Food was delicious, portions were large! I did my takeout order at the restaurant and had a margarita while waiting. The margarita was DELICIOUS and the bartender even gave me a glass of water along with my drink. The girl who took my takeout order was a bit curt, so no tip for her. The bartender however, was really nice so she got the tip for both

The first time I came to this location the waitress was really new and attentive. When lunch hour started and people were coming, I was expecting the service to slack a little. I was really surprised that it didnt. I have been going back to this location for the last 3 years. Service has not changed for the lunch rush. Doing a really great job and I keep going back.

Check your order before you leave!! Paid extra for mac and cheese and instead they gave me cold, limp, disgusting fries. They went straight in the trash. As you can see from the receipt, it clearly says mac and cheese. The staff obviously does not care about customers enough to get orders right. Its not rocket science. What a rip-off!!!

Last visit (08-10-24) we were a family of five sitting on the north side of the resturant. This was one of the best experiences ive had. Our waitress (cant remember her name) a petite white girl with a country accent (best way to describe her) she was funny and on POINT! Never had to ask for a refill order was correct. Never had to repeat ourselves. GREAT service.

I was at this location 7/9-12 2024 I had Olivia, Ethan, Alissa and Sydney as servers. They were all wonderful to have, they were attentive to my needs, ( ok, really they were awesome but we cant let that go to their heads) they stopped and had a conversation with me and made my time with them super enjoyable. The last day I even spoke to the General manager Emily. We found out that indeed it is a small world.( we knew the same people) This location i found out is on the list for an over haul. The food was good as always but what made my week was the people! It felt like we were family and I had just met them. So go check them out, you wont be sorry! (Psst, CHILIS I should really get paid for this, do you know how many Chilis I practically live at? ..I mean go to.)

I love coming to this location, it is close to home and the food is always fresh but I had never felt compelled to write a review until today. We have visited this place 2 separate times and the 1st time we waited 15 mins to get our drinks taken and everything after that was down hill we spent 2 hours here total eating just for 2 adults and 2 kids . 2nd time took over 30 mins to get told our appetizer was next, we ended up paying for drinks and leaving after seeing everyone get there food before us even though they were after us . It is very rare that I am blown away by Chilis. However I came here for dinner last night and was very impressed with everything. Our waitress, I can t remember her name but she was probably the nicest waitress we ve ever had. She was efficient and made us feel welcome. All of us at the table got the 3 and me deal. $10.99 for a drink, starter, and an entrée with sides. That s a CRAZY deal considering our current economic situation. Cheaper than most fast food places, I might add. Food was hot and delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

Placed a $100 to-go order. Ribeye looked like it was boiled, had no sear, and the fat wasn t rendered. Mashed potatoes were missing gravy, and my black beans had no pico. Brisket quesadilla only had meat on 3 of the pieces, hardly any cheese, and was ice cold. Burger Bites had onions despite the fact we modified it to have none. My son is allergic to onions. Only good part of the meal were the fries for the other entrees. This is a great place to eat if you like throwing money down the drain

We had to feed an impromptu group of 10 recently when we had some displaced friends stay with us. We live about 6 blocks away. We placed our order online and immediately drove there. Thinking we were early by at least 30 minutes I reluctantly checked in at curbside and less than 5 minutes later here came our order carried by very friendly chilis employees. Our server, Alyssa, was FANTASTIC. Everyone we encountered was lovely, but she just made our entire evening with her bubbly personality. We had a negative experience at another nearby restaurant and ended up at Chili s pretty downtrodden, as it was my son s 9th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of by all of the staff. We were a party of 10, so I know that can be difficult as a server but you wouldn t have known that from how Alyssa treated us. She completely turned our night around and my son had a wonderful birthday dinner. We can t speak highly enough of her!

Out of all soups, when I asked for a side to substitute, they decided to make an example out of me and explained that even tho we purchased multiple 3 for me meals, we could not get our free chips because we didn t get a real meal . All servers here are rude, the food is sub par, the wait is exhausting and we will not be revisiting this location again. Also, they should have never taken the ancho-ranch dip off the menu. Very disappointing. The food was mediocre at best, which was unusual as it was around 1130 or so in the morning. Sadly, my food also made me sick. On a side note, when a customer asks for sugar for their coffee, please dont just hand them the pink packets without making sure that was what they wanted. Ask if you arent sure. I am on the bigger side, and that kind of offended me. I am hoping it was just an innocent mistake. My husband said his burger had no flavor and his fries were not very good. Not the experience i am used to from Chilis, especially being a former employee in CO.

So happy with this location!!! The food was great and portions were super plentiful and delicious My kids had no school so we were able to enjoy a mom and sons date! Chilis used to be one of my favorite places to go but lately we have had such poor service that we have been going less and less, after tonight I think Im done. My husband didnt get his beer until we asked management for it (waitress would not stop at our table would just blow by or go around), I never got my water, our appetizers (chips and a salad) didnt come out until our food did and the food was either under seasoned or over cooked. After several disappointing visits I am starting to think it is not just a bad night and just a staff that doesnt care anymore.
