In need of 100 year old documents from Mexico, I have reached out to no fewer than 5 Mexican attorneys and 3 immigration consulting firms. Dont waste the time I did. Acta was by far the most responsive, proactive and productive. I wasted far too much time and even money with others - including one company which responded ONE time in 3 months even after I made payment. Meanwhile, Acta responds within minutes and utilizes its network across Mexico. I know this sounds like an advertisement but Im just a very satisfied and thankful customer. Thank you!

Totally professional and legitimate. Well worth the money spent for services. Berenice was very helpful and successful in achieving my Mexican citizenship and recovering my fathers birth certificate which was lost from the 1940 s. I was skeptical at first but went ahead and ordered my birth certificate from the company. I recieved confirmation right away from Berenice and it only took 5 days to receive my certificate in the mailbox. I highly recommend this place!!

The company charged me $200 to get a certified death certificate from Mexico. They sent me something that can not be used. It is such a rip off company. Dont waste you time or money on them.

I needed a certified copy of a marriage license from Mexico (we are both U.S. citizens) from 18 years ago. The Jalisco Mexican government website wasn t working and the phone number was no longer valid. I was very skeptical about using Acta America mostly because so few reviews. I was happy to see they use Pay Pal. I received my certified legal document within 7 days and couldn t be happier. Such a relief!

I was definitely skeptical if this was a legitimate business that was actually going to provide me with what I needed but they came through big time. I emailed them to check status after a few days of making my purchase and I received a reply within a few minutes. I was informed that they had found what I was needing and assured Id be receiving it within the following week and I did! Super pleased!

We had a good experience with Berenice. When you are dealing with latin america, you have to expect some struggles along the way as far as timeframes go. She has responsive customer service. Although, we did not get our stuff in the exact time frame, it was still reasonable, especially since it was over a holiday week, which slowed things down. I dont see that as a downfall, because its not like they werent trying, but you as the consumer should not wait until the last minute and should expect some hangups in this process. She sent it next day mail after they had received everything. We started March 15 and everything was received by April 7. For reference to those trying to figure things out, this was for birth certificates/death certificates for two individuals with documents in two different Mexican states. It was only a few business days out of the 7-9 day timeframe I was given. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Response, Though they werent able to locate the record (we expected as much), they gave lots of helpful information and refunded my payment, less the search fee. I was worried this site wasnt legitimate at first but I would recommend to others based on my experience.
