she hiking prices. Who knows? Regretfully Im sure I will be back. Thankfully this isnt my regular UPS location I use. That one is on League City Parkway (hint hint)

I was dreading shipping out 4 large packages to friends all over the state. The packages had breakables inside and it was just a nightmare in my mind. But then I got to UPS and Diamond helped us out. 1) Diamond is the most precious human being. She was sweet, tolerated my complete shipping ignorance and made sure we got the best deal. 2) Diamond knows whats up. She was on it. She would not let us be led astray by my lack of know how. Within 24 hours all four packages arrived to my friends in Dallas, San Antonio, and College Station. The packages and contents were in great shape and it was all very affordable. Diamond really did make our experience so easy and stress free. We will be shipping through UPS from now on based on our great experience.

Been using UPS and this location for over a decade now; have never had an issue. The establishment is clean and orderly. The staff is courteous, professional, and proficient. Ive never waited more than a few minutes, and Ive been there for rush hour many times (a stark contrast to countless hours lost waiting in line at a Post Office run like the DMV). To day I learned the package I mail on Dec 7 at 215 never made it to.where it was going cause on Dec 8 at 115 the gift cards .one of them was spent at a target in Webster Texas So I dropped it off at 215 and not even 12 hours later they where being spent .the lady at the front even as me.what was in the package .so you decide what happen .I know

Mailed out my nieces and nephews Christmas/birthday gifts from here... They lost the package that apparently never left the facility according to the tracking.. Needless to say they will now not have any gifts from me.. Way to go ups for making the kids Holliday even better.. Do not use this place.

These folks are pretty awesome. I always ship out from this location. Once I shipped out a package, only to realize the next day that it was supposed to be headed overseas. I drove back over with my global reference number, and sweating bullets like no bodys business. They made some phone calls, and got the mailing label updated and everything was situated. Whew! Thanks!

Very unhappy customer here. I used the online chat to inquire about a print job I needed done. They called this store for me and asked if they could do what I wanted. I drove up to the store and they told me they couldnt help me because their color printer was broken and has been all day. When I asked why they would tell me to come up there to begin with, the only response was sorry. I wanted to save some time printing, now I wasted time, a drive, and Im still going to just have to print it at home.

I have used this UPS location for 2 years. The ladies have always been pleasant and I have never had a bad customer service issue, quite the contrary - I can be somewhat demanding and they have always met my expectations. Like all postal stations, you need to be prepared to wait during busy times. This should not be reflected upon their service, it is just the luck of the draw if you come in at a busy time. Also, shipping is done according to UPS rules, not the individual establishment, so if a package is lost, its not their fault.

This store broke my package, admitted to breaking it, laughed at me as they told me, gave it back to me and then refused to give me a refund even on the shipping forcing me to do a chargeback. Unpleasant, combative, unapologetic. These stores are independently owned; you should seriously try to find a UPS store with better staff.

Ive used this particular UPS location for apx. 3 years and they nearly always get things done fast but it being UPS it will cost a crap load just to send something off; Cost me 70 bucks to send a Guitar just 3 states away..but thats the corporate side not the store front.
