We are members here so we pay $20 a month and we are able to come and see a movie a day for $2. Its a great deal if you come once a week or so. The food is great, the drinks have refills. The service is great, my only complaint is that they come around during the climax of the movie to drop off and try to pick up the bill. Sometimes they will come two or three times to try and pick up the bill which I dont pay till the lights come up and I can look at it. I wish they would wait until the credits.

Love coming here for the cauliflower wings but the drinks, shakes, popcorn, and mozzarella sticks are also good. The seats are comfortable and the tickets are easy to purchase online. Most importantly Luis deserves an honorable mention. I had turned off my phone and couldn t find it after the movie. He helped me look inside and outside without hesitation. I m embarrassed to say that I found it in my car but he deserves the biggest shoutout for going above and beyond. Thank you so much Luis!!!

Ive been going to the Alamo since they opened up. The drive to the theater sucked since they never finished construction to the parking lot. The theater is nice and the lobby really sets the mood. I love that the menu is always updated but sometimes they dont clean them. I love the sound and the screen for the movies. Its loud and you cant hear other movies. I think they need to update the tables like the other Alamo locations. And the seats are nice but not all the time, sometimes they smell. I love that the servers help you immediately but recently theyve been taking a while bringing our drinks out. Or they forget to bring drinks and food. I like the management there! I complained once about a table talking throughout a movie and they immediately told them they needed to be quiet. I love this theater, I would give it 5 stars but the location needs fixing up and management needs to hire more people.

I called on Saturday to buy a beetlejuice popcorn bucket and I was told I had to wait till Thursday for the premier and you had to purchase a ticket also which I was fine with because I regularly go to this theater. When I called today they said all of them were sold out on Monday. I was lied to and at this point don t see myself coming to this theater again. There are plenty of other trustworthy theaters in El Paso.

In all retrospect, dont understand how all DP popcorn buckets where sold out the night before its official release date of the film. As it is, all other major theaters carry an overstock when here I am with my fellow film attendees attending and attempting to support a smaller and greater chain within the competitive markets. Sadly very disappointed and salty to only end up with a cup of the film release. Seriously, wheres my DP bucket? Its not that hard to meet and keep up with demands. Keeping in mind Ive attended your theaters since it was brought into town even with the unfinished construction as well every fun film themed party from They Live, TMNT, Ghostbusters, Ill have to take a moment to let this funny business sit. Now if Id known Thursday was the day to attend to have a piece of that Popcorn Bucket Deadpool action well, Ive of been there along with the crew. Hopefully theyll be better times ahead. Dont drop $100+ a showing for nothing.

Went yesterday evening and bought the tickets online. We were greeted upon entering by the bartender. We walked directly to our theatre and took our seats. The seats were comfortable but when it came to ordering popcorn and drinks everything went downhill. We arrived twenty minutes before our movie time, ample time to get everything before our movie started. It took them about 30 minutes to bring us our one soda. I asked the waiter for a popcorn when he handed me my drink. The movie started, popcorn never came. This has happened twice at this same location. So I used the button and wrote down popcorn for a second request. 25 minutes later our popcorn finally arrived. Other food was coming out fast and it didnt make any sense why a popcorn and soda wouldnt be the easiest thing to quickly serve. I dislike writing reviews like this but when the same incident happens twice, Im left no other choice.

I came here for the very first time last month when my co-worker invited me and some of other co-workers to Tuesday Trivia Night ! Out of the 2 Alamo Drafthouse cinema locations in El Paso , only the west side location offers Trivia Night every Tuesday. We hope that this will eventually change, and that this will be offered at the east side location in the future so we don t always have to drive to the west side ! My co-worker who organized this started coordinating these get-togethers so we could all really bond and have some fun outside work ! Even though we didn t really know the answers to a lot of the questions , we still had such a funtastic and fantabulous time !! It s a great way to socialize , bond with friends and family , and meet new people ! Everyone is really friendly and engaging ! You can order drinks , actual meal food , and finger food at great prices ! It s important to get there early, ideally by 6:30 pm, on a Tuesday for trivia night so you can snag a table for you and your group. Each trivia team can only have a max of 6 people each. The winners get free movie tickets to the Alamo Drafthouse !! I didn t get to snap photos for my first time at Trivia Night there because I was completely enraptured in my first time experience ! Haha ! But I hope to snap and share photos next time !

