My Husband and I just celebrated our wedding at the Lucca Ballroom and had the extreme pleasure of working with Monica as our Day of Coordinator. Monica was extremely professional throughout the whole process. She ensured we had things exactly how we imagined! The day of she was on top of the schedule, she was constantly checking on us, and made our wedding truly one to remember! Our dinner was delicious, our decor was exactly what we imagined, the cocktails were amazing, the waitstaff was very attentive, and our cake was gorgeous. And to top it off, the dj played exactly what we asked for and we do not remember leaving the dance floor. Thank you very much Monica & all the staff at Tuscany for making our special day one to remember!

From day one at booking to a year later, Tuscany halls went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. A simple royal blue rose theme was taken to the next level. Thanks a million to our coordinator, Janessa, who was always so patient and friendly the whole way through. This hall really does serve up a complete package so the parents can enjoy the day to the fullest. I would recommend Tuscany Sienna over and over to all my friends and family. I personally didn t take pictures of our event since I was enjoying the entire night dancing. The food, decor, cake, photo booth, party bus, candy bar and music was amazing. Absolutely loved our experience with Tuscany Hall and Fernanda (our event coordinator from Tuscany Hall). Fernanda was super friendly, patient, professional, and sweet with working with us and helping us personalize our experience and having the perfect wedding reception! extremely thankful for Tuscany Hall and the experience that they provide. This hall was just wowww all the way around . From the beginning until the end, and planned my daughters quince in less than a year with the help of Tuscany Halls. Janessa is an angel and an amazing coordinator and planner. As a mom , I did forget plenty of little things here and there and she kept me up to date with anything that was missing. There was still things missing on my end and our event still came out excellent thanks to the help of family and Janessa. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and taken care of. The ambiance is so enchanting, luxurious, and rustic. We opted for a cherry blossom theme and as you can see the little cherry blossom and lantern decor was just so beautiful and fancy. From other reviews I read, many say its pricey but at the end you get what you pay for and that includes the customer service. This wonderful team of people even helped me pack and load all our things to our car, something no hall I have ever seen do. Even after we left, Janessa still asked if we needed anything she was there for us. The food options are delicious and have sazon. We opted for the chicken alfredo and the sauce is made fresh with wine. I love that they have options for vendors to add on for whatever is needed such as the cake and the marquee letters. This is a one stop shop hall and as I mention you get what you pay for and convenience as it is also a one of a kind hall.The hall even gave my daughter a gift, which she loved alot and was unexpected. The drinks at the bar as well as delicious and the bar tenders very nice smiley and professional. My guests also loved this hall and even the vendors. I loved that I was also able to bring my own decor to decorate as you can see from the little fans and cherry blossom stems. The dj was also great and will play any requests even from guests. Overall this hall is amazing, we got the Lucca and was everything we expected and more to make Torys dream quince come true. I am so grateful for you guys we loved everything and Janessa is the best. Moms this is the place to go to.

Had my wedding at the Sienna and it was perfect! My wedding coordinator was perfect and she made sure everything was running smoothly and that me, my husband and all my guests were okay. The servers were very attentive, the only problem I experienced was that my cake fell, but the servers RAN to save what they could. Towards the end of the night, I walked over to the bar for a drink and the owners were there, helping and making sure everything was okay, which made me even happier. The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the staff was great, my wedding was perfect and they took care of everything!

Special recognition to Monica, who was our assigned coordinator and was very tentative to every single detail as requested. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went as planned. Tuscany Halls ownership, management and staff are nothing short of amazing! Their service is above and beyond what was expected. When I was first beginning my Venue Search for my event, my first stop was Tuscany Halls Siena. When I walked in, it was EXACTLY What i had envisioned in my head of what i wanted, for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. My Venue search stopped there. I didn t need to go look anywhere else. The staff was so helpful, and polite. They took care of everything! It turned out better than I expected. I was not stressed at all. My Husband and I were EXTREMELY HAPPY with how everything turned out. From the food, to the decorations, to the music, EVERYTHING was Amazing. Our guests couldn t stop talking about how much fun they had and how Gorgeous everything was decorated and how beautiful the Venue looked. We had over 400 people attend and there was enough room for everyone. Thank you to the entire staff at Tuscany Halls for helping make The Levario 25th Wedding Anniversary such a Stunning and Magical Event.

