This chilis is by far the best I ve been to, everything always exceeds expectations. The food is always consistent and timely, the service is incredibly and friendly, and the manager, Shannon, truly cares about her work. This chilis has always been such a cornerstone in my life. I ve processed heartbreaks, had life altering revelations, and experienced some of life s highest moments in this chilis. As Pam Beesly would say, I feel God in this chilis . And right she was. Nothing is better than coming here with my best friends, having an ice cold drink, eating my typical triple dipper, and yapping as the kids would say. God bless this chilis, and God bless America.

I picked up a Togo order tonight and when I got there I asked for a side of bbq for the kids meal because there wasn t a sauce choice when ordering online. The Togo server charged me for it (I thought it would come with at least 1 sauce). I then asked for the kids meal coke and the Togo server got the ticket and pointed to where it said water. I told her that I customized it for a coke and wasn t sure why it said water and she had attitude about it. I then asked her if it came with a drink besides water and she said yes and pointed where it said water again. At this point it was no longer worth arguing about it. Besides her attitude everything else was really good!!!

It s a Chillis. Service and food was what you d expect. Easy to get off the road. Dietary restrictions: It s safe if you re gluten intolerant. Not sure their processes are safe against cross contamination.

Service was fantastic and the food was good. Im disappointed that the menu has changed so much. Its been 2 years since weve been to chilis due to financial issues, but we finally went on a date night and found out lots of our favorite things are discontinued. Fried pickles, blooming onions, Ancho Ranch, the 2 for $25 & even the 2 for $30 is gone... every reason we go to chilis no longer exists... so, thanks for the great service, but Chilis has lost my husband and me as customers.

Came in tonight for dinner rarely ever saw our waitress and it was dead in the restaurant I ordered extra ranch and my son also asked for ranch and they charged me for 2 tiny cups and on of the cups had something brown stuck to the top of it with a hair sticking it out of it on top of that my son had ordered orange slices with his food and they gave him fries instead. If I knew how to post a picture on here I would post the pic I took of the dirty dip cup that I got. But I thinks its beyond ridiculous to be charged for some dips

Had to search for our waitress a few times for various things but she was attentive when passing by our table. Atmosphere was typical Chilis Grill and Bar. The service was good and staff was friendly. My wife and I ordered steaks, and they were under done for what we like and ordered. The water was funky, which made the drinks funky.

Got there right before closing time and the bartender was great. I had the ribeye which was ok (have had better but have had worse). The mashed potatoes were intéesting. Not sure what was in there but they were good. Overall, a good place to eat but I would suggest to not show up 15 minutes before closing time. Just glad that the staff was very accommodating.

My husband and I ordered our food to go, made it home (an hour away), and realized we didn t get tortillas for my husband s fajitas and we were charged for extra guac, which neither of us even eat guacamole. I called the restaurant and received a $5 refund on a $60-70 meal. Lol we won t be back.

Ive only been to Chilis one other time and it was at least 15 years ago. I ordered the three for me: A Caesar salad which was good A burger with everything A lemonade I also had a margarita It was all good, nothing special about any of it. Kenya was our server and she was wonderful, very attentive and personable. We were able to sit in the quiet corner, I was with a friend I havent seen in years, so visiting was important.

We had a large group for Mothers Day and our granddaughters 20th birthday. Sky was our server and she said shed been on the job for 3 weeks. She was excellent and a big benefit to the restaurant. Shes a keeper for sure. Thank you Sky for all you did for us. Thank you to Chilies for the accomodations you gave us. The food was fantastic. Well definitely be back.

Trey and Nathan made my experience phenomenal. Ive came here a few times over the past year and everything has been okay. But this time they both went over the top to make my visit what it should be. Chili s Math Ain t Mathing. So I ordered a 3 for me for $14.99. Supposedly for $14.99 you get a drink, an appetizer and an entire. So I ordered a soft drink, then according to the menu for $3.99 you can upgrade the appetizer to a triple dipper. So everyone agrees so far that $14.99 plus $3.99 equals $18.98 and there is no $5.60 anywhere in that sentence. So my receipt comes out and I have a $14.99 charge for 3 for me a $5.60 appetizer charge and a $3.99 Dip Trio charge. The waitress couldn t explain the $5.60 appetizer so she brought the manager over. The manager said that s just the way it rings up. I said I ve never seen $5.60 on any receipt before as I order this all the time. I asked her if she could bring a menu so she could explain what I m missing. She actually rolled her eyes at me and went and got a menu. I asked her where the $5.60 was coming from on the actual menu and she said she couldn t explain it but to trust her the charge was correct and she could do absolutely nothing about it. I know it s just $5 but the fact she rolled her eyes at me and then couldn t explain where on the menu $5.60 came from is what went all over me. I have included a copy of my receipt from today, my receipt from September 28th that has no $5.60 charge for the same items and a copy of the menu so that maybe someone can show me how I m wrong.

