I hired Velarde and he is a miserable lawyer who, together with Judge Montalvo, sold my husbands freedom and in the last court they sentenced my husband to many years in prison, skipping and violating my husbands rights....he is a lawyer that he only cares about money and if you dont have enough to pay he leaves you with one hand on your waist, even though he doesnt charge anything cheap...I tell you from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER HE IS A SCUM AND A RATHER OF A LAWYER BUT THAT IS WITH QUALIFICATION!!!
