For the first time we went to eat at chipotle to try it out and as I am waiting in line to be served I see the gentleman in front of me and apparently the worker was his friend because she made him a really big burrito so I am thinking wow they make big burritos here but no when it was my turn to Oder the girl gave me a half a spoon of everything and I know for a fact the other gentleman did not say extra! So I told here y was she making my burrito so small and the cashier came up to me and said what s wrong so I told here and she got mad at me and told me if I was speechless so we just left very bad experience I hope it s not like this in other locations.!!!

I visited this establishment for the first time a year ago and had a positive experience with generous food portions. However, my subsequent online order left me deeply dissatisfied due to significantly reduced portions despite paying extra for almost every item. I assumed this was an anomaly associated with online ordering, but unfortunately, my in-person visits confirmed that this specific location consistently falls short in terms of food quality, portion sizes, cleanliness, and overall service. The employees, particularly one individual, display a lack of enthusiasm and seem resentful when fulfilling customer requests. Regrettably, this experience has led me to conclude that I will no longer be patronizing this Chipotle location due to its persistent shortcomings.

we love the food! We recently moved from las cruces and we love the chipotle from over there and every time we go to this location the employees are SO rude. We have gone at times when it s busy and so slow and they are still very rude including manger. Attitude across the board. The beans were not cooked through properly they were still hard. I came here a year back and they were really good but today was not cutting it at all I was very disappointed. I most likely im going to try a different location. The burrito was significantly smaller and the portions for every topping are smaller than I remember especially the meat. I m hoping it s the location because I m not paying 40 dollars for two burritos and two drinks that I can make better at home.

I work at this shopping center and most days I like to pick food up on my way home although I have a 30 minute commute. I will usually order my sour cream and salsa on the side to avoid my food from getting soggy. I was told today I would have to pay $1 for each side that does not get put into my bowl. I asked if I had gotten it in my bowl if I would be charged and she said no, only because Im asking for it on the side that it would have to be charged extra. Every other location does not charge me since its a free topping but apparently this location likes to upcharge customers. Sorry but I dont like to be taken advantage of and I will completely avoid this location now.

I have been an active customer of chipotle restaurants for years now, I eat chipotle at least twice per week. I live in Dallas but El Paso is my hometown. Come here every time I can. Today I visited this location and had the worst experience. I ordered a chicken bowl. The portions served of ALL the ingredients are the SMALLEST I have ever seen. The rise didn t even covered the bottom of the bowl, the beans were just a handful of them, but the portion of chicken was less than a third of the spoon they used. The cheese was joke, just a tiny spread, even the lettuce! It was depressing watching that bowl, I could see empty gaps tan the corners. Tiny-small portions served. I told the girl at the cashier that in my many times eating at chipotle at Dallas/Ft worth/Arlington/Houston/Waco/san Antonio this was the smallest portion served. She looked at the bowl and with a careles attitude said the chicken bowl ok, it can only have 6 ounces of chicken. Every chipotle location is different. I didn t want to argue so I paid. Minutes later one of the employees sat close to me with a bowl fully stocked up, loaded up, just like the way it supposed to be. A decent amount of all ingredients, she could it even put the cap on it. So I told her about my experience. She said I will tell them . Of course she continued eating and forgot about me. I looked to the kitchen and the cashier was playing around with the other kids. Customer service is also an issue here. I definitely will not come back to this location. Sadly my hometown has the worst chipotle location of Texas..

I used to love this Chipotle, and had originally given it more stars. But I have now changed it after recent visits. * Not sure if its a corporate mandate, a regional manager or this locations management in particular* For example, the most recent visit highlights the current problem. I was charged $1.50 for a side of sour cream, and there were only 5 chips in my bag of chips. +they double and triple checked the meat portion to make sure it was nominal or lower. I questioned it and they put a sliver of meat back on the plate... I get that the days of huge portions at Chipotle are long gone from when it was in its growth phase. And I also understand that with inflation, high rates and to meet corporate earnings expectations, they have to tighten their belts and increase prices to increase cash flow. But just like the stagflation one two punch, this Chipotle raises prices AND is super stingy with the portions. They continue to get away with it as people dont really complain - until they do... This Chipotle is taking customers for granted, and is just waiting for an alternative fast casual to take over. *looking at you Cava* Id gladly take another salmonella scare any day as the managers would bend over backwards to make custoners happy back then. The Chipotle I remember and loved is long gone... :*(

Worst Chipotle location, they never serve well and portions are always small compared to other Chipotles. Ordered a bowl and it was poorly served. Asked the server if I could have a better served bowl but she said I would be charged for double protein. I declined and proceeded to pay. I dined in and then noticed I mostly had the fat of the meat. I was about to go back and let the person who served my bowl know, but decided against this when she began yelling at an employee she seemed to be training for saying avocado instead of guacamole. Trainee seemed pretty embarrassed by this unmannered lady! To top things off, I asked the cashier for the servers name just before leaving and she advised that it was the GM, Paulina! Ridiculous and very disappointed!!!! We will not return to this location.

I normally love Chipotle, but this is the worst location Ive ever been to. They play different music in the dining area and in the kitchen, both too loudly, so it feels hectic and chaotic. So the staff, which seemed inexperienced and poorly trained to begin with, cant hear you when you order. When we ordered kids meals for our kids, we got blank, confused stares, and they ended up getting the order wrong. The poor manager, who seemed like the only competent person in duty, was running around like a headless chicken trying to fix all the mistakes. (Not just with our order. As we ate, we watched her chase someone down as they walked out with a to go order the carrier had apparently entered wrong.) And this was when it wasnt even all that busy. If you really want some delicious Chipotle, definitely find a different location. UPDATE: my wife was in the restroom when I wrote this review. When she got back, she mentioned they were out of toilet paper and that the toilet was broken. So it stank in there because no one could flush. Sheesh, what a shame!

The protein portion is joke on the location!!! They give you really little and if you ask for a bit more they want to charge double!!!! Rather go to Mesa location !!

The meat servings are a joke on this location. I ll be honest the burrito quality are good, not excellent but good but when you get a steak burrito they actually put 2 or 3 small strips of steak. Many times I requested to get extra steak for the burrito to taste like steak and didn t mind to pay extra for that... but common paying extra to get a decent amount of steak in your burrito then pay +20 bucks for it with a drink is a joke!!... I stopped going here... if you are looking for a meaty burrito this is definitely not the place. They will make sure to stuff it with everything else other than steak!!

Building is ok and personal is attentive, however the food is terrible. Cold, no flavor and grease steak. Not able to eat. Go to the one in Mesa that is very good. Manager of this facility is trying to save money. I will never back. Now I understand the place is always empty
