Star burgers more like ONE STAR burgers! Very underwhelming isnt worth the wait let alone the price. No variety in the menu it s seems like a spin off of jack in the box or Carl s Jr just worse No lettuce No tomatoes No ketchup No drinks. Might as well call it meat & onions only burger lol

Star burgers is amazing. Their anakin melt is one of the best burgers my tongue has had the pleasure of tasting. Food quality is always great. The service is good. Yes there are many reviews regarding wait times being slow but personally it s worth the wait. It s not hard to understand that a small food truck staffed with 2 people can take some time to pump out orders ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE COMMITTED TO SERVING QUALITY FOOD. This burger joint is legit and I have not had a bad experience. Never have I got a botched order. The food is consistently amazing. If you ever find yourself at this place just have a bit of patience and enjoy. Understand these people who staff this great truck of blessings need time to work these orders out. If star burgers has 1000 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has 5 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has zero customers then I am dead. Thank you star burgers for serving great food and staying honest .

hand down my favorite burger spot in town due to the premium ingredients used, elaborate menu, & that damn cilantro aioli!! I can promise you that aioli is somethin special lol to anybody being critical about wait time.. Its worth it!! it seems people place 3-5 items per order, thats gonna take some time man! the wait is worth it, every damn time!

this place was a big let down & I wouldn t recommend. the service was very slow- I had to wait 15 mins to be acknowledged just for someone to tell me to use a QR code. then I had to wait almost an hour for my order even though there were only a few customers. the food was not good- everything tasted like it was cooked in garlic butter so it all tasted the same despite ordering different burgers to try. the solo fries are also mixed in a garlic aioli since they don t have any ketchup. after 3 bites of my food, I couldn t eat it anymore which is unfortunate since I had to wait so long & it was expensive. I wanted to like & support a small business but Star burgers made it hard to. Orange cow is way better & cheaper if you want a good smash burger on the west side

I had been wanting to try these burgers for a while because smash burgers tend to be my favorite style of burger, for people complaining about patty size definitely don t understand what a smash burger is supposed to be, flavor was really good, I would like to see more variety with sides, but the cheese tots were so good! It wasn t too long of a wait when I ordered ahead, which I see a lot of people complaining about timing, but as a small business I understand why it would take so long, also, seating isn t an issue to me when it s a food truck that s moving around, either way, I did enjoy the burgers. I would try again, I hope to see them thrive with whatever changes they decide to try! Keep on keepin on!

This place is actually TERRIBLE . Here s my honest review after spending $50+ dollars on 3 burgers. FOOD - 1/10 - the Burgers are quite terrible to be honest. I ordered 3 burgers so can get a taste of the menu diversity , however all the burgers TASTE THE SAME! Since none of their burgers have lettuce or condiments they all taste the same. It s just meat & onions + whatever aïoli they put on the burger. Not to mention what burger place doesn t have ketchup for fries? The patties are also seasoned way too much & super thin. After I ate I had a headache I believe it was from too much sodium from the heavy seasoning. Seasoning is a good thing but not in this case Service - 2/10 : They are quite rude and the customer service is slim to none. You will be directed to a QR CODE to order. Atmosphere 0/10 - is there none be prepared to eat on the floor or inside your car they don t provide any seating. After charging me way to much for a burger I should atleast have a place to sit & eat Overall this place is not worth a visit unless you want to waste $ on high priced below average burgers. I tried to be optimistic since I wanted to support locals however I can t let them off easy especially after the huge disappointment they provided.

Burgers are good if you are on west side of town. We went from the east just to try these and not worth driving 30 min, eventhough we arrived at 5: 00 pm (open time) we were told to order online and that they already had orders ahead since u can order before opening, wish we could have known before. We waited an hour for 2 burgers and fries Ooo and theres isnt anywhere to sit. Not cheap

The whole exclusive hamburgers is cool and all, but if you can order before they even open, then what is the point of having an open/close schedule . Just post at the time that you can order. If you are a new customer and decide to go expect to order from a QR code and then the wait time will be over an hour because they get orders before they even open. Saw customers show up and got let down and left. Kinda sucks when you live on the east and have to drive across town just to be let down. No wonder they sell out because you can order before they are even open. The burger was good. Did not see drinks on the menu aside from a lemonade that was not available. Should add drinks to the menu. I know it s a food truck but maybe some tables and chairs would be nice. I will try again and maybe change my review. But until then just check their instagram to be up to date with the location. Posted a comment on their instagram page and they decided to remove my comment or hide it, guess they don t take criticism to well.

Yum! We had the mushroom burger and the avocado burger. They were both excellent. Not a small burger either. The tots and the fries were great also. The truffle seasoning is light, but enough. Be sure to order ahead. Our order was ready right on time!