I would definitely go back again to this place, first I want to give props to the server! Our server, Laci, very nice from start to end, she was very attentive, fast and respectful to us! And would go the extra mile for any guest. Also while Im at it I want to add that each worker helps one another as it looked they run food or drinks whenever they can, and while it doesnt look like a lot it really says a lot about the servers. The food was amazing and that is cutting it short, everything looked nice and it tasted even better! The only downside was the sectioning of the tables, which was set up very weird, as it looked a little too crowded because most of that section was for parties of six. Pros: Great service, and definitely great food! The kitchen staff and the servers are gonna need a bigger insurance coverage because they are carrying that place on their backs! Cons: it may feel crowded at times but that may vary from the section youre in.

I love the food but the service 8/10 times does not meet expectations. The staff always seem to rush you to order and have to make several trips back to the table because they forget your order. Many times the orders come out incorrect and it gets a bit frustrating. We usually mention that we have separate tickets and when it comes to paying itll take between 10-25 minutes for the server to punch in our orders correctly. I will return but not as often as I used to.

I usually have a good time experience , but tonight was a little disappointing. I had to sit there for over 10 mins and finally had to call them to bring my food curbside. I ordered a house salad that was in the smallest container, and last time it was served in a large container didn t get my dressing . One of the workers stepped out and started smoking a cigarette while we just sat there waiting and waiting. It was like we were just invisible to all the people who worked there that were helping the delivery guys. I checked in like 3 times before the finally called for our food /. Spent over 52$ with tip and didn t even get maya salad dressing. I probably won t go back for a long time if ever. Really disappointed !

We hadnt been to Chiles in a while but we were so pleasantly surprised! Everything is so consistently good! It was so good that we didnt take pics. Hubby had the Old Fashioned cheeseburger, fries and chicken enchilada soup. The soup was exactly the same as we remember...hot, savory and very tasty! I had the carne asada steak with chimichurri, street corn and black beans....it was absolutely delicious...surprisingly spot on!! We never go wrong with Chilis. And John our waiter was on point and great...we will ne back sooner than later!

My son and I visited Chilis and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The service food and the atmosphere was very good, my son, and were able to watch football take and eat some great food and enjoy some father-son time. our waitress was very helpful and friendly the food was hot delicious and on time restrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant, and being a wheelchair Patron I was very pleased with my ability to get around the restaurant and in and out of different areas as needed. I highly recommend this Chilis for any and all who wish they have good food good friendly service in a family or sports bar environment. Wheelchair accessibility: Being a wheelchair Patron, I found it easy to access all areas of the restaurant, including restrooms and ample parking for disabled customers at the location. I found the wait staff to be understanding and attentive to my needs.

More upset about the fact I get charged for things that I have never gotten charged for in 30+ years I have eaten at a chilis, I suggest you go to the one on Coulter, great service, bartender is awesome, and I dont get charged for extra ranch, never have except the one on western, and Ive eaten at chilis all across the state of Texas, Bill was over $100 for 3 people, i think it was safe to say not to charge me for extra stuff, it isnt the $1 I got charged for it is the principle that wow really are you going out of business for a $1?

Went to eat and had a group of 7, the host basically refused to move us to a more suitable table to have more room, the server seemed like she didn t want to be there, the whole time we where there we had to ask for refills, physically hand her things to clear the table up. The manager was very helpful and moved us to larger table once we requested it, the server had a hard time hearing our order and we corrected her several times and we still ended up getting the wrong food. The manager again was extremely helpful and comped the incorrect meal off the ticket and allowed us to keep it. Management is awesome the servers need more training.

Theyve just gotten rid of so much that I dont feel like theres any point in coming back. I didnt enjoy my meal the last time and the prices were so high I would have felt better had I had McDonalds. A statement someone shouldnt make about a restaurant.

This was a great experience. From the moment you walk in the doors, you feel like your at a close friends house. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and management was making his rounds. Over all 5 stars
