Great place to bring the little ones. They are half off on Thursdays and have a large snack bar. The workers are usually friendly and professional. They are understanding and helpful. I would only recommend having a little more music for the consumers and kids as silence sometimes doesnt work also batteries in the little kids section would be Great. Other than that this place is great. Balloons and play areas are clean the restrooms are a little rough but have always been stocked with paper and soap.

Always a pleasure to come here! They added turf inside which is way more pleasant for the kids to run around on love the idea! We had our son s birthday party here today and everything was great the service the pizza and the environment! Where I can I start? This place is just awesome from the customer service, food and the jumping balloons! The employees are very nice and courteous, the prices are very reasonable including the food prices. The food is surprisingly good we had the basket of fries, large pizza and a order of flautas all under 35 dollars! The kids really enjoy coming here and release all their energy. I highly recommend this place, its good to see great family business succeed in El Paso! Thank you Ally B Gators for an awesome afternoon with the family!

Brought our autistic 6 yr old here today and it is amazing!! Wide open grassy space to run and play for kids 12 and under, bounce houses slides, playplaces, they even have areas for anyone 5 and under including little ones!! Not many places exist that cater to smaller children that might have some challenges in life but this place is full of fun for them and way safer than a park! The AC is a bonus, food and drinks are so cheap and theres way more than whats shown in these old review photos online. For unlimited play, the grippy socks, multiple snacks, and 3 drinks it was under $22 and worth way more!

Kid friendly if you don t have a reservation you are NOT WELCOMED. Showed up with our party of 18 5 kids the rest adults.. were charged $40 for a table of 4 no a/c customer service is non existent. It s hard to support local businesses when they are not welcoming. Days before we visited the site to see if it was a good fit and all went well however once there everything was different. Nice concept needs to be executed differently. Wil not return Peter Piper or chucky cheese is definitely a better option

Staff was very focused in making sure kids older than 5 did not jump on the baby jumping balloon. However, they did not deem it necessary to say anything to the grown men getting on the other jumping balloons anything. Nor did they address the children that were not being safe on the jumping balloons and were endangering themselves and those around them. Bathrooms are filthy and very cold, not optimal for changing diapers. Overall very disappointed with my visit.

If you are looking for a cool indoor space to spend with your kiddos this HOT summer this is the perfect spot. Very affordable, pay to play all day, no time limits. Kids have plenty of space to burn off that energy. Staff is friendly and attentive, food is fresh, facility and restrooms are clean. Free wifi and I was able to peak at the NBA finals while watching my kiddo play. Awesome monthly memberships and party packages. This locally owned gem is unique like no other, highly recommend

It was my first time there . If I could give it 0 stars I would , but not a choice. Toddler area was decent but poorly sanitized, and parents are drinking alcohol and not watching kids. Over all a very bad experience. I would not recommend to anyone .

Great place for kids to let energy out and parents can eat or read in peace though you should still keep an eye on them. I had two toddlers and spent hours on the reserved area for little kids, I was so relieved that they did enforce the 5&under rule for the bouncy castle and didnt have to worry about bigger kids stomping on my kid.also a parent can go in so theyre not afraid and non slip sock are required. For two kids under 3, pizza, couple of bottle waters, and socks was around $38 with unlimited time for playing, plus the food is actually good and the play area including baby toys are clean

I was really hoping to like this place. However, the baby/toddler area was very visibly dirty. Many of the toys were sticky and stained. This area clearly has not been wiped clean and/or sanitized in quite some time. In addition to this, I was not pleased that there were some areas in the baby/toddler section that were not covered in padding and the kids were directly playing on dirty concrete. I really hope they fix these issues.

So last night we rented a spot for my daughters birthday and couldnt have made a better decision, everything was perfect, staff was very friendly and had such a beautiful attitude and catering at its best, the environment was very clean and beautiful, safe and friendly, snacks and appetizers were truly great and we were even allowed to have a piñata there, kids had so much fun as well as for us adults, price for all this was much less than other places and location was just perfect for everyone, there is not one single thing I disliked, this place definitely deserves 5 stars and thank you for making our party a very happy and memorable one, God bless you Rosie

I came here with my almost 2 year old last week, the jumping ballons were mostly patched up with duct tape and the inflation in the jumping ballons was not sturdy. My daughter had fun in the high rise one that isnt inflated. I was looking for a ball pit but there was no ball pit. The toddler area has alot of broken down toys, definitely needs some updating and maintenance. My first time going and was disappointed.

I had my son s 2nd birthday here and we both loved it! They made the party planning process incredibly easy for me; all I had to do was show up day of with my decorations, candy bags and cake. Customer service was EXCELLENT. My son had a great time and did not stop playing once the whole time we were there. I really like that they have a designated area for both babies and toddlers BUT there s nothing in the other play areas that would be inherently unsafe for a toddler. My son was able to play everywhere safely, which was such a relief. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pizza! Overall a great experience and highly recommended for toddler birthdays!