When my husband and I lived in Dallas, we went to Alamo every Tuesday night. We were delighted to find one in El Paso. I love the vintage curated content played before each movie. We really enjoy the food, especially the fried chicken sandwich and Brussels sprout pizza.

I left my goat here to get groomed around 10am and by 2024BCE boy was my goat clean. Nobody clean goats like the Alana Goat House. My only issue is that I have to now bring all my goats to get groomed because they re all jealous of Garry. Anyway, prices could be better but I understand a good goat grooming can t be great without spending Gouda. NOTE: that is not my dog but I did want to keep him.

We always have had a great time at Alamo Drafthouse until today. 15 minutes into our movie the waiter spilled an entire soda on my wife s lap. He apologized and said I ll get you another and left us. He didn t bring it up as he strolled in and dropped off another soda. No, can we get you another seat, or hey, we know you ll have to go home and change out of your soda drenched shoes so we ll comp you a movie for the inconvenience. We got a refund and had to leave. But before that, we had to dig around in the theater for our tickets to prove we paid and once we gave them the tickets, he said that we weren t in the system. The crazy thing is that this was our anniversary and put a damper on our plans. Edit: I sent email and phone but have not heard back. Update: Never heard back. Unfortunate

Very slick place. Super fun theater with 9 screens, table service at your seat serving delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and great food as well as standard movie theater fare. The popcorn is served in an actual bowl and includes free refills, all you can eat. The seats are spacious and comfortable and have large tables . The aisles are very wide between rows so you dont have to stumble or bump into people getting to your seat. Theaters are cleaned after each show. They have a very good loyalty program. Your best deal is to join their monthly movie pass. You can see one movie every day if you choose. Its about $16.00 a month, cancel any time!!!. They have an app that allows you to purchase your tickets and choose your seats ahead of time. If youre a movie club member you can use this as well! The server assigned to your area checks each seat ticket so you dont have people coming and going disrupting your movie. Children are welcome, cell phones are not, lol. I kind of hate going here because they have way too many rules and they end up treating you like a nuisance rather than a valued guest or customer. The people working here are rude and condescending, probably following the attitude of the PSAs that are shown before each showing. But hey, its not just that the service and attitude here sucks. Flix Brewhouse has better food, larger portions, slightly lower prices, and a lot friendlier service. Even though Alamo is the closest theater to me, I make the drive to Flix every time I want a meal with my movie and I just go to Cinemark if I dont.

My wife and I attended the Thurs, 8/17/2023 screening of Landscape and Invisible Hand, 7:30pm at Montecillo. 20 minutes into the actual movie already playing, another party walks in and was disruptive taking their seats, looking at the menus (using their phone flashlights), and talking. Alamo has a very clear policy, In order to ensure the highest quality experience for all guests, you may not enter a movie after it has started. But nobody prevented them from coming in 20 minutes after the movie started and nobody had them leave. I am puzzled by this. Alamo has this policy, but apparently it is not enforced. This caused us to be disrupted while watching the movie. (Separately, these people had other points during the movie that they were talking and/or had phone flashlights on, and had the film been longer, we would have notified our server). But it concerns me that Alamo makes a big deal about their policies, but does not enforce them. We come to Alamo for a disruption-free movie experience, and we did not have that yesterday because Alamo did not enforce its policy about not being able it enter a movie after it started. I write this in the hopes that either your theaters will strictly enforce this policy, or remove the policy. Alamo financially benefits from these policies (because people like us bring our business there for a disruption-free experience), so it needs to actually enforce them. I contacted them directly (through facebook message which they acknowledged receipt of), and told them I would not take this elsewhere as long as they resolved this with me. But they never even gave me the courtesy of a response.