At first my wedding had to be pushed back because of covid. Monica was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. On the wedding day everything went according to plan, the staff was super helpful and on top of things. Monica was there too making sure everything went smoothly. Very impressed with their service. Tuscany Halls hosted our reception and dance for our wedding this past February. Our previous hall dropped us because of COVID three months before our wedding date. Because of this, we had to begin our search again and, thanks to a Facebook ad, reached out to Tuscany Halls for a quote. From the moment we met Monica, we knew we wanted to work with her. From the moment we stepped into Siena Hall, we knew we were in the perfect place for our Disney wedding. We also loved that it was such a big and airy space and felt more than comfortable inviting around 250 guests (the exact number escapes me at this moment) as COVID was becoming less of a threat around the world. For those three months, we worked hard with Monica and she pulled everything off wonderfully. She was so attentive to us, and made it such a memorable and easy process for us. We even got our cake and photographer/videographer from referrals by Tuscany Halls, and they were so great!! Honestly, we cant say enough great things about Tuscany Halls. Our guests had so many compliments about the place and the food, and the photos show how much fun everyone was having! Monica and her team gave us an experience we never thought we could have in El Paso, on our budget, and despite COVID, they gave us great memories, great stories, and such delicious food!!! We highly recommend Tuscany Halls!

I really love this venue it was bigger and beautiful inside. The wedding I went to here was probably one of my favorites and I would totally want to use this place for a future event or party. The only bad part was the parking on the outside was very limited and kind of hard to get too from the highway.

We had my daughters wedding at Tuscany Lucca. We hosted about 230 people. The hall is specious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. The planning process was made very smooth with Monica s expert assistance. We purchased a package and added on some specifics. We added additional servers and bartenders for quick service and wow, did they deliver! Excellent service with a smile, just wonderful staff. We opted for food stations as opposed to a sit down meal, I highly recommend spending the extra money for a coffee and sweets table, it was beautiful and delicious. This is first wedding cake I actually enjoyed eating, bakery chef is amazing. The sound system is excellent, the DJ did a great job of finding all the requested music my daughter and her husband requested, he and Monica also did a fabulous job keeping the evening on track! Bridal suite can get a little warm with people coming and going so I brought a floor fan, easy fix! I am a perfectionist by nature, I was pleased working with Monica, she paid attention to every detail for me. I hired an outside florist, between her artistry and the cool vibe of the venue, the ambiance was exactly what my daughter and her husband wanted. We did not have any plumbing problems, bathrooms were maintained through out the evening, the servers were attentive, and the wedding was truly magical. Tuscany Lucca was everything I hoped it would be. Thank you for helping my babygirl have the wedding of her dreams.

It s too expensive and the furniture is gross !! The carpet in the vip room is really bad. The entrance furniture also doesn t match other pieces... it s almost there if you re wanting to charge 15k fix those things !!! And change the curtains too !! I was also blocked from Instagram just for sharing my opinion Also there s no parking !! It s a shopping center sooo...

Good lord anyone who says the food was good has never tasted good food. Not to mention cold, rolls were so hard they were inedible. We didnt have any water at the table. No butter. No salt and pepper. Food wasnt even underseasoned. It wasnt seasoned period. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A waste of time. I was ready to pay in full for the hall but at first they canceled the appointment I made so the owner said shell see me at 2 the next day. They did a wonderful job with with my daughters party! They need a better DJ which is why they are not 5 stars. Food was great, service was good, cake was good, music, not so much. He messed up entrance and I didnt get to watch my daughters dance the father daughter dance because I had to be up with the DJ telling him everything I wrote down in a detailed list for him. He also asked us what kind of music to play, yet didnt listen and played whatever he wanted. My daughters and family did have a wonderful time overall, but are still teasing me about music.

I was at the military ball with Scott Kovanda the valets lost my keys then tried to blame it on me in the three weeks since I have reached out to the owner Eva multiple times and have not gotten a response. I had to pay over 600 dollars to get my house and car re-keyed. The owner was contacted and forwarded my information by the police the night my keys were lost and is actively ducking me. Bad business and that s not to mention the horrible sound system and unprepared bar. I will be suing as that seems to be the only way to contact the owner. Please save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere

They hosted our military ball. They used a valet system that had cars backed up to the freeway. They intentionally sold only bottled beer (its more expensive) until only tap was left. They willfully omitted that there was a keg. The keg was very warm. The Sound system they used was kept turning on and off in the middle of speeches. When it was on, it was so loud it left a ringing in my ears. The food was very good. The place looked nice. For the prices we paid compared to the service provided, I would never recommend anyone go there.
