I would post negative stars if I could. Received something in the mail from his office, offering HIS services. I barely ever dealt with him directly, the paralegal/receptionist at his office was very kind. But I didn t feel cared for, my situation wasn t handled at all nonetheless by him & I feel like I wasted my money, putting myself in a deeper hole than to began with. I would reach out & not get a response until days later. Just overall poor communication & a lack of urgency. I do not recommend his services.

Overall I was not happy with my experience working with them. They never replied to my email unless I reached out. When I requested updates I was told to email them which I did and never got updates. I was forced out of my home due to their lack of communication and follow up. I m giving them 2 stars because they did file the document needed but never followed up with the customer to ensure things were done on my end and that I was not confused or missing any information, which I was and caused me to have to leave my home within 24 hours. The amount of stress and anxiety I had due to this was very overwhelming and I would not recommend.

I used his services to appeal an eviction, in turn, it bought me more time to pay my full past due balance, including eviction filing fees and lates fees! Fast, easy, professional, and efficient. I barely had to lift a finger.. I was facing court and eviction. I recieved a letter from OCR and sent in an email and request for help. Due to several health issues I was overwhelmed with debts I could not keep up with. For years I was harassed by credit collectors. None would listen to my recovery plan. When I called Omar said all he could do was make our eviction easier, NOT STOP IT. No fighting eviction for this guy, even when I have receipts that prove I dont owe. A friend to landlords not residents. Would give zero stars if I could.