5 stars to not hurt the algorithm and because their intentions are in the right place. But overall execution is a bit misguided. Ordered 3 burgers and fries. OG, Oklahoma, and mushroom. They have a great custom ground beef mix and you can really taste the quality and it would be amazing in a thick burger but for smashburgers the ideas dont play well together as the patty ends up a bit dry due to the leaner high quality beef and you only taste the bacon and mineral qualities. The garlic butter sauce is a bit over used and drowns out the other smells and some tastes of the rest of the food and getting a mouth full of jar-lic isnt great. And finally the no ketchup elitism is a really weird stance to take especially if serving fries. Overall the prices are good understandable because of the extra costs and higher quality but a few changes here and there wont hurt

We have tried Star Burgers 3 times since we ve moved here. My husband loved the theme. My brother in law loved the burger. And my 1 year old loved the grilled cheese. The burgers have always been cooked well and they are huge. The fries and tots are pretty good too. They are a food truck so it takes time and they may not always be at the same location, but they are worth following and trying out on a Saturday. I can t wait for them to collab with city events- I think they d be a hit!

10/10 Star Burgers is a food truck that was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. After hearing their explanation and seeing Star Burgers instagram portfolio, I had to try it. I was able to finally give them a try on 08/07/24 after seeing their schedule for the week posted online. I showed up early, and there was no line. Parking was plenty. The menu for the food truck is a foldable, placed right outside of the ordering window. It is easy to read, and everything sounds very delicious, I will say. I looked through it, and with helpful guidance from the staff, I was able to make my order. I ordered a custom OG smash burger and Rebellion fries with no onions. (Sorry to disappoint!) I felt it would be awkward to stand there and stare at the staff while my order was being made, so I went to wait in my vehicle. I did see some of the preparation, and I must say it is visual the amount of effort that goes into the food. Once the order was ready, I took it to my vehicle and decided to eat right then and there. The anticipation was over. The first takeout container I opened happened to be the Rebellion fries, and all I could say was wow. Their side dish had a beautiful presentation, and the smell was mesmerizing - so much so that I completely forgot to take photos of the food! After devouring some of my Rebellion fries, I had to try the main dish. Upon opening the container for my burger, again, the aroma filled the air and even overpowered the fries. The presentation was solid, but that was soon to change. Due to a previous review, I inspected my burger and everything checked out. I took my first bite, and the amazing taste warranted another, then another. I couldnt believe how good this smash burger was. I frequently travel around the country, and fortunately, I get to try all sorts of qualities. I had not yet experienced a smash burger like this. This is seriously the best smash burger that Ive had so far, and I will go as far as to say this is the best smash burger in El Paso. Years of hard work and dedication have led to these carefully curated recipes, and they are a must try. It is worth mentioning that when it comes to burgers, ketchup is a mandatory condiment for me personally. At Star Burgers, the recipes dont have ketchup, and they dont offer it either. This was going to be an issue for me, I thought. Ha! I was wrong, and I was happy to be! Needless to say, this will now be THE go-to for my burger needs, and I encourage others to give them a try! Side Notes: The man who helped me was very kind and respectful. He answered all of my questions and gave me helpful guidance on my order. The names given to all the food orders were creative and fun. The way everything is decorated makes the food truck very approachable and promotes a friendly environment!

El Paso Foodies I trusted yall . I went to Star Burger and was completely disappointed. Overall: 4/10 Service (4/10)- I was the only person in line and it took at least 2 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand they could be busy but there was no one there. Haha after finally being acknowledged the guy (owner) points me to a QR code and tells me. Scan that and place your order not very welcoming for a first timer. Location- it s a food so I ll skip this but it was in a off the beaten path street. Idk felt sketchy haha but that s just a fyi The food- (5/10)- after ordering through his qr code . I got the burger but then asked for ketchup for the fries and burger. He replies they don t have or offer ketchup WHAT?! Nah bro. How does a burger place not have ketchup and you have fries!! I was pissed because I wouldn t have paid for a burger and fries knowing this. In fact in the advertisements (posted last pic) there is ketchup!! Not everyone wants a mayo burger and mayo on their fries haha. To say the least I was not happy. Now- I will say the patty itself is flavorful, but also too small they looked like little McDonald s patties haha. This has to be a joke. I took a picture of what comes on a burger. It s just sad no lettuce nothing. But with a patty that small I guess you don t want to add too much. The owner should be in jail serving those cold nasty saltless fries haha. I hope this review helps others, I m going to try the other burger spot the guy mentioned in horizon and post my findings. Lmk if you know of any other places to check out but star burger wasn t it.

We posted our review under Desert Bum but we wanted to make sure to post here too. First, the location on Google is not correct. Star Burger is located inside Desert Bum (1580 George Dieter). You can place your order online for pick up or go inside and order from the QR code located on the tables or the bar. We placed our order inside and had a few drinks while we waited. The burgers were delicious We give these smash burgers a 5!!! We also had the tots but these were a bit over cooked but still delicious Overall this is a great collaboration between Star Burger and Desert Bum

I love this place!! Their burgers and fries are the best! My go-to is always the western Obi. Smash patty with cheese, house made barbecue sauce with onion rings fried to golden perfection. All encased in the softest potato bun. A western burger done RIGHT! Plus the fries are incredible.

