Black mold and mildew in the back area. This is where they also seat employees to train. Any dishes that require Beef, Bacon, and/or Chicken (Grilled) are usually undercooked. Coffee pots are rinsed, not washed. Christina (Manager) has a bad habit of hiring and firing without proper causation, ans usually in a retaliatory nature. Christina (Manager) is infamous for switching peoples schedules on a whim, without employee knowledge, and when made apparent are usually last minute. Nepotism is rampant at this location. Christina (Manager) has a habitual behavior of calling employees prior to their shift, even on their days off due to a poor managent skillset/ability Back and front of house are segregated by ethnicity.

I wouldve loved to come here again, but when seated which was about a 10 minute wait (not too bad) we had to wait 40 minutes just to be served. There were about 3 other families around us who had gotten seated fairly later than mine. Who got served right away. Then when the food got to us, it was basically cold. My husband ordered some steaks with pancakes. They gave him the steak and never got the pancakes. I think this was all on our server. She seemee nice, but horrible service i am sorry to say. The other servers on job seemed very attentive. While ours was never anywhere to be seen. I honestly thought she had clocked out. :/

We waited an hour for our meal and the very nice and concerned waitress came to tell us all orders were on hold for about another hour and a half. We had an appointment and could not wait that long, so she tried to get the manager to help, but he said no. She came back and said, Enjoy your breakfast at Jack-In-The-Box ladies, and have a great day! And that is exactly what we did! So I cant comment or rate the food or service since we didnt get any. The waitress was very nice and checked on us often. She deserves a raise since she got no tips that day. I felt really sorry for her. Parking: Location was very busy so there were not enough spaces for all the customers. It was raining hard, and everyone was stopping there. We had to park in the back alley.

Came in with a party of 8, and we had multiple parties sat before us including a larger party of 6. We were finally sat, and our server lost our ticket. The manager walked past out table hundreds of times, and never once stopped to see why we were there for so long without food. When we finally asked for her, she said our ticket was lost but they could put it in 911. We had been there for 2 hours at that point, and just got up and walked out.

All of my food was stale, toast and hashbrowns both felt and tasted like they had been left out for a while and thrown in the box, rather than making fresh. I requested silverware over the app and in person and was given none. Workers were just sitting outside on the bench and I had to wait inside 5 minutes before anyone helped me.I had 2 different servers finally come up to me and both start telling me 2 different things at the same time, speaking over each other and it was confusing and just a bad experience over all.

I just moved to the P.A. area, Im an HEB guy {only go to walmart when I have no other choice}, as well as Ihop guy.... Our waitress was very friendly. But, our food took forever, I ordered chicken strips and hashbrowns and husband ordered a chicken fried steak and eggs and we sat there for over 30minutes waiting on our food and tables kept getting seated and getting there food and we were still sitting and waiting on ours. Really slow service. Disorganized. I have been here three times and my order has been wrong each time. When he brought our drinks he slide them across the table(very unprofessional) then after we ordered a appetizer he commented ohh wow big spender!! My experience was horrible this morning around 8:30 am I called my order in great customer service. But my food made me sick to my stomach. I ordered the Mexico bowl and it was barely food but when I started to eat it the rice was hard who ever made this stirred my Queso in the rice it s was sloppy. I also order a blue raspberry lemonade and I can tell that them soda dispensers haven t been cleaned that can make a person sick. So I wasted 11.99 plus 3.49 on my food the rest was fine.
