I ve decided to write a review in hopes that someone may see this, and start to do better. I ve been to Olive Garden a handful of times in the last year and EVERY experience has been horrible. They ve consistently been horrible about the customer service - they will sit you quickly, but takes over 20 minutes to even ask you what you would like to drink, soup or salad or even bread. We weren t even asked what we wanted to eat at least 30 minutes in to us waiting. I never ONCE was asked if I wanted a refill on my drink, which was empty and placed off to the side purposely. The food was cold when we received it, our waiter was slow and the food was slower. This guy deserved no tip at all but I decided to anyways. And they didn t even offer any of the chocolates like they usually do at the end of the meal. Just a horrible horrible experience that I wish I never paid for.

This is the most disgusting Olive Garden weve ever been to. The salad was old and yellow, tasted rotten. The shrimp Alfredo was sickening- it went back with no replacement/ re make offered by the manager. My husbands unlimited pasta was this dried up day old chicken, the adieu had enugu sauce for about a 2/10ths of the plate, so it also went back. The server was so concerned about his phone, we were never offered drink refills, not even on my soup, and yet had a $33 tab?! Make that make sense! We ended up at Texas roadhouse in order to eat dinner. Never again olive garden! You really disappointed us and didnt even try to make it right.

Dirtiest Olive Garden I have ever been in. The lights above the table had so must dust on them you could write your name on them. Same with the window seals. The salads are great but was so skimpy today not even enough for two people. The salad plate had dried food on it and the waitress tried to scrape it off with her nail. Made me sick. I had asked for extra sauce which I didn t get. I asked her again when she brought our food. She said right away try it first then tell me if you want the extra sauce. I told her pretty fast I am telling you NOW I want the extra sauce . Food was cold when she brought it and my husband was nearly finished eating. She never ask us for more bread sticks or anything else. In fact she never showed back up at our table until we were getting up to leave. This was in the bar area at a booth on Wednesday, August 14. Also restroom was in bad shape also. Toilet paper everywhere walls and commode dirty. I talked to the manger and his reply about all the dust was l don t look up .

The salad was fresh but dry (we had to request more dressing), The booth was small (I am am 280 lbs and could barely fit in it), our waitress was impatient and inattentive, (however the other wait staff did take care of our needs), the food came quickly and was hot, but we both thought the three cheese sauce was gross. The creamy mushroom sauce was good. Its over priced for the atmosphere and quality of service.

Tonight I have genuinely one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Our server was Daniel and he is phenomenal at his job. He anticipated everything we were going to ask for in advance, he was so polite, he offered us guidance on the menu, AND he offered to box up our leftovers for us. I ve frequented many OG s in my lifetime all throughout the USA. When I say that this specific location has single-handedly restored my faith in all Olive Gardens across the country, I mean it! The second we walked in the hostess greeted us with a warm welcome, she was engaged and very pleasant. Then, we get our server and she s just a rockstar. She went above and beyond and just had impeccable timing!! She was so in tune with us, we never once had to ask for refills, they would just magically appear lol. The food was phenomenal. We got the carbonara and soup, salad and breadsticks. I asked for extra peperoncino in the salad and of course she delivered. I wish I could remember her name but I do remember she was in training to become a Manager or GM. And if you don t know, next time you get breadsticks order a boat of Alfredo and dip them in!!! .it ll change your life!!

Ashley was the best! My team came out to have lunch, and she was truly the sweetest. Shortly after being seated, she met all of our needs and was attentive despite the lunch rush. There was an issue with my coworker and I s food (that was not her fault) and she quickly apologized and took care of the issue. In addition to Ashley, Stephen came quickly to apologize and offered to cover the cost of our food. We all had an excellent experience and will be back soon.

Very welcoming staff with great patience. Our server was Kimberlin and she was amazing. Always smiling and genuine. Had no negative energy whatsoever. I felt confident she would makensure food was hot and looked edible no matter how many times I needed extra items. She was just amazing, so ask for her if you want a great experience. Maria -MGR came to check on the service. GM was very nice and clearly does his best to run a great restaurant and happy team. Good job everyone. Above and beyond. Me and my family came to eat, and my stepmother has a gluten allergy. They were so polite and attentive with their service. Even the manager came out with her meal. This place was incredible. Our server was Daniel and he was absolutely phenomenal. My friend got herself a complementary dessert for her birthday and honestly, compared to the rising prices of every other eating place, Olive Garden isnt poorly priced. Vegetarian options: At Olive Garden, you can find vegan and/or vegetarian options from appetizers to desserts. Parking: Many parking spaces for handicapped. Stopped by for lunch and so glad we did. We ordered the lunch spaghetti, lunch chicken gnocchi, corona, and watermelon sangria. Everything was delicious and filling. Didn t know lasagna had pork. I assumed it didn t because it said meat sauce and other items specifically listed pork and this one didn t so i thought it was just beef. I wish the waiter pointed it out before i ordered it. one of my friends who works at another location had to tell me the meat sauce contains pork when i told him i ate the lasagna earlier. you guys should warn customers just for cultural purposes if something contains pork since the small note at the bottom is not noticeable at all.
