We are always glad to see Richard, he has been coming out to our home for our quarterly service for about a year now. He is thorough and an absolute delight to work with. The only issue we have with your company, and the reason I cannot give 5 stars, is because of your billing. It is a mess! We have been on auto pay for years and it was never an issue until recently. Now that we have a bit more control of our account through the website, it s better. Overall, the products used have kept our home insect and pest free and friendly to our family and pets.

I expected the service man to know what was needed at the house. Instead, I had to inquire about what was being done because the contract is specific for the control of ticks and not for miscellaneous bugs. I expected the same ground treatment as the first time the technician was there on the initial visit. I did not see the same type of ground treatment. This time, the back yard was not sprayed the full yard, mostly around the perimeter and in spots. I dont believe the techs know what they are suppose to be doing and just spray in general without a specific goal I requested.. Ill have to rethink any subsequent treatments for the future if things dont get corrected. I wanted to do this critique in private but you opened this door for everyone to view.

We have been with Truly Nolan for the last two years and we are amazed at their customer service. When we first moved into our house we had a cockroach and fire aunt problem. But after their initial visit we have had little to none. Additionally, when we do have a problem they are quick to come out and help us. We also recently just renovated our kitchen. The contractor suggested we spray inside the walls before they drywall. Truly Nolan was here the next morning to spray. My family and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced pest control company.

Robert came to help assess my pest problem and answered every question I had regarding types of pests and treatment options. Three days later, Herman and Ruben showed up and began treating my house. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. They took the time to explain the type of pesticides in detail, safety precautions, and follow-on care. They even offered advice to remedy other pests not related to their visit. I am thoroughly pleased with their care and cleanliness while working inside and outside my home. Last year I used a locally owned exterminator who charged me about sixty dollars and the guy spent all of five minutes spraying the base of the outside of my home. This morning Ruben Argomaniz arrived at my home. He was right on time, very professional, and explained everything to me that he was going to do. He work inside my home placing poison where insects tend to hide and travel. He even removed the drawers from my cabinets to get behind them. He worked the outside of my house getting all the nooks and crannies where pests are most likely to enter my home. In all he was at my house for about an hour and fifteen minutes and he was very thorough. I highly recommend this company because not only will they inspect and spray your home, they will make additional visits in the future months.

We have used Truly Nolan s Four Seasons plan for the three years that we have lived in El Paso, TX and we can t speak more highly of them. First off their office personnel is so friendly and polite! They made scheduling and rescheduling treatments so easy. Our technician, Hector, serviced our home for two years. He was always friendly and polite. He always remembered my husbands allergy to hornet stings and would look out for any nests around our house without reminder and treat the house when needed. He was very knowledgeable of the pests in our area and always had a remedy for any of our pest concerns. Thank you so much Hector! Very happy with the timely response by your staff. Initial inspector was courteous, open to questions, and thorough. The mouse patrol placed items and where the mystery visitor left tracks, assuring a quick capture. The same evening a plump mouse was caught. No further hints of additional companions have been found, after two follow up visits. On 1-12-24 the service tech sprayed for critters outside and also inspected for mice. Great service all around.

I called due to a bed bug infestation in my room. The rep on the phone asked if I lived in a home or apartment. I told him it was an apartment, and he stated that was fine and they would probably discuss some options with the office, but would not disclose my information. Awesome. Technician comes out (I forgot his name unfortunately) Thursday June 8, 2023, very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Does his inspection, only finds them in my bed. He leaves the apartment for a second, comes back and tells my partner there is nothing they can do because its an apartment and they would need to do the entire building (four apartments for this building). He did state to put all the clothing in black bags and leave it in the sun for a few days. Why was I told by the rep on the phone it was fine if I was in an apartment if they cant do anything? So now I have to find a way to throw out my mattress and bed frame/headboard without the infestation spreading to the rest of my apartment and get rid of other furniture as well.

I woke to the news that there s a spider outside my front door, I did not tried to inspected nor see if it was dead or alive. I called truly Nolen and they couldn t send someone till Friday, I was angry because I didn t know if the spider was poisonous or violent. While I m trying to figure out what to do with it I get a phone call phone truly Nolen, and they re sending someone within an hour.. Mr Tage showed up and saved the day, he explained that the spider was a tarantula. He proceeded to sprayed my whole house and ensure me that the products they use they worked since upon his arrival the tarantula was already dead.. thank you Mr Tage and thank you truly Nolen for taking care of me and my family.

I called for some information and a second opinion regarding my apartments pest control, and whether the techniques they were using would be the same as Truly Nolens, and a gentleman named Sebastian was so patient, very attentive and listened to what I had to say, and really helped me out a lot, so I wanted to give him specifically 5 stars. Im going to wait to see if my apartments methods work over the weekend, but if not, I will definitely be calling Truly Nolen to do an inspection here and do some work for me. Let me first by saying everyone I met was extremely professional and friendly but unfortunately they did not resolve my issue. My treatment plan was OVER $1000 with an initial deposit of 600/700. After 4 to 5 months of treatment and no resolve, I called and requested a refund on the money I had already paid. They asked for more of a chance to get the job done, that continued another 4 months and I still kept getting bugs. I decided then to stop doing business with them. It was ridiculous to pay that much, to listen to them and to still have this issue. My money went out the drain and still have the issues. Trying to resolve it on our own now that I don t trust pest control. So to put it plainly, they ripped me off.

Joshua Oaxaca is the best - he has been to our house a few times already and has helped to get rid of the wasps and the ants that have made nests on our property. I have been a customer for approximately 19yrs. I have had termite and year round service. My experience with customer staff and technicians (Robert, Ruben and John), has been one of professionalism, courteous and efficiency. I have recently had the pleasure of meeting Emily, a local representative. I am very grateful to her, her understanding is very appreciated. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others.

If I could give zero stars I would do so. Upon calling Truly Nolan I had mentioned to them that I had box turtles. I was advised by more than one employee telling me not to worry. Their chemicals would have no effect on my turtles. When the guy came to spray my house I again asked if the chemicals were going to be harmful to turtles, and he told me no. To my horror one of my best box turtles ended up dying due to the toxicity of their chemicals. I called an complained to the manager and she acts stupid, and pretends to not know what I am talking about. I cannot and will not recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend Truly Nolan of El Paso to anyone that is within their servicing area. I recently set up a free consultation with them. Their Service Coordinator, Robert, conducted his inspection and suggested that I really dont need their service at this time. He suggested a couple home remedies and a product that I can get from a home improvement store. He didnt pull my leg or try to sell me something I didnt need. For that, he has a loyal customer if and when I need their service.

I am super afraid of mice! It was very troubling for me to find signs of mice in my kitchen. I m happy I called Truly Nolan; they responded in a timely manner, were professional and help me put my house back in order. I know what signs to look for and they will continue to check traps and make house calls for two weeks. I appreciated that they took my corgi s welfare, with her tiny legs, into consideration. My technicians who have been so helpful through this process are Ceaser and Herman. I want to thank them and commend them for the quality of their work and their responsiveness.

Leo is a personable and conscientious technician. He is punctual and willing to take care of any problem. His service is much appreciated. However...Scheduling my appointment at a time I am home is a continuing annoyance since its on robo-call and the system does not retain my continuing request to call center personnel to only schedule my service 7-9 a.m. l would so much rather speak with local personnel who can retain my request and schedule me accordingly.