I brought my son here and the entrance fee for the whole day was a very reasonable and affordable price. The food is okay here. I do like that they have simple snacks. The worker here was doing a great job at supervising especially when the kids would do stuff they shouldn t. Other places don t tell the wild kids anything and accidents happen although it should be the parents doing this. She was very patient and well spoken. The wine was nice to sit back and relax. Also very sanitary. Overall would recommend 10/10

I loved this place and my daughter too. Shes young and so one slice of pizza is perfect for her. I am very disappointed that they dont sell slices anymore. I dont think we should have to buy a whole pizza just for one slice. Many single mothers only bring money enough for the child to eat. I will make sure to eat before we come.

This place is not great, I don t understand all the good reviews for it. The foam floor pieces of the play areas were coming apart, leaving nothing but concrete for the kids to slip on in some areas. Lots of toys in the toddler area are broken or beat up and need to be replaced. No one supervising any of the children s areas at all. The pizza was terrible, you could tell they used the premade/already cooked crust disks from the store, but they had to recook it still for the toppings, so the crust was very burnt and hard. Would not go back.

Attended a Birthday party here. The standard sticky socks purchase and signed waiver is needed once inside. Kiddos thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the inflatables and jungle gyms. Not much that adults can do as they arent allowed on them. Regardless, I would take them again as they had a great time.

I thought $8 for infants and toddlers to play was a little high comsidering the play area and equipmemt wasntt clean , not working. The foam flooring pieces were broken apart in some areas causing my grandson to fall on his face causing him to bust his lip and hurt his arm . The manager checked on him gave him ice but didnt offer to call or pay medical help. The different areas werent supervised bigger kids in toddller areas, pushing babies,kids throwing toys It has potential to be a good place if they can improve .

My kids had a lot of fun here. It s for kids under 12. There are a lot of inflatables to jump on. There s a Step 2 Hot wheels race car roller coaster thing, and a climbing jungle gym that is pretty big. There s canned beer and bottled wine for adults! Most definitely the best staff hands down. My son had an incident where another kid bumped into him going down the slide and the staff noticed that he was crying and immediately brought him a bag of ice and even gave him some popcorn to cheer him up! They kept checking in on him too! We absolutely love going here with our children they have a blast! The food is great and the beer is cold and everything is very affordable!

Very dirty .floor was disgusting. Had dirty masks and napkins on the floor. Also, found candy wrappers and pieces of dried food inside the jumping balloons which could be a choking hazard for little ones. The 5 and under area toys were filthy. Nothing was sanitized. Need to do a better job wiping down all the toys and balloons and sweeping. So unfortunate that this is where small kids have to play.

The whole place is dirty and worn down.. the restrooms were filthy. The service was horrible.. it took 45 minutes for some basic nachos and the females that work there think theyre the mask police enforcing masks as soon as you walk in they chase you down and tell you to put a mask on or they tell you to buy one for a dollar. It was very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Found this place randomly searching for play areas for my 5 and 4 year old daughters. It did not disappoint. We went at 11 am on a Saturday and we were the only ones here along with another small family of three. I personally loved that. And the girls loved it too even tho it was just four children. Not too much different bouncy houses but they obviously did not care. They had a blast. Went to use the restroom and it was so clean and smelled nice. The staff was wonderful as well so sweet and kind and welcoming and always cleaning. The pizza is really good and surprisingly my very picky daughters ate all of it. The pricing was spot on. It was our 1st time going and everyone was so kind and hospitable. We had so much fun. The food was pretty good. I was surprised my kids ate all their pizza. Everything was clean. everything was great. The prices were fair. We will definitely be going again.

2nd time is a charm for me. The 1st time i went there before pandemic was not so much appealing. This time, i took a leap if faith and booked my daughters 4th birthday. I have to say, the place was super awesome! I entered the building and it smells soo clean. My hostess, Jessica was super nice and it was not crowded! My family and guests loved it! I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Super helpful and attentive!! We celebrated birthdays and thanks to them we didnt miss anything! The place has a very good layout and is very well organized, they are very clean and very friendly, the food service they have is also very good, especially the wings, delicious!! I highly recommend it!!

I had my daughters 3rd birthday here and it was awesome. I really have nothing but great things to say. Staff was so kind and very helpful. They were on top of helping me host & treated us so kindly. It was Toddler friendly with great prices as well. Definitely having my other daughters party here.

We have been coming here for years, Awesome place for kids of all ages. One price admission, not having to shell out money for arcade games. Rosie the owner is very nice and hospitable. All Food is fresh and tasty. Secure play area. -Raymond and Debra Estrada

This was our first time here. There was not a lot of people when we were there so it was good. We ate wings and fries which were ok. The lady at the desk was super nice. I dont have toddlers anymore but I loved the idea of the toddler area.
