Brandy SAVED the day!! I booked with her to be our day-of coordinator because I was planning the wedding while living out-of-state. She was very understanding of the situation and easily worked with my travel schedule! We met about 1 month prior to the wedding, so that she could gather information. She came very prepared to the meeting, gathering every last detail (even things I hadn t considered yet)! She even helped me book a final vendor at this meeting! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was responsive and helpful with questions or requests that I had. On the morning of the wedding, a vendor called Brandy to inform her they would not be able to perform their job at the wedding. She spent the morning contacting other vendors to fill the spot. By the time she arrived at the venue, Brandy had found someone!! She saved me so much stress! I am so grateful to her for all the work she did! Brandy makes your wedding her priority. Your vision is her vision! Without her, our wedding would not have been the same!

Brandy is without a doubt the best coordinator out there!! Everything was executed to perfection and I was able to enjoy my day thanks to Brandy and Sadie s help! Brandy is worth her weight in gold! We hired her for the Your Special Day package which was basically a day-of-coordinator with some additional assistance the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. She helped set up the reception floorplan, put together a timeline, and made final confirmations with vendors. College Station is a small town and she was familiar with our venue and most of our vendors which helped everything run even more smoothly. As the bride, I probably don t even know about all the little things she did throughout the day to make the wedding day run smoothly. She arrived early and conquered an outdoor ceremony during the rain, helped correct hotel problems for a few of our guests, and bustled my dress in record time. Every time I didn t know where I was supposed to be, Brandy was there to direct me. We really couldn t have done it without her and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

We hired Brandy a month before our wedding and it was the best decision ever! We originally were going to just have a family friend be our DoC, however as the event got closer we realized just how much work was needed. Brandy was quick in her responses and thought of things I hadn t even thought about. She created our floor plan and ran our rehearsal. Any issues that happened day of the wedding she handled. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator! Great quality for a great and affordable price!

We hired EventsbyBrandy as a Day Of Coordinator, and it was one of our best decisions ever! Hiring Brandy was worth every penny and more. We had our wedding July 10 during Covid. As you can imagine, this was very stressful and required even more careful planning to ensure our guest s utmost safety at our wedding. Brandy helped us think through every detail, even things we hadn t of that would need to be changed. She thought of solutions and precautions to put in place to make sure everybody stayed safe. The week of our wedding, our wedding party drastically changed due to Covid, and not only did Brandy help calm me down, but she quickly made the necessary changes and made sure they were communicated to all our vendors. The day of, we were short a boutonniere by accident, and she created one on the fly. She also trimmed my flower crown and procured a matching tie last minute for one of our groomsmen who had worn the opposite colors. These were things that weren t in her job description, but she went above and beyond to do! She took charge and made sure our vendors, wedding party, family, and guests were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. I felt so much more calm and could truly enjoy our day having her in charge! Best. Coordinator. Ever.

Brandy does an excellent excellent job! My daughter and her new husband were married Friday at Old Dobbin Station. Everything ran so smoothly. This was definitely due to Brandy. From the moment we sat down with Brandy my daughter and I knew she would be able to handle anything that came up and would be extremely efficient. We loved the evening and she was wonderful. I would look no farther for a weddings g coordinator. She is awesome!