This hamburger restaurant here is a food truck-style burger place. Its a food truck, but theres a brewery next door where you can also order from iPads inside the beer hall. So, even though its a food truck, its kind of like a halfway restaurant sort of place. Of course, you can enjoy your meal for takeout, but you can also dine inside the beer hall or on its terrace. The beer at this beer hall is also very delicious, so when combined with the burgers, it becomes a fantastic place. The ambiance resembles that of the beer hall, and its a really great atmosphere. The burgers are very tasty, just as many reviews mention. However, be aware that you cant just get ketchup, so keep this in mind.

Oh my goodness, this place is phenomenal! Im not usually one to write reviews but after having their food, I felt compelled to share my experience. Their Avoyoda is quite simply out of this world!!! I had it with hot dog on it (dont knock it till you try it!) and it was the BEST burger I believe I have ever had! Their tots are also SUPER special as they are incredibly flavorful. I m sitting at the Old Sheepdog seating when my friend pulls up with a burger and some tots. He offers tots to the table and omg these are the best tots I ve ever eaten. Even though I m not hungry I get a basket of tots for myself. I ended up dreaming about the tater tots that night. I had to go back and try the OG Skywalker with tots let me just say, every bite was a flavor experience. the seasoned tots pair so well with the burgers, and that s what has me obsessed! I ve gone back several times and I haven t met a star burger that I don t like! I will say however, last time we ordered for takeout, we noticed a guy who had placed an order after us get their food. The guys in the kitchen forgot about our order and it was kind of sad that we waited an hour, but the guys in the kitchen were nice about it, and the food was still delish :) if you re waiting for a sign to try star burgers, then consider this your call. Try them now!

Where do i start ? I without a doubt would give the Avoyoda a baby . Ive never in my life bitten a burger then wanted to motorboat it like i did today . The fries ? PLAIN AND SIMPLE , slightly salted ,crispy , thin . The perfect fry! I stumbled upon this gem by accident and thank the heavens I did because I will be back anytime I m even NEAR the closest exit . Hello there... I found this place via GMaps, and it was the best decision made this week. The Western Obi burger has an amazing bbq sauce with a small kick at the end. I cant believe it took me this long to try this place... says a huge star wars fan! Star Burger is a Star Wars themed smash burger food truck. You can find it parked outside of the Old Sheepdog Brewery in Central El Paso. I ordered the Anakin Melt, their only 2 patty standard on the menu. The flavor on the meet, mixed with the caramelized sweet onion, was great. The burger comes with fries. I ordered the Rebellion fries on the side - the creamy sauce and meet topping were flavorful. This was a filling meal, I should have stayed with the burger and fries. The fact that you can order a beer from the Brewery to go along with your burger is a huge plus!

I found Starburgers on an FB page last year (2022) and decided to give them a try. There are lots of burger places here in El Paso but this has got to be one of the best smash burgers me and my husband have ever tried! They are well seasoned, so tasty and HUGE! The fries and tots are so delicious and have a unique flavor apart from anyone else. The staff is always friendly and greet me by my name every time I visit. Starburgers; you never disappoint! EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND FANTASTIC HAMBURGERS! I haven t had a burguer that good in a long while. I live The theme of Star Wars and how each items is named. Showed up at 12 when they opened, guy came out to let us know they were running behind about 15 minutes. Waited and placed order but ended up waiting an hour to get my food. Definitely not worth the price and wait time to receive an okay burger and fries especially when order is given incomplete with extras ordered and to find two hairs inside of the burger. Ended up going here because the place we wanted to go to for dinner was absolutely packed, lucky us. This is a star wars themed food truck. When we ran into them they were outside sheepdog brewery. I ordered The Western Obi and it was one of the best burgers that Ive ever had. The fries had a unique taste to them and were pretty good too.

Came to Old Sheepdog (still here actually) and someone came out of the food truck to check on everyone that ordered from their truck. Have you ever seen that?? Because I sure haven t! Burgers are fresh, and delicious! We went out to a new local restaurant last week and the service was terrible, the food was alright, and we walked out with a $200 tab! Dropped by today because I had been craving a good smash burger. Cant really find many good burgers joints in town but this one takes the cake!!! 5 stars top notch. Great menu selection with good variety and burgers cooked to perfection. Tasty juicy and definitely would recommend anyone to give them a try. I had the western obi which comes with their house made twist on bbq sauce home made onion rings and garlic aioli, American cheese, all atop a smash patty on a potato bun with a side of garlic truffle fries to die for chefs kiss! We waited less than 20 mins for our food which was accompanied with their signature cheese sauce and house bbq sauce! Absolutely delicious and 100% recommend!

We bought burgers and fries from their pop up event at 3101 Lee Trevino. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, the patty was well seasoned, the grilled onions and onion rings were delicious.
